Quickly and efficiently repaired a spider in the windshield caused by a rock thrown up by a semi truck. Absolutely everybody there was pleasant, great customer service, attention to detail, results were spectacular.

Mark did a excellent job repairing a rock chip on our RV windshield. I wasnt sure it was repairable, but with their talent and technique all went well. We would definately recommend Precise for windshield repairs.

I had Precise install a new windshield on my car. It turns out the first windshield had a flaw in it that couldnt be easily seen before installation and was pretty bothersome while driving. Precise replaced the windshield with a new one, and since I was concerned the second time around they took the trouble of ordering two windshields from two manufacturers and allowed me to choose the one I preferred. The windshield I wound up with is great. Thank you guys!Very professional start to finish, even with a problematic first windshield.

Great service and great results at an affordable price!

We were in Colorado and were working our way back to North Carolina from a cross country road trip when we were desparate for windshield help. The windshield in our RV had shifted and it was also allowing water to get inside when it rained. We knew the cause was the frame of the RV but didnt want to get stuck in Colorado spending $10k+ to replace the windshield and rebuild the frame, but at the same time it needed to be addressed as it was a safety concern.I called a handful of places and this was the only place that could get us in quickly and the woman on the phone was super friendly, polite, and professional. She also called me back like she said she would (other companies didnt) to schedule the appointment after confirming they were able to accomodate.We expressed that we wanted a band-aid solution, we werent prepared to reconstruct the RV but we also needed to get it home safely. The man who worked on the RV was also super friendly and did exactly what we wanted. He didnt fix it, but he made it better and suitable to drive.Turns out the man and woman are husband and wife and own the shop. This is a great family run business and we much appreciate their help. Professional, friendly, and fairly priced. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with the service I received. They replaced a windshield in my teenage sons jeep and I was very satisfied with the work. They even took extra steps to deal with a little rust issue on a pinch seam before installing the new glass. And you get to pet a dog while youre in the office... whats better than that?!?!

Needed a windshield fix after a hail storm. Chose this place because I like to support local business and they provide a military discount. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The job itself only took about an hour to complete and have no complaints there.The only reason I rated them four stars is because I initially went to the wrong location as it is posted in Google maps. It would have been cool if someone had mentioned that they had changed locations and to make sure that I navigate to their new location, when I called to make the appointment. The second thing is that not a single person that I laid eyes on at the business had on a mask while I was there. Although the waiting area is spacious and well furnished to allow for distancing, I was a bit disappointed as I am extra worried about protecting the immune compromised people in my life.

Excellent work!! Had a tree limb fall onto my panoramic roof, and everywhere we called made the repair sound more complicated than need be. After going round with another glass shop and finally getting my deposit back, we got a recommendation to come here instead (from Pro Auto Spa). Less than a week later, with no deposit needed, and crash wrapping the roof for free...a fixed sunroof! The receptionist, technician, and black lab were all amazing and super friendly!! Will be back in the future to fix my cracked windshield next! Thank you guys!!

Precise Auto Glass is top notch! Even during our busy hail season Inwas able to get in relatively quick and was able to get a rear driver passenger side window replaced during my lunch hour! Waiting area is very clean and staff very professional will use them for future auto glass needs!

First off, I like using local shops vs big chains so I had a shop that I used a few times in the past. They were my go-to for this work but after not being able to reach them (seem to be out of business) I took a chance with Precise Auto Glass. I chose them based on reviews I read and Im glad I went with them. Sondra was very professional and helped with the price as I had 2 cars to do. She scheduled 2 installers as one of my cars takes a big piece of glass and thought having and extra person available was appropriate. Both installers (sorry I forgot their names!) were professional and did a great job. I will look for Precise Auto Glass the next time I need service. Thanks!

I SAVED $150 by using Precise Auto Glass vs. Safelite! They pointed out previous scratches around my windshield before they started. Afterwards, it looked better than it did even before my windshield was cracked on my F150. Highly recommend for windshield replacements!

Best window company in Colorado SpringsSome one broke out my window on my Subaru a few days ago and I call around and everyone was talking about being able to get me in next week and crazy prices I called them and they got me in the next day at a very reasonable cost the first glass that they got wouldn’t work because Subaru is weird but they ordered a different one from some place in Denver and got it in for me and the best part was the price they told me on the phone is the price I paid

After unfortunately having our truck broken into while out of town, Precise Auto Glass was able to squeeze us into their tight schedule to provide us with emergency service. They provided excellent customer service, got the window ordered and delivered the same morning and did a quality job. They cleaned up all broken glass and recommended local businesses for us to explore while we waited for the repair. I hope the circumstance is not necessarily, but I would definitely use Precise Auto Glass again if the situation called for it.

From a bad situation at another location prior to this, this was a great experience. Not only was the customer service great but also they tell you the different glasses and stuff about the glass they purchase. I’m not someone who knows much about cars and I always get skeptical. Great people! Was done in about 2 hours, which was quicker than the estimated time they gave me. They matched the price of Safelite Auto Glass and was less of a hassle. They took the rust off and primed it twice before putting on my windshield. So happy with their work!

I had to replace my windshield in my car about 7 years ago and could not have been happier with the service and product they provided. The windshield is still in great shape even with our road conditions!

Im nothing but extremely satisfied with Precise Auto Glass as far as their work and customer service. I had to get my windshield replaced as it had multiple cracks in it, and it was time to finally get a new one. I had initially sent them a quote request via their website over the weekend, and they called me back on Monday to explain how much it would cost, but it would also vary if I was going through insurance.Once I got things in order with my insurance company, I called them back to set up an appointment, and they gave me a time quote for when I could drive away. My appointment with them was first thing Monday morning, and they were happy to see me, treated me as if they had known me for some time, and even remembered my name. They told me that itd be an hour and forty minutes to install and set, and that I was free to stay and use their wifi if I wanted, or they could drop me off at one of the nearby restaurants for breakfast.I cannot recommend these guys enough, because they know how to treat customers, and get the job done.
