We had the perfect salesman, Chris. He was not pushy, not annoying, gave us the perfect suggestions, spent almost 2 hours with us. Had a ton of knowledge & was just a really cool guy to spend 2 hours with. We did end up buying the most expensive mattress in the store, which was definitely not our intention walking in! So Id say he was the perfect salesman! However, were pretty damn excited about getting good sleep soon. Weve needed a new mattress for 4 years, finally put it off long enough. The mattress market is overwhelming, especially with the popularity of the newest mattresses out there that are advertised everywhere. But we had very specific needs & wants & are very pleased that Chris was able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. Were excited to get our Intellibed Midnight queen mattress delivered & start sleeping on it!

I ordered a mattress and adjustable base on Sept 4. My mother is moving is October 3 so needed to have it delivered by then. The original adjustable base was on back order and pushed the delivery out a couple of times.I received a call on Friday, October 1 saying the adjustable base is still not in and won’t be until end of October. At this point I am panicking as my mother needs a bed. Amber was so great on the phone and was able to come up with options so I could still get the mattress delivered. She was so friendly and empathetic on the phone.I really appreciate Amber being so kind and helpful during this stressful time for my family. Thank you!!

Awesome experience! We were greeted pleasantly at the door, and the great service never stopped. I went in only wanting to spend a certain amount. The associate listened to what we wanted and gave us that. Because we felt heard and respected, we asked a few additional questions, and ended up walking out with a couple other things. Amber began by asking me a few questions about my sleeping habits. We tried two mattresses and the third one was a charm. I had special instructions for the mattress to be delivered in Tennessee and I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. All set in a timely fashion.

Edit: owner called and gave me a price difference and is sending a cheque for the difference of the 9 leg to the 6, with the 9 being about $35 less (on sale). Forgive and forget. Owner said he talked to sales associate. Giving good will to the owner with 3 stars. I called and asked for a 9 leg frame at 11am. He then told me yes, he had it in store. Woohoo happy moment! When I got there (@2pm), he said it was actually a 6 leg...On the phone him saying he had a 9 leg frame, I didnt need to go search other places. Because I needed it next day for my new bed delivery.ALL HE HAD TO SAY WAS, No, I dont have a 9 but I do have a 6 leg one. Then I could have searched around and found another place. Remember I talked to him at 11am and relied on him to be honest. I had no reason to not believe him because he was there looking right at them and got there at around 2pm. But I was lied to so he could get a SALE. Terrible customer service. He wasted my time by lying to me.But hey he did walk the heavy frame out to the truck, parked right in front, since I have back problems so... 1 star and not 0.Side note that doesnt mean anything but, the box was ripped and the tape wasnt holding it closed well.Please watch out for sales teams that work on commission, I guess its easier for their employees to lie and get someone in store and then give them the truth with no time to search other places. Shady and trash customer experience.FOR THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER:While on the phone he asked for a second while he went to the back to Make sure he had the 9 leg frame... Not only did he come back and say he had it but I asked twice to make sure.

I was very indecisive on what bed I actually wanted, I can’t remember all of their names but there were 3 gentleman that absolutely went above and beyond in helping me pick out a mattress and some pillows to help me sleep better.

I was initially very excited to purchase a mattress as this was one of those first “adult purchases” I have made as a teacher in grad school who rarely splurges on expensive things. Leanne was very helpful with choosing a mattress until it came time to set up how I would pay for this mattress:1. She had no definitive knowledge of how the loans worked and still processed my information (checked my credit) twice.2. She then proceeded to tell me a monthly payment amount which I was comfortable with, had me sign my name etc. only to find out she was clicking by-weekly instead of monthly for my payment.3. Had I not noticed this, I would have ended up paying more than DOUBLE what the cost of the mattress was.Further, she set up a time etc. for pick up, and again had I not realized she put it on a will-call and not a delivery, I would’ve never received my mattress. I had to forfeit the delivery and just pick up the mattress myself.During this time, I made calls to this mattress firm location questioning my mattress being delivered only to have another employee treat me as if I was incompetent and she ended our conversation with, “okay sweetie.” How professional, right?Overall, mattress firm and its employees at this location ruined my experience of buying a bed from them ever again. I was hoping this would be an exciting experience, but in fact it was stressful and a headache.I would never recommend going to a mattress firm for your mattress if you are hoping for professionalism and excellent service.

