I called on a Thursday, completed my consultation that Friday, and received my tattoo the following Wednesday. Kent worked with my schedule and my vision. This was my second tattoo, ad it was a much better experience than my first. Aliza standards are high, and Kent’s experience shows in the final product. Thank you!

They are pretty well organized and talented here. The storefront is pretty intimidating - it’s in a strip mall off the highway and the windows are plastered with scary looking covid warnings. Nevertheless it’s relatively peaceful and modern inside. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, as is high quality art.Why not five stars: If you’re not from Colorado, you may sense you’re being treated like you’re dumb. An “out of towner” getting a tattoo gets the same regard as a “tourist” in NYC. You give them your money and get out of their way - they’ve got locals to attend to.

Got my septum pierced here recently, the guy who did my piercing was friendly, fast, and did a great job with my piercing. He gave me great tips on caring for the piercing and what to expect during the healing process. Super clean shop, everything was sanitized and you could tell they take care in keeping a clean studio.Thanks for the great piercing, I may be back for some more!

This is a top notch tattoo shop. I received 5 tattoos from Kent, who was extremely accommodating and skilled. He crafted each tattoo by hand and took the time for a few revisions. From the pricing, to the atmosphere, this a great experience for first timers to the veterans. They also have a nice military discount.

Came in last week looking to do a nose piercing and was told to come back in later that day. Fair enough. Came back that afternoon at the time I was told to come and the guy at the main desk told me the person who was supposed to do my piercing left. Even though I heard him in the back to tell me to come back in the evening. So I drove across town for absolutely nothing. Not really professional I’d say. Take your money elsewhere.

I looked online for a tattoo shop and this shop came up the best, so I went to check it out, and I was not disappointed. The guys were great, really like the private rooms. There was a lot of cool stuff to look at in his room. I love my new tattoo, I have found my tattoo place.

I live in Cali, and was coming to town and decide to get a tattoo while in Colorado. I have this shop on the internet, contacted them via email. They where quick to respond, and helped me with my design over email. After a few back and forth emails we got the tattoo just right. When I got to town a couple of weeks later they had my tattoo ready to go when I got there. I was happy with the process and the tattoo I got. it will always remind of the amazing trip I had. Would definitely recommend Aliza Ink Tattoo Company to anyone in Colorado or if you are planning a trip there.

TL;DR: poor customer service, kinda shady/dingy office, good work by my artist (who no longer works there).Wouldnt recommend this place based on the customer service. I got my tattoo started back in the fall. Before you get your tat, you put down a $50 deposit to book your time. I was going to get my tattoo done in two stages (so that the artist could finish shading/adding details once the skin had healed and wasnt red/irritated). After my session, the artist told me he could apply my $50 deposit to the second stage of my tattoo, when I came back in 5 weeks. I said sure, no problem and paid full price for the first part of my tattoo.5 or 6 weeks go by and I call the shop to schedule the second part of my tattoo. Over the phone I was told that my artist had been fired and that I shouldnt have applied my original $50 deposit to my second tattoo. I politely asked for my $50 back, telling the guy on the phone that I still had my receipt/voucher showing that Id paid $50. He said no dice, so I asked to speak to a manager. I got on the phone with the guy who I believe was the owner. He told me that its not standard procedure to apply the first deposit over to the second session, and that I shouldnt have done that, but should have used my first deposit to pay for my first session. I told him I had no way of knowing that and that because his employee had told me to do that, good customer service would dictate refunding my money (especially because I had proof of paying the store my $50 deposit).Long and short of it is the owner told me it was my fault for not cashing out the $50 deposit and that he was not responsible for the actions of his previous employee, and that I was out $50. Even though I have proof of paying his shop $50 and not receiving any service in return, Im SOL.Also, the shop was pretty dingy, tattoo rooms were small and not super clean. Find somewhere better to go.My tattoo artist was Jeremy. If you look through the reviews on this page, many of the 5 star reviews were for him. He no longer works here, and without all the 5* reviews for him, Alizas rating would be significantly lower. Hes up in Denver now at Celebrity if you dont mind driving.If the owner has a change of heart and decides to refund me my $50, Ill remove this post. If the post is still up though, that hasnt happened.

Jeremy was my artist like 2 years ago and he completely butchered my arm. I cant speak for all the artists here but he was terrible. If they are willing to hire sub-par artists I dont think you should give this place a chance. They also had a promotion that reduced the cost of the tattoo if you leave a review, but you have to show them that you left a review. Leading to most people I would imagine to leave a better review than what they would normally, so as not to upset the artist. The private rooms were nice though.

