I would not recommend taking your car here or using their online scheduling……THEY WON’T FULFILL YOUR APPOINTMENT. Even after getting an appointment online 3 days prior, got multiple emails, and multiple text messages about the upcoming appointment. Including a text message the day before, confirming I have an appointment the next day. Well can you guess that when I showed up for my scheduled appointment the next day they didn’t have ANYTHING in their system saying I had an appointment. Got there and ended up having to wait 4 hours for what should have been a 30 minute oil change. I will not be coming here if you guys have such a bad appointment system that it will send out multiple confirmations across email and text only for my appointment NOT to be in your system. Pathetic.
Appointment at 8:00am. Arrived at 7:50. Had to take the car at 9:20am and leave without the oil change done because they were so far behind already (>1.5 hours). Plus, I feel sorry for the owner of a vehicle in the bay that two technicians were working on when we walked through to get my key. They were working some chemistry by mixing two different oil weights to come up with a new one. The comment was by the time were done, it will be mostly rotella. This is what gives dealerships a bad name.
Joshua was very nice. Even when I was a little stressed out and hard on him he did the right thing and took good care of me. The car is fixed and working well for the service I turned it in for. Personally couldn’t ask for more
I had an appointment at 10:30am for a diagnostic. After not hearing anything all day, I called for an update on my vehicle at 4:00pm and was told they haven’t looked at it yet. Was told maybe later today or tomorrow they will get a chance to look at it. The service department doesn’t not value the customers time at all. If you can, take your car elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Great Service! Friendly and helpful staff! Thanks.
Waiting 2+ hours for a replacement key. Ridiculous!
Great location. I enjoy the customer waiting area. The drop off process can get a bit congested but over all tops on my list for servicing my Ford Fusion.
Phenomenal experience because of April and Alex. They went above and beyond to assure my vehicle needs were met. Their professionalism and customer service skills are second to none, and I highly recommend Phil Long Ford service department to anyone that wants exemplary service.
They really dont care about your time. Not valued as a customer.
I was able to get checked in and get my truck serviced fairly quickly. Only issue I have is, I hate it when they move my seat as it takes me several drives to get it put back where it is comfortable for me again. But that is something I deal with anytime I take a vehicle in for service.
Service Advisor Gabriel King was swift with helping me with my tailgate not locking. Hour and a half later the actuator was swapped and my tailgate is locking, just in time for my ski trip this weekend. Took me all day to find a shop available to do this insurance claim quickly, and they really came through.
Mark the old guy is outstanding. Even with the bad weather, snow and ice respected my appointment.
In and out real quick today. Best time to go is during bad weather.
They were quick, polite and efficient. And they took time to answer some questions I had about my truck.
Sydney is always attentive and take care of everything you need.👍👍
Had a good customer experience with phil long Quick Lane. Had some warranty work done. Only complaint is the time it takes ford to approve any work. A 4 hour job turned into a week due to getting parts and approval. The techs and staff were helpful and they have a text system so you can get updates on the work.
Had to get an airbag recall done on my Edge. Easily made an appointment and Kenny in the service department made sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.
Jason is the BEST service technician. He is so honest and helpful, and polite!!! He knows his stuff, and has wonderful customer service skills too!
3 plus hours for routine maintenance. Garage door was open and I saw 3 employees huddled together/talking/laughing/didn’t seem to be in a hurry at all. I’m convinced all auto repair shops attached to any dealership is slow no matter time or day. Stop using these dealership repair shops if possible if you value your time.
I bought a used car from Value car in April of 2018. The purchase came with 2 complimentary oil changes. I got the first one around the first of this year due to the low miles I put on the vehicle. They stripped the oil plug, but fixed it quickly.I went in today to get the second one and was told that my complimentary oil change had expired. No where on the coupon was an expiration date, not even a disclaimer that said valid 1 year blah blah blah.I cant blame the service adviser, but I do blame the company for their horrible business practices.I am sure I paid for these oil changes in my original purchase price, they just took $40 (the price of an oil change) from me.
I made an appointment to get new tires one month in advance. My appointment was at 10 AM. All of the walk ins who arrived between 7 AM and 10 AM were put in front of me. So I really didnt have an appointment. I was bumped by all the walk ins. At 12:30 PM my car was still sitting outside so I took it home. I will purchase new tires elsewhere. So, if you make an appointment you dont really have an appointment. It is better to get there at 6 AM and get in line. There ARE no appointments. This is first arrived/first served only. Dont let them fool you into thinking that you have an appointment.
