I have waited for so long to get my nose pierced! I was so glad that I found Kind Find! The shop is so clear and beautiful! Mary made me feel right at home and helped me pick out my jewelry! Lance the peircer was amazing!! He talked me through is all, was great talk to, was incredibly in sterile with all his tools and was professional! Lance even talked me through finding a piercing place near me in Nashville. Great place would recommend!

This shop is absolutely gorgeous ! I visited several places before choosing Kind Find for my daughters nose piercing! Lance is professional and so is his apprentice. Shop and workspace are super clean, just like everyone else has said. Selection is great. Did a great job with my two young daughters ears.Did a lot of searching around for places that would do kids ears and this was the only place I felt comfortable that it would be done correctly. And yes, you will walk out with nice jewelry to last a long time, not some cheap throwaway piece. We were planning to just get the most entry-level thing possible but then got sucked in by the awesomeness of the selection, in a good way!

I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars. He is so amazing, and made sure I understood the sterilizing techniques. He also worked with me on scheduling and price (he told me over the phone they were higher end due to it all being made in house, but I didn’t get paid at the time I thought I would so I was much more tight in budget than I thought I would be). He made sure I was happy with the placement and as comfortable as I could be for the entire process. He is very passionate about his work from the crafting of the jewelry to providing excellent service to his clients. It is a pricey place, but it is definitely worth it. Best experience I’ve had in a long while.

THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF KIDS!!!! They told my teenager over the phone it would be about $100 for everything. They went in got the piercing done and the EAR piercing itself was $100!! The cheapest stud was $180, but wouldn’t tell them the cost until after the piercing when they felt obligated to purchase. $280 lesson on being taken advantage of. Numerous other reviews say the same thing - they should be ashamed of themselves!!! Wish they had looked at the reviews instead of the overall rating. Another lesson (hopefully) learned.

I brought my daughters to get their ears pierced and ended up getting mine done too. It was so gentle and everything was explained super well as it was happening. Lance did a great job with my daughter and didnt brush off or tease her when she was upset. He patiently and kindly talked her through it. When my younger daughter decided not to they were super kind. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for. Mary even held my hand during my piercing and I had literally no pain afterwards I cant even tell I have them in. I would 10/10 recommend.

I CANNOT recommend this studio enough for piercing. I had my septum pierced this morning, and despite my nerves and anxious pacing, Lance and Mary were so sweet and calming and patient and answered my plethora of questions.This was the cleanest studio I’ve ever seen, and I was so comfortable trusting Lance with needles in and around my face. Plus, they have a huge gorgeous selection of jewelry. I’m excited to switch out my piercing when this heals with one of their beautiful pieces.I’ve had an industrial piercing and my tongue and belly button pierced, all at three different studios, and my body rejected all three piercings. None of those studios took such great time and care into the piercing the way Lance did. I can’t wait to take my friends for their piercings next when they come visit!

I was lucky enough to to snag an appointment while in town from Dallas about a month ago. I have to say, I was greatly impressed with the entire experience. An absolutely amazing piercing studio!! This was my first time getting anything professionally pierced and it was a great experience. I got just a regular nose ring and I’m so impressed with the professionalism at this studio! While yes, the jewelry was somewhat expensive, it was absolutely worth it! For the professionalism and cleanliness there, the price was so worth it. The studio was very clean and I could tell I was in good hands. Our hardworking teenager and college student went in for her first ear piercing here today. Walked out paying over $500 for her piercing and studs not understanding that she was buying very expensive studs. Hard life lesson, but perhaps she could have had the total cost explained to her BEFORE the piercing was done when she had selected the studs??? She just spent money that would have gone towards her next tuition payment for college. What a shame.

Lance is awesome, not only is this place very calm and visually appealing, he actually believes that piercings are not just jewelry - but a work of art. He was very sterile, gave a lot of feedback and taught us about the art of piercing. He took a lot of care to measure our ears for the perfect piece, worked on the jewelry placement for future pieces etc.While the price is steep, you know you aren’t getting a piercing that will need to be fixed later, get infected etc.