I love this place. I love that they guarantee their work- not that you would need that but its nice to know you can go and have a touch up if needed.They are clean- honest and friendly. They will give you advice that is trustworthy and professional.I saw where someone wrote that it was expensive to get a tattoo here. Sorry- but I disagree. Since moving to Tucson, Ive missed this shop so much. Ive gotten work by several artists and they were all kind and considerate and completely open to working with me, instead of talking over me or throwing attitude - something Ive encountered in Tucson shops. This shop is owned by a woman and I believe it makes a noticeable difference for the BETTER in the way the shop is kept up, and the atmosphere. Ive always felt comfortable, which is something I struggle with. Most importantly, my work is beautiful. I get complimented everywhere I go and people always stop me and ask to look at my pretty ink. Cant wait to return!!

My experience was meh. This was my first tattoo so, I was hoping for the best experience and tried to do as much research as possible to make that happen. I put a lot of thought into where I would go, as well as my tattoo. According to sites and reviews, this is one of the best top 12 shops in the Springs. So I decided to try this one because I liked the work that I saw on their site. I looked at each of the portfolios of every artist and I thought they were great.The shop, I had no issues with. This place was clean, tidy, and nice. I first spoke to Kent, told him what I wanted and he recommended Chaz for the art that I wanted. He gave me a price estimate which seemed fair to me, based on size, and detail. So later, I emailed Chaz, made an appointment and he seemed super friendly.Well, I go in there, and he wasnt friendly. In fact, I felt like he didnt want to be there at all. He may have been sick because he kept sniffling, which in that case, he shouldnt have gone in. But he first made comments about how my tattoo would be backwards...I wanted it facing a certain way, and he just seemed condescending. Then, as he worked, I would ask him to add more color, and he would, but no matter how much I conveyed that I wanted more color, he would just put some here and there. Even one of the other artist came to watch him work for a minute and he said, Are you gonna add more blue? and I thought, thank you. So he added some more, and then when he was done, I checked it and it looked like he missed some so I had him go back and this whole time he acted like I was an inconvenience. Well, I left feeling pretty good about my tattoo but I decided to just wait and see what it looked like once it healed completely and then Ill decide if Ill ever go back or not. Well its healed and now I can see that he missed a lot of the smaller areas, it is just the outline. And since it was already like pulling teeth to try and get it this filled in, Id rather just go somewhere else, especially since some of the lines came out crooked. Im gonna have to go get it touched up, and considering its a new tattoo, that shouldnt be the case.In summary, I had no issues with the shop or pricing, it was the artist that I am disappointed in. So I will try the other 11 shops from the top 12 list that I have before I go back to this shop.

I was turning 18 and had my appointment canceled at a different parlor. I went in the next day and the owner Chaz (who wasnt supposed to be there) sketched it out and did my tattoo. It turned out amazing! Every one was so nice and talented! I would recommend this to anyone

Had an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced at pins and needles but got stood up by the piercer. So I called this place. The guy was wonderful! My daughter was very scared but he didnt get annoyed and explained everything to her. He even made time to do my lobes as well! My daughter said he was very gentle! Would come back for another piercing!!!

Best shop Ive ever been to! I have had tattoos done in four other places besides this one and this is BY FAR the best shop Ive been to. The artists are nice and professional, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and VERY CLEAN! I got three tattoos done with them tonight and they were very fast and virtually painless, the artist doesnt dig like some of the other places Ive been. I was talking with them while getting my work done and they donate to A LOT of charities as well, which is a very BIG PLUS to me. I wont ever get any work done anywhere else, theyve got a customer for life!

My husband came in for 2 name tattoos. We came here because the reviews looked good. We were greeted by Mark. He helped us figure out what size and writing would look best. The two names came out clean and exactly how we wanted them. He is a super friendly guy who doesnt disappoint. Thanks Mark. We will definitely be coming back to him for more work.

Contacted this shop about a post that was posted on Facebook, about a design that they wanted to do. I went in and talked to Chaz about the design, and he took my suggestion into account and off we went. Still have 2 more times to go, but loving the way the tattoo is coming out. I started my sleeve tattoo last week, even though it is a process I am loving the tattoo. These guys are great, my design is great and I cant wait for the finished product. Already thinking about what they can do on my other arm!!!

Not great service... The owner was great but the artist my friends and I got was rude and had to redraw what I wanted 3 times because he said he didnt need the photo and it was a simple tattoo. Sanitation procedures also definitely not great, he sprayed my arm with rubbing alcohol instead of disinfectant wipes and didnt wipe the surface he was tattooing on beforehand and didnt give me a proper bandage after getting the tattoo (it needs touch ups but I dont want to come back) and he used a paper towel and some scotch tape. Not really happy, sorry.

