Mike and his guys did an excellent job getting the ol notch dialed in after my build. Mark is a great tuner especially on a foxbody. Always have great feedback to improve on the build to help get the most out of the tune and even managed to get me about 50 more hp than I was expecting. Recomended by a few friends with some pretty serious builds, very happy with everything. Will be bringing future projects in.

Purchased a supercharger kit for 2001 camaro ss. First off it took about 20 weeks for it to come in, and relieved no updates on delays unless I called them. I did all the upgrades for the kit, 1,000+ capable supercharger and 8 rib pulley upgrade. Now that I’ve been working on the instal, it’s clear they didn’t mock up the kit at all! We had to grind down parts of the supercharger mount due to hitting the power steering pulley. The supercharger and alternator pulleys were right on top of each other. I showed them and they sent me a smaller pulley. Even with the smaller pulley the belt and on the alternator and supercharger still rubs. The belt they sent me was way too short so I had to go purchase a bigger one. They also didn’t provide a belt for the a/c compressor. The spacers that go on the studs to hold the supercharger were too short causing the supercharger pulley also touch the alternator. One of the studs was bent when it came in so had to try and match and buy a new one. Currently very disappointed with this kit, and I’m wishing I would’ve gone with procharger instead. They are also extremely difficult to get a hold of. While waiting for the kit to come in, and receiving no updates; I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, and never got called back. It took me sending an email threatening legal action due to the product/service not being fulfilled, to finally get a response. Will post update if this kit even makes 1,000 hp

Spoke with Mike over the phone - what a professional through and through! Offered to give him my business by having a car looked at as part of a pre-purchase inspection. Having prior knowledge of the vehicle since RMCR had worked on it in the past, Mike was very straightforward, honest, and thorough when suggesting the inspection was unnecessary. He then remained fully engaged and committed in conversation to any subsequent questions I had about the car. I took the leap, went ahead with the purchase of the previously-owned vehicle, and now having the pleasure of being the owner I can confirm Mike was spot-on in his assessment. It doesnt hurt that RMCRs previous install of the supercharger in the car happens to be a nice little gift that keeps on giving as well. Thanks again!

Horrible experience for me with this company, I had purchased Vortech supercharger for my 2005 Cts-v, ordered Dec 5th thru 3rd party ( tps motorsports) received it at the end of February around a 10-11 week wait, received kit, to realize that the intercooler and fuel injectors ship from a 3rd party Which was another 10 day delay. Upon installing the kit the belt tensioner wouldnt mount to the bracket it was hitting the water pump I had purchased a brand new LS6 water pump to put on during install and I wasted 160 because it wouldnt fit, contact rmcr they tell their 2 styled water pump, was first told my original water pump had been changed from my ls6, I pulled out the brand new 160 pump from summit for the ctsv ls6 and it was identical to my original ls6 pump and they told me I needed an ls1 pump, which was never mentioned when I bought the kit that I needed an ls1 water pump so it cost me 160$ for the ls6 pump from summit which is now a paper weight cant send it back, and Im having to spend another 165 from OReilly auto parts to get the ls1 pump which was NEVER mentioned when I ordered the kit, I dont get no compensation for my car being broken down 3 days now waiting on them to respond and let me know what pump I needed, not to mention the 3 months it took to receive the kit. Highly disappointed in rmcr.

Took my truck to them, promised to get it in by February. Ended up sub contracting the work in June. Brought it back after the sub contracting work for the tune up. End up rigging the tuneup just enough to pass. I had someone else look at it, the front bowl on the carb had been completely closed. Never have I seen underhanded work like that. Dont waste your time.

They are good. Other people complaining about slow service obviously need to look at whats going on here. I have never been to a fast speed shop (ever). Quality takes time and I have no doubt about these guys. If you want it done faster you will just have to wait or do it yourself and have them tune it for you.I will go here again.

Mike and mark are great guys. They have had one of our vehicles for a couple months now but it’s not one of the more common ones and I know that they are taking their time to make sure it’s right. They also just did our Camaro today and it only took a couple of hours. We are super happy with everything they have done for us. Thanks RMCR!