I was visiting from Oklahoma where I originally got a belly piercing at the age of 13. It went wrong and I have a scare from it. I wrote it down when I was booking my appointment with kind find. When I showed lance he didn’t have to think twice and instantly said “oh they did you wrong.” He continued to give me all sorts of information about body piercings and his work. They are by appointment online only and they are on the pricey side but when you walk into the store and see all the beautiful handmade jewelry you’ll see how it’s worth ever penny. I’m DEFINITELY driving the 8 hours to get another piercing or piece of jewelry!!

Lance is amazing. He is super sweet and can work within your budget. I’ve gotten a septum and two forward helix piercings. I will only be pierced here. It is not only sterile but ran by a talented person who loves his work.

His studio is so clean and sanitized i truly felt like i was safe in his care.But for all people who are getting nipple piercing please know bars start at 100 and go to 178 ( for opal) per bar bell. Its abit pricey but ABSOLUTELY worth it. Its amazing quality. Please keep in mind that this jewelry cant move for like 6 months. So you are paying for great quality and i have sensitive skin my body usually rejects metal but his quality is top notch. My body is handling them fine and their opal selection is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend lance to anyone.

Amazing experience!! Went to see Lance for a piercing (that I got elsewhere) that wasn’t healing properly. I called at the last minute and he saw me on his lunch break the same day, which was so nice. He looked at the piercing, talked to me about what he thought, his recommendations, explained all my options and fully educated and informed me on what was going on. It put me so at ease to be with someone so knowledgeable and kind, and made me realize what a piercer Should be doing and saying for their clients. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a piercing. I went there today to get my nose pierced and Lance was amazing! His jewelry is beautiful, he is very professional, and his studio is clean, welcoming, and calming. He walked me through the steps he takes to sterilize his equipment which was something I’ve never experienced before with a body piercer and I loved that. He also paid so much attention to detail with the placement of the piercing on my nose in order to make sure it would look great and that I would be happy with it. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed! It was by far the easiest piercing appointment I’ve ever experienced. I would trust Lance to do any of my piercings and highly recommend that you choose him to do yours too!

Kind find is indeed a great find! The shop is immaculate and beautiful with awesome jewelry that is well worth the price. If I could leave less than one star I would. EXRETEMLY expensive jewelry and they won’t refund you even when you don’t get the service done…very disappointed with the company and lack of compassion for others. I’m a military family member, and maybe a $54 deposit isn’t a big deal to them to it is to me and now that’s just down the drain but I can’t afford to spend $100+ per piece of jewelry on top of that down payment. Highly recommend not scheduling here.Update:As they have responded it further shows the shade. Never once was I told about any “rescheduling fee” and how they were so “nice” as to waive it for me…very good at twisting things.

I had my left nostril pierced by Lance to match my right nostril piecing I’ve had for for several years now. He was very professional and kind, and also assured me I was in good hands which made me feel safe and comfortable. He was very precise in the placement and spent time correcting it if needed. The piercing turned out perfect and I couldn’t be happier with it. The shop is beautiful and clean, and the jewelry is high quality. I was so nervous about my nose piercing but Lance had calmed me down. He sterilized everything. The piercing did not hurt at all! It didn’t get infected and the quality of the jewelry was incredible! All of the jewelry was gorgeous and i wanted it all! Thank you Lance again!

This is my first piercing besides my ears and I love it so much. From the beginning Lance was so nice and explained everything to me. He was super kind and made me feel comfortable while everything was happening and gave me a good warning on what I’m seeing. The space itself was cozy yet open which built a great atmosphere. We took our 11 yr old daughter to Kind Find Jewelry and Piercing yesterday for long awated ear piercing! Lances studio was extremely clean. He uses an autoclave to sterilize everything to include single use needles. No ear guns used. He explained every step to us during the process and was very kind and professional towards my daughter and put her at ease. I highly recommend his business.