I was in Colorado Springs for a short vacation and was looking for a good place to get my second tattoo. Aliza was definitely a great choice. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The service was great. TC did an awesome job, beyond what I expected! I would definitely recommend this place, and TC, to anyone interested!

I talked to Megan a day before a scheduled appointment requesting some filler clouds, she quoted $400-$450 for 3 to 4 hours of work. She just finished, 11:30 until 12:48 worth the work and she still charged $450. She should have adjusted since it didn’t take her as long as she anticipated- this was her error not mine.

I came in and got a tattoo from Jeremy Witherspoon. I drove up from Tulsa Oklahoma because Ive followed his work and knew I needed a good artist. This was hands down the best tattoo Ive ever received. Ive never had and artist who knew what they were doing. He went above and beyond to make sure it was as perfect as possible. I finally have a tattoo I can be proud of and will definitely stick with him for future tattoos.

I went to Aliza tattoo with an idea to take away from a tattoo I got from another shop that was a complete mess and very embarrassing, & it was supposed to be a very meaningful tattoo for me(my sons name).. I talked to Chris (Biggun)on the phone and he had me come in for a consult. Because of him, I went with a whole new design, that brought my messy tattoo back to life, and added a new piece! I’m in love with the service I recurved! He drew up the most beautiful tattoo. All of the artists I met were super nice, professional, clean, and very friendly. No one likes going to get work done and sitting in silence, & being awkward. Chris and the rest of the staff made my experience so relaxed and comfortable. When my mother passed away recently i knew wanted to have a little tattoo in her honor. It had to be small and before I even got there, Jenna had drawn up something perfect....simple and perfect. I had a half sleeve done and I get am told all the time by people how nice it is. I love my tattoo! I will always go here for my tattoos and piercings. Jenna and Chaz have been taking care of all my tattoo and piercing needs for over 8 years now and they are the best at what they do. I have 5 tattoos now done by the great crew at Aliza. T.C. did a wonderfully creative job on a cover-up and Dustin has given me strong input and original ideas on concepts I took to him, delivering pieces of art that are unique, well-executed and just plain badass. The studio is clean and bright and everyone employed there clearly loves what they do and takes justified pride in their work. I fully intend to keep going back as often as possible.

I called to see if they did walk-ins. The guy on the phone was very nice! Walked in and talked to the girl up front with red hair and name starts with a t, she was very rude telling me how expensive it might be and how painful it will be. Pretty much trying to talk me out of it. Telling me I should come back when I can afford it...... I could afford it, she just assumed. I am very displeased. All I was asking for was some sunflower petals..... wow. All the reviews said this place was awesome and thats why I came here and unfortunately I had a 100% different experience.

I decided to pick Aliza for my tattoos based off of reviews. I wish I had done more research. I wanted a very simple Mickey silhouette tattoo on my wrist and wanted to talk to them about getting a large arm piece. When I was told the shop minimum I decided to get two small tattoos, Mickey and Minnie, one on each wrist. The tattoo artist Chris found two silhouettes online and made the transfers. Mickey was the first tattoo and I have minor complaints. His ears are not exactly round and if he was the only tattoo I could live with it. Now Minnie on the other hand... She is larger then Mickey, and seems to have been stretched during the process. Her ears are not even the same shape. Before I left the shop I pointed out that her ears were not the same and was told it was swelling and once that went down it would be okay. I knew as soon as I got home and some of the swelling had gone down that he was wrong. I have lived with the tattoos for a week now and decided to return to the shop and see how hard it would be to fix Minnie. Right away Chris got defensive and told me that it was physically impossible for them to be different sizes. Then tried to tell me that it was an optical illusion and that Minnie only LOOKED bigger because of her bow. All I was looking for was a simple touch up. Probably could have taken 15 minutes tops. I wasnt looking for an apology or refund. The fact that he still tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it, I will never trust him to touch my skin again.Update: I did go and have the tattoos covered with larger versions by a different artist in the shop. The tattoos had to triple in size. They are not what I wanted but at least they are presentable.

Me and a friend drove about an hour to try and get a decent price tattoo from here. When we got there The big shot with the face tattoos explained to us that the line work that we wanted done was going to cost around $300. The line work was so simple a child couldve done it he absolutely would not work with us and was not kind about it at all. Try to overcharge us around $200 for the simplest thing ever. He explained to us that he had been tattooing for 12 years and that it was simply too complex for him he did not try and help us in anyway or Bring any business to his shop. We were ready to go and willing to spend around $150 each and simply tried to rip us off completly. I would not recommend going to this place at all ever

Aliza ink was the where I got my first tattoo. It was a great experience with the friendly artist and helpful advice on what would look the best. Especially with how indecisive I am. I recommend everyone here after going there.