They do good work, but dont expect it to be done in a timely manner whatsoever. Also, if you have to ask them something or schedule an appointment, you HAVE to go in person...they will rarely answer the phone and never return calls. The final straw for me was when i scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, i show up for the appointment and they tell me to come back in 3 days because theyre still working on a vehicle on the lift, wasting my time and gas money after Id already spent over $9000 at their shop. Theres at least 3 dyno shops in Colorado Springs, I highly suggest going to a different one or going up to Denver if you have to, but you better have the patience of Buddha to deal with these guys.

Corvette had a supercharger installed by RMCR. Tuned by Mark. Car lasted 1500 miles with it before piston #1 let go. After pulling the tune and evaluating the damage, it was determined by one of the best tuners in the US that the tune was far too aggressive for a stock motor. Tuning has both opinion and absolutes. Unfortunately some of the absolutes were wrong. I should have known after leaving the shop the first time and the tables within the tune were not adjusted for increase airflow, thus causing the car to go into lower power mode. Basic stuff and attention to detail completely lacking, such as hose clamps not tightened, charge pipe blowing off, etc.. After several attempts to contact, I never did receive a reply. Obviously the business strategy, when problems are present, is to ignore and hope customers go away.

These guys dont know what theyre doing. They blame anything wrong on equipment or computers, its never their fault. They screwed up my tune so bad, my car was practically undriveable. Scheduled an appointment to get my jeep on the dyno and get it tuned. Mark spent a good few hours getting it tweaked in and he was able to get me another 16 h.p. and 26 ft lbs to the rear wheels. Not too bad for something under 200 hp! He only charged for 2 hrs on the dyno and nothing for setup. Ill be back if I ever need something else tuned.

Worst money spent on a car! Not only did they have my car for 3 days. stated that I was running out of fuel and runnig lean on the dyno, on top of that Mark even admitted he didnt finish my cold start portion of the tune. Tired calling and calling..these people are piss poor! after wasting a year of my time and thousands of dollars chasing a none existent issue..re-tuned at another shop with no issue. I even tried followig up with Mark and they dont follow up or thru!! POS shop they wont give you any focus unless your driving a top end car and have thousands to spend..if your a do it yourselfer your not worth theyre time

I took my 93 mustang in for a dyne tune. The tune was still set up for the previous engine specs. Mt first dyne pull was 471 RWHP. I was fairly disappointed and surprised. Its a FR 363 stroker with a V3 SC supercharger, AFR aluminum heads, BBK SSI intake, 66 lb injectors, headers, etc. It was running pretty strong I thought on the street already. The owner said there was still HP to be had. The owner pulled the chip and burned me a new one off the dyne results. After retuning the chip 5 or six times and several dyne pulls the final pull 636 RWHP/ 570 TQ. He personally spent about four hours with no interruptions on the tune. I am VERY happy with the results! Best money spent on the car. I taken my 70 Camaro, 71 Dart and 2010 Challenger with no issues. Got what I went for and always rock solid results. They dont usually hear the phone if the secretary isnt the because there is usually something really loud running in the shop. Everyone there is working on something at all times, including the owner. I have seen a lot of really fast cars leave that shop.

I have a 91 Lanbcruiser with a 08 Chevy Vortec V8 and a Chevy transmission. My vehicle sat with them for 26 months while I was in Afghanistan and they did absolutely nothing to it. I will never go to them ever again, their customer service is absolutely the worst I kept hearing it will be done next week and it was never completed, it wasnt even started. When I dropped my vehicle off with them it was in working order it just needed a few glitches worked out on the custom work that was done and I needed a power steering gearbox installed, which I provided. When I picked it up both of my red top Optima batteries were dead, I had wires hanging out of my dash, my micro switches I had installed for my accessories were broke and my transmission was completely inoperable and I had to have my vehicle towed home. Once my vehicle was home we tried to figure out what was going on with the transmission within 20 minutes of it running it dumped all the transmission fluid at once. Upon further investigation of my vehicle once it returned home I looked at the undercarriage to find it was covered with mud like someone was out four wheeling(joy riding) in my vehicle. Also last summer I took my chevy trailblazer in there to get fixed it took them six months to find a bad sensor. This place is absolutely horrible do not ever take your vehicle there.