The cost for my 4 year old to get her ears pierced was $300. And unfortunately due to improper placement of an earring on one side we had to have them re-pierced at another piercing place as we had moved out of state even though at the initial piercing appointment I noticed the placement was off but was ignored. I even brought her back in for a re-consult to see if we could do anything about it before we moved and was told that it looked fine. Not only do I wish that I could go back and never have taken her there but I also wish and hope that no other parents will bring their children there and have to go through that experience. The needle method of piercing took much longer than I thought it would and was very traumatizing for her and I. I gave two stars because the store is well organized, clean and I did feel the method was hygienic. It is not made clear online that when you get there you’ll only be offered jewelry to pierce that is over $100 per earring (after paying a nonrefundable deposit) and I can’t stand by a company that won’t make it right when you have told them it was done incorrectly.

I went in because I had a nipple piercing that wasn’t pierced correctly 4 years ago from a different shop & it was starting to reject (I had never had a piercing reject so I had no idea what it looked like). Lance was very knowledgeable & you can tell he has a passion for jewelry & piercing. I highly recommend this shop! They were also very clean & very respectful. Also, I HAVE to mention the beautiful decor & window crystal water feature! Thank you Kind Find for helping me with my piercing struggles. I will definitely be back to get my nipple redone & other piercings so they’re done correctly this time!

I was so close to chickening out. I got there and text my arrival a few minutes later the door was opened. Very clean store. Great selection. I picked an opal. I told the guy I was nervous. He ran my selection through the sterilizer for 10 minutes so I took pictures. When I got on the chair I told him I wanted to do my right ear and he turned the chair around. I watched him wash his hands really well and my ear as well. He was very particular about the placement and since I cant see it so well I was glad for it. He had me do some breathing and when he was ready he had me take a deep breath then out. It was not as fast as I had thought but didnt hurt as much as I imagined. I got this piercing to help with weight control and thow he made no promises maybe if I think about it it before eating it will.

Prestige clean shop. Lance is incredible. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind and talented. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Amazing experience. Great ambiance. Hands down best piercer and shop in the Springs.

(Part 2/2- I had to post from another account to finish my review, sorry!)Friday and Saturday, my son spoke of nothing but wanting to go back and get the second ear done. Now, I was incredibly leery and explained to him that Lance probably was going to approach him cautiously, too, considering the last time we left-- just days before-- he was red-faced and crying. I had my son get $60 out of his own bank and explained that he would get the money back (because I was getting the piercing for him as a birthday gift) when he got pierced, but I couldnt keep shelling out the money to make appointments if he wasnt actually going to get his second ear lobe pierced, but he swore up and down that he was ready because he couldnt even feel the first one anymore, and he wanted to get the second one done before school on Monday because hed already told his friends.Well, we went in on Saturday evening for our second appointment, and lo! and behold, my son began freaking out yet again. I cannot apologize to the staff enough for this, and should have recognized he wasnt ready, but he wanted the piercing so terribly, that I couldnt look at his little cherub face and say no.I have never seen a look of sheer terror in anyones eyes until Saturday night as my son was shrieking in the chair, I dont like needles!Again, Lance could have told him that he was sorry and wed have to leave until he was actually ready, but instead, he sat with us for nearly two hours, trying EVERYTHING he could to soothe my son. Lance explained that anxiety and anticipation sometimes get the best of us, but he could genuinely see that my son wanted to be pierced. He asked my kid to visualize the drive home-- how would he feel if he didnt get it done? And my son responded that hed be really disappointed, but he hated needles.Did it phase Lance? Absolutely not. He explained that the needle wasnt really such-- it is a tool called by another name, and is really just the way to get the jewelry in my sons ear. He gave him water. Tissues. Things to hold onto and focus on, and finally-- but some miracle-- my son lay back in the chair (still crying a little), but Lance was able to get the second ear pierced.Yall. This man is the most patient, kind professional in the business. He treated my son like family, and was soothing and kind from beginning to end, even when he might have been over it-- he never showed any signs of annoyance, anger, or anything else. This is why I will ONLY be scheduling piercing appointments with his shop, Kind/Find from now on. He fostered a genuine connection with my child to help him get through the piercing process.When we finished, my son repeated several times, We did it! We did it! and proceeded to talk about how great Lance was the whole ride home.We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and your gentle nature with a kid who really gets anxious (I feel like that might be the understatement of the year).

