I recently got my infant daughters ear pierced. The Jewelry consultant that assisted me was beyond helpful and nice throughout the process. I made the appointment over the phone, and it was quick and easy and they were willing to work around my schedule. When I arrived, I contacted them that I was going to be 15 minutes late, and they had no issues. When I arrived to appointment, the Jewelry consultant was so helpful, she didnt rush me in picking out jewelry nor did I feel overwhelmed. She went over the types of jewelry that are best for infants. Prior to the piercing, the associate ensured everything was sanitized, down to the the chair I sat in to hold baby, and went through each tool being used that was in original package. I greatly appreciate the patience from her, since my daughter was crying and screaming. I definitely recommend this place. And I will be coming back to purchase more jewelry, they have great deals.

This place is awesome!! I had an overall great experience. Jessica pierced my 9 month old baby girls ears with ease and confidence. Jessica was professional, informative, friendly, and trustworthy. She took her time and delivered perfect results. Great jewelery selection as well. This place is at the mall in Springs. Ask for Jessica. She is very talented at what she does and you can tell she is very passionate about her work. Thank you Jessica for everything! I recommend this place for all your piercing and jewelry needs. Told us people got fired for fraud and that’s why she is working alone. Told us to come back another time or go have lunch and come back after I told her we had someone waiting outside. Went to Claires in and out after the person in front of us was done.

At the Chapel Hills Mall location. The store is open but no one here. It’s 5:15 pm and the story is open till 7 pm. After waiting for 30 mins, leaving now. Extremely dissatisfied and unprofessional.

The attendants are extremely patient and helpful with my 2 and 4 year old girls.

I went in to get just one of my ears pierced because it had closed up. My biggest concern was that they were even! Wayne was wonderful! He answered my daughters’ questions and was patient with the curiosity, while also making me feel assured that he could make my ear piercings even. Not only are they even, but it didn’t hurt. Today I have no swelling or pain. They know what they’re doing! Go see Wayne.

Catherine was amazing. Very knowledgeable and intuitive with her service. Will definitely bring coming back to the chapel hills location. She deserves her raise. This area will definitely be in fantastic hands when it comes to leading by example in great customer service and price.

Catherine did an amazing job piercing my ears! I called and scheduled an appointment and the welcoming started there. She was friendly and went above and beyond. I got to the store and was greeting with joy, cheer and excitement. Catherine made it a truly amazing experience and walked with me through all of the steps and was still able to make others feel heard and important as well. Give her a raise or promotion ASAP!

I love this company!! And the professional folks working there! They are courteous and friendly! Specifically Wayne and Katherine! They did their best to rectify a situation for us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the product!! I will continue to shop here in the future because of them!

Ok for a mall kiosk but definitely not anything to write home about. A little overpriced if anything.

Talk to someone on the phone about getting my septum pierced and they told me to come in that they do piercings for free and I just have to buy the jewelry... the map takes me to the wrong location 10 minutes away and when I finally got there I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up just to be told they dont do septum piercings... so much of my time was wasted and yours will be too!!!

Update: I wish I could leave more than one review as this location just keeps getting better and better! New merchandise is coming in and I am very happy!Love the piercings and chains from this store!I was in on Tues and the girls that were there were very helpful and provided so much information and helped me find the perfect items for my little girl.I plan on coming back to get some great gifts with my mom for mothers day.

I have shop with Pagoda for 30+ yrs. I started using them when I got my ears piercing when I was young on the east coast. I have moved all around as I am military and continue to shop with pagoda everywhere I go. Always have great sales and wonderful merchandise.The girls at both COS locations are awesome.I went in over the weekend with my granddaughter and got her ears piercing to the Cjapel locate. The ladies there were funny, informative and really made it a special experience 4 us.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and every time I come in my experience is better than the last time. Today is no exception to that and even though Cat was busy she still made sure to make every single person feel important.If you need a gift, something nice for you or an ear piercing definitely come here. Every person in my family gets their ears pierced here and it is perfect every time. The attention to details is hands down the absolute best.

