I have needed a new bed for awhile, searched on line, of course, like we all do. A friend had recommended Mattress Firm because of her positive experience, so we visited the Citadel store. Nothing can match being able to actually lay on different mattresses. Their selection is huge and the manager was very helpful explaining differences while completely respecting my budget. I cant wait to get my new bed delivered!

I didn’t think I would walk in and barely take 10 minutes to find exactly what I NEEDED for such a great price! The associates were super friendly! It only took a few basic questions and they knew exactly what I was looking for. Even when picking up my new & amazing mattress, the associate went out of their way to make sure I was able to bring it home in perfect shape, without any hassles. He stood outside, in the cold, to secure everything to my car safely and even checked to make sure I was comfortable driving with it mounted before sending me off. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you for helping me rest easy through the entire process! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fast and easy. The way it should be!!

A friend of mine bought a mattress from Mike at this location. Mike was friendly until after the sale was finalized. My friend was frustrated by some things that werent clarified and my friend called the store to talk to Mike to clarify some things.My friend was respectful in his questioning and tone. Mike however was not. He got an attitude pretty quickly and and said angrily, Do you want the mattress or not?! Mike also claimed he was not on commission. A blatant lie. (Not even sure why he felt the need to lie about that)Long story short, my friend was going to be buying a couple more mattresses from MFirm (he didnt necessarily say this to the salesperson at the point of sale because he didnt know how soon hed be doing it), but will not be recommending MFirm to friends/family nor will he be buying from MFirm again.

These guys were fantastic! My husband, our 2-year-old, and I all need new beds. We went in with a tight budget and a very vague idea of what we wanted, and they were able to easily find us the perfect mattresses without going over budget! Our sales associate was Aaron and he surpassed our expectations. He went above and beyond to give us the best experience! Im 3 months pregnant and my husband I were in desperate need of a new bed. We went looking around and he gave us a quote with a great price and let us think on it. He didnt pressure us or anything. We came back a few days later and bought the mattress. We then set up a delivery time. However, the delivery drivers called and said they were at our house. We told them we would be there in 2 minutes and they told us they would not wait and we would have to reschedule. The delivery driver was very rude. We called three minutes later to tell them we were there and they said the same thing again. They were gone when we got there. The delivery service is trash and would NOT recommend them at all. However, our amazing sales associate volunteered and went and got our mattress after he got off work.He picked it up with his own truck on his own time and brought it to our house. He helped us move and install everything (we have an adjustable base). He was so kind, friendly and absolutely outstanding to go out of his way to make sure my husband and I had our bed. Best customer service ever! Would HIGHLY recommend Aaron to help you with your bed needs! May god bless Aaron and his family. Thank you so much! He deserves a raise!

She Demonstrated severalModels based on the pre evaluation she performed, via a series of simple question on our sleeping style.We decided on the adjustable Tempur-pedic Ergo. The representative I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I think he may have mentioned he was fairly new there. There were 2 other groups of customers there when I arrived which had him on the run trying to appease all three of us. It took a while which he repetitively apologized for. But other than that i was totally satisfied with the visit.

Went in to this store with a very specific budget in mind for a guest bed. Our initial salesman Jordan was awesome and could not have made the process any more pain free. Unfortunately due to the current state of our world, our mattress was repeatedly delayed but Jordan and the manager Nicholas went above and beyond to keep us in the loop and to help us come up with a new solution. Im getting this medium plushness. Ive been sleeping on a awful mattresses forever and need this in my life! Im happy with Ian who seriously is kind and helped out alot to picking the right feel. Yeah, this is a Beautyrest! Ive been testing mattresses out for months and looking for the right one. Suffering with chronic fatigue and fibro and joint and connective tissue pain for 18 years. Unable to sleep till I pass out. Unable to be comfortable ever no matter how many padded quilts or plush toppers i used, only made it a tad better but never sufficient. I suffer in agony awake and asleep. Im going to be a happy sleeper!

I am excited to say that I purchased two mattresses on two different occasions from this location. I was working on a tight budget and figured I would not find something I could afford. Not only did I find something but the whole staff was more than wonderful!!! Randy was my sale guy and he did a fantastic job with hearing what I wanted and helping me find the perfect set up. I hardly ever give 5 stars but they really deserve it!!

My husband and I went I to MatressFirm at Citadel on Monday and we had our delivery by Wednesday. Dan spent the time to explain to us our options and helped find a great deal... we couldn’t have been happier. Delivery came and both gentlemen were polite and made sure to take care of things as they set it up. In and out, quick delivery & set up... they also came within the first 10 min of our delivery window... what more could I ask for?! I definitely recommend!!!!

Bought a Purple 2 Hybrid mattress from this store and couldnt be happier. The purple is the most comfortable bed i have ever used. Receiving a free adjustable frame in the deal was the icing on the cake. I cant say enough about how willing the two salesmen were, (Nicholas and Dan). I went in June 12, 2019, and had a quick experience. The manager is transferred and has quite the gentleman. I got to say what my needs were and he was quite understanding. We needed a new mattress and decided to check out MattressFirm since they are a well known company. However, more than the company, we were most impressed by the salesman, Damien, who was super informative and helped to find what would be best for us, rather than try to sell us something more than we need. He was not pushy at all and it seemed like he would be perfectly happy if we didnt buy anything but left being more knowledgeable. If we have friends that need a mattress, we plan to send them to this store to see Damien.

Bree was awesome! I was a walk-in, around 1 or 2 pm, and honestly I had no intention of buying right away. However, Bree spent time with me making sure I understood the ends and outs of what mattresses were all about. I got a great new bed and I cant wait to start getting full nights rest! We have been looking for a mattress for over a year now; already buying two during that time. We finally decided to try a real mattress store and we glad we did. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and Howard was our salesman. He promptly acknowledged us and started asking us why we were looking and what we felt we needed. After we explained that my husband has been suffering from back pain for months he explained each type of mattress they offered and suggested we try out the pillow tops. Well, we did and found one we really liked. While we were there, Howard, was the only employee on duty and several persons came in but he was polite and excused himself every time. He gave us time to try out all the mattresses in the pillow top section and explained features as we moved along. Once we moved on to paying he gave us a great discount!! He offered different payment options and we chose the one that was doable for us. When I went to pick-up the mattress and box spring; the employees on duty loaded and strapped the mattress/box spring. Every one was nice and helpful. Overall the customer service is great and I recommend you go and check it out yourself.

I worked with Dustin and he was patient, knowledgeable, and gave awesome customer service! I went in with a bit of a complicated request. I’m moving from Colorado Springs to Iowa City in a month and there is another Mattress Firm in that city but I wanted to have a bed when I arrived so I went into Mattress Firm in Co to see if I could try comparable mattresses. Things got complicated as I am living in a small town right outside Iowa City and neither vendors nor the store delivers directly to my address and the other store doesn’t carry the mattress I wanted. But Dustin was so helpful in communicating with the other store and vendor to allow the mattress to be shipped and held for me at the store in Iowa City. Fantastic customer service! If I wasn’t moving I’d go back in a few months to buy a mattress from him for my guest bedroom!