Took my girlfriend here for a nose piercing and the staff was very helpful and kind. They were very professional and knew what they were doing and the whole nose piercing process was super quick and easy. The prices here are very expensive though so do prepare for that. Upwards of $80 or more depending on what you get.

I recently had my tragus pierced at another establishment and I knew something wasn’t right with it. I came to see Lance and it turns out, the person didn’t do it right AT ALL! I love how knowledgeable Lance was about the piercing itself. He took out the bad piercing and pierced the other tragus. To sum it up, he knows his stuff! It didn’t hurt or bleed when he did it, unlike the first time I went to someone else. He did an amazing job and I loved how sanitary he was with everything. I love that they know their jewelry and even more, they do it themselves. They have beautiful jewelry and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere besides Kind Find. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else! They deserve more than 5 stars!

This is very cute shop near Old Colorado City that definitely carries high quality and gorgeous peices. But, be forewarned that this is a comparatively high-end shop that sells house-made jewelry that might cost you a hundred or more for a titanium septum clicker. I booked online to check out the shop (COVID precaution) and had to pay a $15 deposit. Unfortunately, since I didnt buy anything I lost that money which made me feel like I paid $15 just to stand in the shop for a few minutes. The staff is nice though.

Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Shop is inviting and exceptionally clean. Lance was patient and completely transparent about sterilization and talked my daughter through everything. He was even dressed in slacks and a button down shirt!- unexpected but added to the professional atmosphere. Hands down would go back and highly recommend. It is more expensive than going to the mall but worth the price for peace of mind, knowledge, cleanliness and quality.

(Part 1/2)First, if youre just here for the initial review, PARENTS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIND/FIND JEWELRY AND PIERCING. Now, if youre willing to read on for the reasons (because, perhaps, you have a child like mine), Ill go into detail as to why:The shop is incredibly clean. Prior to our coming in both times (dont worry, Ill explain in a sec), the shop was sanitized by the staff. We were sent a text message to come to the front door and were greeted in the waiting area. As we waited, we were offered water, juice, or soda pop, and were encouraged to look at all the different kinds of jewelry.My son has wanted his ears pierced for a few years now, and because hes finally turning double digits, he thought it was about time he got his lobes done. My husband and I thought we prepped him pretty well; we talked about the dangers of mall piercings with the staple-gun-like approach. We watched YouTube videos of what an actual piercer does. His heart was dead-set on being pierced, so I scheduled our first appointment for a Thursday evening so he could show his friends at school on Friday.Enter Lance... the most kind-hearted, empathetic piercer in all of the Colorado Springs region. Seriously, thank God for this man because without him, my sons ears would not have been pierced. Lance addressed my son like he was the one making all of the decisions-- which he was (the piercing, after all, was HIS idea)-- and explained set up, sterilization of all of the products and tools, what would happen during the piercing, how to breathe through everything. When everything was properly sterilized, my son hopped up into the chair in a sprightly manner and proceeded to make jokes about how hes been ready for this moment since he was seven.As he lay there, Lance began to prep his lobes. He cleaned them, marked them, made sure the marks were even. He handed my little man the mirror and asked him what he though. He was psyched. As he asked the kiddo to turn his head and began to put a sterile piece of gauze around his ear, my son got a little nervous and began to warn Lance: I HATE NEEDLES.Lance handled it like a champ-- he explained that its the necessary tool for the piercing, and that the stick would be brief. So, my son (having never been pierced before) began the breathing exercises and proceeded to allow Lance to pierce the first ear. Now, I dont want to say that he screamed in pain because it wasnt a scream, but he definitely wasnt using that indoor voice at that point either. He began to cry and shake (at this point, it was about 35 minutes into our appointment) and balk at the thought of getting his second ear pierced.Did our piercer flinch at all? HECK NO. He was in it for the long haul, and this, my friends, is what sets him apart from the other piercers in town. It would have been incredibly easy for him to say, Well, your kid is crying and obviously worked up, so I cant pierce him, but Lance sat with my child for another hour trying to soothe him enough to pierce the second ear.He explained that it was all right to be scared, and that we all have scary obstacles in our way in life sometimes, but bravery is taking in a deep breath and moving forward. He talked about his first piercing experiences, his previous jobs, and his own child. He was so patient with my child, and even when the little dude decided that he wanted to wait on the second ear until he was ready, Lance commended him for taking control of his body and recognizing that he probably wasnt in the frame of mind to move forward with the piercing.When we left on Thursday, on behalf of the shop, my little dude received a gift bag with a rad coffee mug, candies, gummy bears, and a stuffed animal to celebrate his birthday and the fact that he took a big step and got one ear pierced.When we got home, he said it was a little sore but he didnt even feel it anymore.