A while back I went to this tattoo parlor to get some words on my wrist. Everything went smoothly enough until the tattooing started. Jenna did my tattoo, and was nice enough to talk to, but I was unhappy with the outcome of my tattoo. The first word has a smeared outline because she went too deep. The lettering isnt level, and the thickness of the lettering is uneven. (some letters are shorter, and some are too thin when the rest looks bold.) Even though they do offer free touch ups, I feel that it would be useless, because it was that bad, and would probably just pay another shop to cover it and get the expression tattooed elsewhere. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

I am sure I am spelling his name wrong but went in and saw Biggen for my first tattoo for my Grandmother that past away recently, and had the layout the I wanted and after we talked about he used his skills and knowledge and changed the hole layout with the same idea as I had. Somehow he knew what I wanted when I didnt even know. We had a blast the hole time I was getting the tattoo and he was very helpful on the process on what to after I was done so it will heal right. Couldnt have asked for a better time from my first tattoo and will deffently go back and get more, hopefully on better terms next time tho.

My buddy Jeff recommend me to Jeremy, he took me as a walk in and his work blew me away very professional. He took my idea and ran with it, added his own touch and it came out better than I could imagine.

I unexpectedly went to go get a tattoo tonight, and stumbled upon aliza ink. I used to drive by the place all the time and figured why not try it out.everyone was super nice, the place in general is clean and the tattoo was well done. clean cut lines, and perfect bright coloring shading. also my tattoo was done on my wrist and it didnt hurt at all. :) I was very pleased and will get my next ones there. LOVE IT!!

Id really recommend Jeremy, my husband has gone to him for all of his tattoos and they came out beautifully. Jermey did a two part tattoo on me and my husband, it was the least pain Ive felt yet getting a tattoo and it came out amazing; I plan on going to him for future tattoos!

Man, what a disappointment. Me and my wife were visiting my brother last weekend and we all decided to go and get tattoos here. My brother went and got a tattoo by a very nice heavy set gentleman whos name I cannot remember but it was a great experience for him. The guy made conversation the entire time which I could hear from my room because of how quite my tattooer was. Kent I believe his name was hardly made conversation when tattooing me and my wife. We were there to get a cute silly tattoo done. She got shushi and I got soy sauce and chopsticks... oh and guess what? We both got infections. As I type this Im sitting in a doctors office to have my arm looked at because puss is coming out from where he used red ink. The tattoo is mainly black but in the areas where red coloring was use its all infected. I have tattoos that cover my chest, legs, tummy, my other arm and fingers. I HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD AN INFECTION. I know how to properly care for my tattoos. I have an infection and so does my wife, and both of us have color in them. I want my money back or Ill continue to post reviews anyplace I can. I dont care what waiver I signed, I didnt pay 310$ for two infected tattoos that are combined literally smaller than then palm of my hand. I have been tattooed laid out on a friends couch and never got an infection like this. Throw away your colors and give me my money back!

I have been getting tattoos for awhile and my husband took me here as an anniversary present to get something added to my arm. I took in a reference picture and biggun drew up the piece and he was the one who tattooed me. He was so friendly and nice about everything. His line work was wonderful and he did a fantastic job. My husband got tattooed by lefty and we both love the work he did as well. Although this place is a little bit more pricy. You really do get what you pay for. This shop has a good environment and I would highly recommend to anyone

I got a semicolon tattoo here about a year ago from Ken. I came in for a touch up a few weeks later as is normal, but afterwards there were several areas that were clearly not filled in (noticeable once the irritation/swelling subsided). I contacted the owners about my experience via email and Chaz replied; we set up an appointment where he’d look at it personally. However, when I arrived, he said someone else was scheduled at that time, although he seemed to remember our conversation, and so I saw yet another artist who finally corrected it (mostly; it’s still not perfect, but given the meaning behind the tattoo, I’m ok with that). Overall not impressed, but it certainly was a learning experience for me. I’ll be going elsewhere for future tattoos.

Horrible, horrible experience! The artist who did my memorial piece messed it up so bad I was embarrassed for people to see it. He added colors that I never agreed to, filled everything in with so much black I thought I could never get it fixed, when it was supposed to be very lightly shaded and it hurt so bad I passed out on the table! He didnt even notice that I was passed out, thats how little he cared and what a crappy artist he is. I would give them zero stars if I could and I wish I had never stepped foot into this shop.

This place is a joke, and the person who I believe is the owner, is rude. Called on the phone to ask questions about getting a piercing for my daughter, and was gruffly told he could do ears only. Made no mention of this on the phone, after I called and asked about bringing birth certificates etc. Seemed annoyed that we were bothering him by calling and coming into his shop. Not recommended.