My shopping experience was great! Ive purchased from Mattress Firm before, but the difference this time was Leanne. I hardly ever talk to anybody and when I do it feels forced, but I have to say I actually had fun shopping with her. I bought a King size Tempur-Pedic and I left the store thinking about the awesome experience with Leanne over the incredible bed I have coming.

We had issues with our mattress order from another place so we went to this Mattress Firm hoping to find something quick. Upon arrival both employees were super helpful. One worked with us to find the right mattress and the other entertained our son during the process! We tried out several mattresses and we were offered pillows (with sanitary napkins) each time. We found one we liked and the employee discounted it down to fit within our price range. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone who might be in need of a mattress.

Everyone at the store was so helpful. They took their time to explain the products and made sure we were getting exactly what we needed and wanted without over spending. Appreciated that they were educated on their product lines.

We went in yesterday with the intent on buying a box spring, and maybe a mattress with it. Long story short Ian was amazing he showed us all the things and was very factual and we ended up purchasing the dual adjustable base and the cooling protectant cover. Went in to test out a Purple Mattress with my wife, as I was reluctant to go through the motions online without ever actually trying it out firsthand, even given the return policies. Great in store experience with the associate there was no high sales pressure, the associate did not attempt to up sale me in terms of a mattress. He was extremely helpful he let me make my own decisions in terms what I liked opposed to what he liked.I was allowed to try out beds that I wanted to try out, he did show me around which is part of his job. The bed that I purchased relived my back pain instantly, Im quite excited about getting my bed delivered, it has been a day now since my purchase and my back pain, sciatica is still been very limited, even after sleeping in my old bed that is being replaced by my new purchase, cant wait!!!!!!!!

They helped me find the perfect bed that has just the right amount of support and memory foam for pressure relief! I got the beauty rest black hybrid with the massaging adjustable base and I love it! The second we walked into the door Michael Marlow came and greeted us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We have been dreading bed shopping for awhile as it can be very overwhelming but Michael made the process very enjoyable. We are excited to get our new bed and so thankful for the top notch customer service!

We were looking for a first mattress for our 2 daughters (5 and 3) and decided to stop here first. Immediately went back to value section as we werent looking to spend a ton of money on the kids first mattress. There was a foam mattress that had no support at all but they had a coil spring mattress which looked like it would do the trick sitting on one of the frames. After the kids tested it, they said they liked it, so I spoke to the salesman (short red hair, glasses and sideburns, cant remember the name) about price. The mattress was priced at $129 but he did not have 2 of them at his location so he said the we would need to pick up the other one at another location in town (which I was fine with.) Because of the inconvenience, he said that he would take $20 of the price of each mattress bringing them down to $109 a piece. I told him that I appreciated him discounting the mattress but the price was still a bit high (I had found a twin mattress online that was $80 that I was looking to buy but preferred buying something local that we could test out.) He told me he could sell me a block of foam for $50 but that was the best price he could give me for that particular mattress. I told him that we wanted to go look at some other locations in town and that we would be back if that was the best deal we could find. This was our first stop in our search after all. As I was walking toward the door he appeared to get upset and told me that he couldnt offer me that price if we came back. I told him thats fine and that it would save us the trip and walked out.Bottom line: if you see the salesperson that I described working and you dont like being pressured into a purchase, walk right back out the door. If he will pressure me over a $100 mattress he will surely pressure you over something more expensive.We ended up buying our mattresses from Amazon and are very happy we did. Saved $30 off the top of what his sales price was and our girls love their beds!