Absolutely one of the best in town. I recommend to anyone in colorado springs. Great atmosphere and good service with reasonable prices. Cant beat it.

Immaculate! I have been wanting my septum pierced for several years. I finally booked the appointment to have it done and let me just tell you, Lance, made it the best experience I could have imagined. I was very nervous but he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. He walked me through each step and was so kind. It hurt less than my ear lobe piercing! He was professional and the atmosphere was clean and the vibes were great. Thank you Lance!

Extremely clean & high quality, only 2 stars as their jewelry is extremely expensive and I didnt see anything about prices on their website before going in. Cheapest piece offered to me as an option was over $150. Great quality, just wish I wouldve known before hand that everything was out of budget, especially when you have to pay $ to even set up an appointment.

I got my septum pierced today, and I really enjoyed it! They were very informative on what kind of jewelry I was getting and how the process was going to be like. My piercer was also very professional and was very sterile when it came to the piercing part. Would definitely come back to get pierced.

I went here to get my conch piercing replaced and I love it! Lance is a super professional guy and he’s very friendly. He runs a very clean operation. He also makes his own jewelry which is really awesome and worth the price! I would definitely go back again!

I can not say enough good things about this shop or Lance. He made me feel so comfortable right away. We spent time making sure I picked the right style and size for my septum piercing. Everything is beautiful and the shop is so clean. He walked me through each step and I was blown away by the sterilization process. I would recommend this place to anyone. Lance is a super cool guy. Although I wish I knew how much everything was gonna cost before...it is definitely not cheap but knowing your getting your moneys worth, makes it worth it. They make all the jewelry themselves which I think is so cool and amazing which might be why it is so expensive. He’s very clean talks you through it and everything. But I wish they had something or packages or something that will let you know what your getting yourself into money wise, not a big deal if you do have the money but I wasn’t expecting paying over $100 for it.all that being said I would trust this man 100% with your piercing.

Dont bother going anywhere else. If you want to get a piercing this is the place to go. Lance is passionate about his craft, extreamly knowledgeable and very safe. My daughter (8yrs) and I went to get our ears pierced. He explained everything he was doing and why, which was not only enlightening but comforting as well. The attention to detail when it comes to sanitizing and safety was remarkable. The store was nice and clean and the jewelry beautiful. I would highly recommend and will be back myself.