I came in for some very specific items.I wasn’t able to find the necklace that I was looking for so Catherine went through the ipad with me, then told me some other places to look. I ended up finding it at zales but I came back and bought some other things I liked just because she was so great.I plan on going back for the big sale next week on payday.

Very friendly staff, who know what they are selling! All questions can be answered by staff and they are willing to help. Great place to take a loved one for jewelry. My experiences have always been good and beyond expectations.

Read the contract!!! They offered hubs a charge account. He was so excited to be approved. Sigh. Minimum $400 has to be spent. No problem. Everyone got something nice. A week and a half later the contract arrives in the mail. Pay off in 90 days same as cash. ORRR you pay $1900 for that $400 worth of jewelry. Not sure if hubs missed that part or what but thankfully a tax check came in and we paid that off first thing! Payments were going to be $90 every two weeks. Should have had it paid off by 90 days doing that anyway but wasnt risking it! Read the contract. Check your interest rate. Check payment dates and please, dont get in over your head and pay 4 times what you spent in interest! Two stars because they were nice lol. Of course they were nice. She had a $400+ dollar sale. Bet that helped her commission or quota or whatever for the day. But anyway. They were nice so they get a star for that.

Ridiculous customer service at the location at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs. I went with my mom who purchased some earrings that she later decided she didn’t want. I live about 10 minutes away whereas she lives almost an hour away. I went to return the earrings for her and was told I couldn’t because she would have to do it herself with the card she purchased them with and she would need her ID. That’s fine, I understand companies have return policies. But then I told them I was interested in a set of piercing earrings for myself and the employee said “okay but those are non refundable.” With an attitude that said I was trying to do something shady with the stuff I wanted to return for my mom. So I just left. My mom and I went back today and they wouldn’t accept the return because their “internet was down” but she was having another customer swipe her card while talking to us. She told us there was no telling when it would come back up and then turned her back on us as if the conversation was done. Unacceptable! Poor customer service. Go to a legit jewelry store or a tattoo parlor.

Just got my ears pierced for the first time. I did tons of research because I am scared of needles, and saw this place had good reviews. The guy at the counter pierced my ears SO uneven, I’m embarrassed to wear the earrings. I’m terrified of needles, so I was distracted didn’t notice that he didn’t check the marks for evenness. I’m so upset, and I don’t want to get them redone. So disappointed.

Catherine (The manager) is amazing !!! I was in window shopping several times because I was waiting for the right time to purchase me and my boyfriend jewelry items. She helped me pick the perfect pieces and took care of my boyfriend . It was nice to have a personalized experience and be treated with world class experience ! She went out of her way and I will never forget her !!! I will go back just to experience her outstanding customer service !

Excellent Work. These ladies know how to pierce. The employees at the Chapel Hills Mall are very professional, skilled, and kind. They made sure my son knew how to take care of his ear before they would pierce him. I was very impressed.

I have gotten 5 piercings done here, I got my daughter and my niece pierced here, as well. I buy all holiday and special occasion gifts here, as well. I can not speak highly enough of the team here.Cathy is an amazing manager, the tall lady is always funny, the newer staff is wonderful and I always have so much fun when we go in!

Called to let them know I would be coming in to get my babys ear pierced. When we got there no one was at the there but 2 girls where sitting on the bench next to the kiosk. I kept looking around for someone but no one was there the girls sitting there just looked at us know were needing service but didnt say anything. So I decided to call the number I called to let them know I was coming. Then the lady sitting next to the kiosk said she was on a call and would be 30 minutes. After seeing me walking around the kiosk for 15 minutes. Unacceptable customer service. So I went to Claires and they did a FANTASTIC JOB AND THE LADY WAS AMAZING.AVOID THE PAGODAs at the Chapel Hills mall the lady was rude.

If i could give a 0 i would! Staff is totally unprofessional and needs to learn some customer service skills! I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional staff and this happened on more then one occasion! Always an excuse regarding the use of the extended warranty that i paid extra for!
