I called and answered my call talk to i think he was Brain or bryn i havent catch his name. but he been honest guy and they dont have software of Volvo and he gave me # to call. Very helpful.Thank you guys.

I lost my through shaft on my freightliner classic east of Colorado Springs and the towing company referred me to this shop. Upon arrival the tow driver put my truck right into their shop and Mike, the shop foreman, was expecting me already. Within one hour they did a damage assessment and an estimate. Both differential, 2 airbags, ABS valve, through shaft and a variety of other parts needed to be replaced. A total of$10k worth of damage. After I secured the finances and gave them the go ahead Dan started working on my truck immediately. Excellent service, Dan did not leave the side of the truck until it was all done. They had me up and running Friday morning. They stayed within range of the estimate and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was kept in the loop at all times about the progress and could inspect their work at any given point. If you are in need of any kind of truck repair in the area this is the go to shop!Thank you Colorado Truck repair for making a bad situation as pleasant as possible and get me rolling again! I have had very positive experiences here thus far. I have had them work on various makes and models of trucks for me with good outcomes each time.

Well, called these folks on July 3rd at 10:45 am to see if they could do an engine rebuild. Mike answered the phone and said they were closed. I asked ( then why answer the phone) he then asked what i needed . ( my response was to find someone that can do a rebuild on N-14. ) his reply was of course we can we are a truck repair shop. Go to Hell we are closed.What a Customer Service experience this would have been had I spent 10-14k in this shop. These folks will never see a dime from us and furthermore I will let it be known what they are like just in a phone call.