Lance did an excellent job on my recent nipple piercings. I was really nervous but lance made me feel better my explaining everything in depth, being extremely professional, and absolutely sterile. It’s really cool to see someone who is so passionate about their work. I saw a lot of reviews about this place being pricey but honestly you get what you pay for. This place was definitely worth every penny spent. I would recommend Lance to anyone. I couldn’t happier with my piercing and truly appreciated his customer service. It means a lot when someone takes your health and safety seriously when getting a piercing. Will forever go here for anymore work I want done.

I had my septum pierced in February . Got a hold hinge hoop solid gold 16g but when it was time to take it off I couldn’t manage it. I set up a consultation to get it removed and told them the jewelry just wasn’t working for me. When I bought it I was told there was some kind of guarantee, it was way more expensive than other solid gold hoops of the same size and gauge I found online afterwards. I didn’t even mention this information, though I felt duped and was embarrassed. Anyways, I told them I just wanted it removed, they could keep the hoop, I wouldn’t ask for a refund or anything because I didn’t want to cause any trouble. No raised voice, no animosity, just take it out, no I don’t want to buy any more jewelry and I’m just going to leave the hoop there, it’s used but I figured the guy was a jeweler and it’s still solid gold. Lance comes out, says he wants to educate me on how to do it. Cool. He demonstrated on a smaller, lighter gauge ring, looked easy. He says he’d hate to have to “trash” the one I have. So he goes to take mine out and it’s in my face so I can feel how hard he has to push to get it off. He shows me again. I try it, it’s really difficult. I can’t get it to move enough that I’d be able to change it myself. I tell him that. I say listen, it’s just not going to work for me, I’m not going to ask for any money back, just keep it. He tosses it on the table and says good, I wasn’t going to give you anything for it. So if you like having to pay someone every time you need to change your jewelry and you’re okay with being told you wasted your money on solid gold trash then by all means, pick this place. They wanted to charge 50 bucks for a spacer no one would see and the attitude changed when I refused to buy something else from them. They were really chill at first but the moment I needed help or expressed I wasn’t happy with the jewelry it was trash to them. I’m not a fussy or overly needy person, I just wanted affordable jewelry I could take out and put in without setting up an appointment. I’m pretty disappointed and won’t be back. I tried recommending this place to friends before this incident and they balked at the price, and now I feel even more moronic than before knowing that all I got from the whole thing was an empty hole in my face and a bad attitude.Edit: After seeing this review they signed me up for spam texts. So know that if you don’t have a good experience with them they’ll give your information out to other people without your permission. Yikes.

O.......M.....G!!!This place was amazing! The appointment scheduled makes it feel more focused on you as a customer, infact, it really felt like a spa experience. There was a waterfall fountain going and the atmosphere felt cool and clean. It was really relaxing and exciting at the same time. Lance really knows his procedures and jewelry, I think he said his family had been in the jewelry business for FOUR generations. Thats so awesome! It was VERY clean, and friendly, but not Suzy cheesecake friendly which I prefer.. Theyre real and down to earth but care deeply about what they do. It is a little expensive, HOWEVER, I would rather pay more for quality, care, and sanitation along with these BEAUTIFUL handmade pieces than go to some shop and pray for the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!I cant wait to go back! ❤️

Single best experience out of the 6 piercings I’ve had. Yes, the jewelry is pricey, but it is absolutely worth it. Incredibly clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. Won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry or piercings!

I absolutely LOVED my experience. I went in today to get my nose done and honestly was kind of nervous. Lance greeted me outside exactly on time for my appointment and was incredibly caring and classy. He made me feel so comfortable the MOMENT he started talking. The pricing is totally worth it. Lance went the extra mile in every part of my experience. Made sure I understood, what he was doing at EVERY step and the sterilization process. I never felt confused or over loaded which is a common theme when you go into a piercing place normally. It was the cleanest and calmest piercing shop I have EVER gone into. The jewelry is BEAUTIFUL. Lance felt like an immediate friend and I have already recommended 3 or 4 friends and I got it 3 hours ago!!! Seriously go here! Lance is amazing and just wants to share his craft with you!! Lance is so professional and the studio is extremely clean! Be prepared to drop some money though. I wish I had known how much it was going to cost up front. All said an done for my nose and my nieces ears it was $535 after tip. I did get the $220 gold hoop ring but I was anticipating half what the total was.

