This place is great! I love how its tucked nicely between other retail shops on Colorado Blvd. Its quite clean and the people working are very friendly. Brian (the owner) was very helpful in getting my flat patched and honest to let me know that I wouldnt need new tires until the end of the summer. Other tire shops wouldve tried to upsell me new tires immediately. I will definitely be back!

Bought tires here last year. Asked for tires that would reduce road noise. They insisted they couldnt guarantee anything but the tires they sold me helped significantly. Just got my regular free rotation and the tires are still in great shape. Service has always been friendly. Very happy with them.

Brian was super helpful in getting me a tire when a nearly new one was damaged. A few months later, I picked up a nail, and the repair was quick and they were incredibly helpful and polite. The price is fair and the work is excellent. Strongly recommended. I’d much rather keep my business with a local company, especially when they provide such excellent service!

We have been going to Rex Tire exclusively for car tires for many years.This morning, I took our RV there to address a wheel balance issue. Travis balanced one of the tires quickly without any issues, but the other front tire was really not cooperating. Since it is a new vehicle, he asked if he could switch the problem tire with the spare. Once he did that, both of them balanced perfectly. He also spray painted the jacking points under the vehicle so that if we ever need roadside service, they are clearly marked.I highly recommend them for all of your tire and alignment needs. You will not be disappointed.

Had an issue with a new RV tire while traveling. Rex Tire was open when others were closed for 4th of July on the 5th. Provided fast amazing service in what could have been a very difficult situation! I can’t thank them enough.

They were super professional and Brian was such a great conversationalist. Amazing establishment. Brian is an exceptional example of a customer service/ shop manager. I have taken several vehicles to him and his guys. My experiences have always been met with a fast, precise diagnosis with corrective action. What impresses me the most is that, Brian achieves all of these things and does it politely. He shows politeness and gratitude towards his employees. In turn, his employees produce quality service in a timely manner. I would take the five stars and ^2 them if I could.

Been going here for 10+ years, great service, etc. However, one day I bought a set of tires online, ($250 cheaper than their price for the set) and they refused to install them. Ever since, Brian has been less than helpful when i come in for other things such as brakes, etc. Example: dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning for new brakes (had an appointment), they kept it all day, finally at the end of the day they checked it, said it needed brakes, and did nothing. I already knew it needed brakes, i brought it in to have them replaced! Havent been back since. too bad, but i can take a hint.

Brian is the Man! He truly looks out for his clients. My wife and I made a new car purchase with inadequate dealer-tires. Brian was hesitant to spend our money but in the end did recommend a tire upgrade. We are so thankful and blessed that Brian did that. Days after our new-tire purchase, and he was able to credit us a little on the old tires, we left for Florida. We left in a snowy-rain mix, hit 6 inches of snow over Raton pass and were inundated with rain during other parts or our 5,000 mile odyssey. Our Impala, however, NEVER had an issue... great choice of tires for us. Thank you again Brian for putting us first. We trust Rex Tires so much that we will only go there for all our future needs.

Rex Tire has always given our family great service. Today, I had an issue with my old tires as I felt unsafe driving my truck. I called in the morning and Brian got me in the shop in the afternoon. Hands down best service provided. I got a flat and came in to shop for tires and possibly wheels (I thought I damaged the wheel with the flat). Brian was very helpful. He even talked me out of getting wheels cause the one I thought was damaged was just a cosmetic issue. Other shops I had visited where only interested in getting more money. These guys only offer what you actually need.Brian looked up several different tire options and compared all prices and benifits of each one. During this time they pulled my truck in to see if they could patch the tire I had a flat on. Since my tire was damaged too much to patch they mounted a loner tire to get me off the doughnut (never would have expected this from a tire shop).Needless to say, they earned my trust and confidence with their friendly service. They even gave me a great deal on a new set of tires.Thanks again for helping me out and especially hooking me up with a loner tire while I wait for my new tires to get in.I will definitely refer Rex Tires to anyone I know that needs some new shoes for their vehicle. All of their staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

Had a great experience here getting my car steering alignment fixed, and was told to come back to get my brake pads replaced. I called multiple times, only to be put on hold indefinitely each time. I called back and asked if I could make an appointment for the brake pads without being put on hold, and was told to call back next week. I think its a bit much to be expected to call an automotive repair place like a needy girlfriend, so Ill be going elsewhere for the brake pad service.

110% satisfied as always. There is a reason people drive their collector cars up here from New Mexico, Arizona and Kansas, to get their cars tires, brakes and alignments done at Rex. Their customer service is hands down the best and they always take care of my vehicles.I drive from Boulder Co to have them work on my car because I know it will get done right the first time.

Rex tires was recommended to me five or six years ago from a friend after going to another tire shop where I was quoted over $3000 to fix an issue with my front wheels which were way out of alignment. Rex tires charged me a little under $200. Ive been taking my cars to them since and theyve always been more than fair. As a matter of fact Im taking my truck there this morning. Rex tires is one of the few businesses that I would actually recommend using in Colorado Springs.

Picked up a piece of metal today at the ARC on Uintah. I could hear the air leaving the tire. I needed to make it up the hill to Teller so I Goggled tire repair and Rex Tire was an option. I called and they said to bring it by and it may be an hour or so.So luckily the air held out long enough to get there. My wife and I were greeted in a very friendly manor. We turned over the keys to the gentleman and had a seat in the waiting area. It was comfortable and the restroom was clean.In about 30 minutes my tire was repaired, the other tires checked and inflated to the proper level, and I was on my way. First class all the way today. Our first time at Rex Tire will not be our last.Thank you

Went to Rex Tire to have new tires installed and alignment done. they did the tires quick and easy. the alignment... not so much. they said they could get some bolts out and i would cost over $400 for them to even try. took the car home and i took all the bolts out with a hand ratchet! will not be taking my car there ever. told my neighbors about it too. they wont be taking their cars to Rex Tire either. they have a nice waiting room, but staff are RUDE over the phone and will try to rip you off every chance they get! DONT BOTHER TAKING YOUR CAR HERE!