Location was very classy, clean, and well decorated. It felt very inviting. As someone who has never gotten a piercing I was quite nervous but Lance was very kind and explained everything to me every step of the way, he did everything in his power to make me comfortable. The sterilization of the equipment was very professional and thorough as well! Lance has a wide variety of very high quality jewelry as well. 10/10 would recommend. Ill definitely be returning!

Lance did an incredible job! The shop is so clean and beautiful, the pieces he crafts are gorgeous! I was met outside for my appointment escorted in. I just got my nose pierced here and the experience was the best I’ve ever seen. Lance did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and how he was doing it. Every tool was sterilized and high quality. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra dollar. The jewelry is beautiful and I can’t wait to come back and choose some more.

I bought three expensive pieces of jewelry New Year’s Eve AND got two new piercings that day.I replaced a steel nose ring with gold and I asked for the ring to be fitted close-After I got home (Chicago) just a couple days later, I called Lance and said that the nose ring is too big. He replied that he couldn’t exchange for sanitary reasons ( he has a machine that is a sanitizer that is connected with some lab? Idk it’s what he said)But then he said I could get a discount on the next piece I get from him, SMH. I paid $300 for the one that is too big, I just want one that fits!

My husband took our 8 year old son to get his ears pierced by Lance. It was a fantastic experience. My son is over the moon with his piercing, and my husband was impressed with the shop. Even though the jewelry was pricey, I’m very happy with it all. My son keeps telling me little things Lance educated him on the piercings. Thank you so much!

As Lance spoke I recognized his knowledge, he was careful to go over everything and I loved how cautiously he placed my piercings, adjusting just right for my body. He has an artist eye. Came in and got my nipples pierced, had to come in 3 times after that because the sizes were off and they weren’t healing well. They were super helpful and super amazing to me, they didn’t charge me for their mistake of putting in the wrong size, they came in after store hours to make sure that my piercing wasn’t hurting me and in order to change them out for another size. They redid an ear piercing for me that I got done poorly at Claire’s. Cleaned up and sterilized everything. Super professional super nice, definitely made a forever client in me, will not be going to any other place but this one. The prices are Definitely worth the quality and service.

For as long as Im in Colorado, never will I go anywhere else for piercings. Lance was super friendly, professional, and also educated me about not only what he/his shop was about, but also my body and what was best for me, and I really liked and appreciated that. These guys are amazing!!! I brought my 7 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. They were so sweet and answered her questions. Above all they are exceptionally clean and use quality jewelry. We are a week post piercing and they look perfect! We live in Houston and no doubt I would make a special trip for any future piercings.

Worst customer service. You have to pay $16 to pay for an appointment to place an order and $16 for an appointment to pick it up. Also known convicted felon. If I could give him -stars I would.Update: he’ll steal your money, kick you out and call you a liar if you leave a bad review.

After researching for the best place to get my nose pierced, I came across this place. Lance was very professional and very careful about sterilization. My piercing never really hurt and never itched during the healing process! He helped choose jewelry in my budget that was still good quality. Additionally, Lance is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of wherever you want to be pierced, and will only pierce you if it is safe.

I took my daughter to this place and since we walked in you can tell how much pride the staff takes into giving you the best experience, everything is spotless, you can smell how clean it is. During my daughters piercing procedure Lance was very precise and my daughter felt no pain at all. I really like how they sterilized all the equipment and the jewelry my daughter got right in front of us, that gave me a huge peace of mind.