So much for the “quick” part. I don’t live in this area and was just down here working. I called and they said they could get me right in for a flat repair on my 2017 F-350. When I arrived they said they needed a diesel technician to repair my tire because it was a dually and they had all gone home for the day. The service writer asked if I could come back the next day and I explained that it depended on my schedule. I ended up with a break in my day so I came in around 1 pm the fallowing day. Now I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours and they just got my truck in the bay. The service writer apologized and said that she had a flat tire on her personal vehicle that she needed to handle! Seriously!?!?! I was a technician for 15 years and the customers vehicle ALWAYS COMES FIRST! What is wrong with these people? I definitely will not be bringing any of my vehicles to another “Quick Lane“ for service. I’ve had to reschedule the rest of my day to get a tire fixed because apparently the employees vehicle is more important than mine.
I have never had a problem with coming to this Ford. I went to the quick lane, without an appointment, to get my tires filled with more nitrogen, and they got me in promptly and without hesitation. They had some concerns about why my car had low tire pressure, and looked into it, finding a nail. They were more than willing to help me for a low cost to me. Jeff, the advisor who helped me, was so kind and courteous, and kept me updated on the progress the whole way through my visit. Thank you!
Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable! I will always bring my cars here! They even offer coffee, and have a cute little cafe for customers!
I previously left a 1-star review but Im editing it to reflect my experience today. I had to come in, albeit reluctantly, to get an oil change/tire rotation/checkup. I mentioned my previous experiences with Aaron, my Service Associate, and he said I had his word that I would be out within 1 hour. Very much to my surprise, everything was done 45 minutes later! I noticed most of the old staff are gone, so I assume some upper management cleaned house. And it showed. I was very impressed and will be giving this Quick Lane a second chance. Though, only 4 stars out of 5 because their online scheduling system essentially doesnt work -- you have to call if you want to be sure your appointment is made.PREVIOUS REVIEW: I always wait over 2 hours even though Im always told about an hour at each visit.
I do not believe the way they have their service entrance set up is the easiest way to@accommodate their customers. You have to wait, in a sometimes extremely long line of cars or trucks, just to drop off your keys. Even if appointments are made, it doesnt really mean much. When I finally got up to the carport area, not one person asked if I needed anything. Since it wasnt my first time there, but 2nd or 3rd, I knew which set of doors to go to for my service appointment, but if I had been a 1st time customer, I would have been somewhat lost or confused. The other few times I went, I was not ignored like this one time, but one bad experience can kind of sour the other good ones. The place is very clean and the waiting area is extremely inviting, comfortable and pleasing. There is even some kind of coffee shop and childrens area. I will be going back again, and I just hope the one bad experience was just a fluke.
Friendly and gentle staff helped me factory reset my door code with a short wait time. Thanks guys!
I am very pleased with how great the quicklane service was. Showing me the lounge, bathrooms, coffee, and time with service... I normally never do reviews, but wanted to show my appreciation with how great they did! Thank you!
Its such a shame we do not have another Ford dealership in Colorado Springs. By far worst customer service I have ever experienced. From sales to service, tried purchasing from Phil Long- that was a no-go so I bought somewhere else. Then I tried to service both my vehicles at both locations, both service locations are horrible and was astonished they flat out lie to you. My PSI was never even checked and I opted for the Works and my tires were never rotated and they flat out told me they were. Now I have to drive to MedVed to get my Fords serviced. Never stepping foot in either location again.
My father is sick, so on my day off from work I took his car in to get an oil change. I sat there for 3+ hours for an oil change. The rep told me in the begining that it would be done in under an hour. 3+ hours for an oil change is inexcusable, Meanwhile all the reps and mechanics I could see through the windows where chatting and laughing. In the end they even forgot to put on the new oil change sticker and they misplaced my keys. I had to go back in and let them know about the sticker and then the sticker they put on was for the wrong mileage. I just got in the car and left, I had other stuff to do with whats left of my day off. Great work ethic they have there. Thanks for nothing Chapel Hills Phil Long Ford. Im going to do my best to tell everyone about the horrible service I received.
Calling in advance pays off when they are busy. Great customer service skills.
Quick does not describe them in the least. Inefficient and slow. Sales guys try to sell you on unnecessary and expensive maintenance. Only upside is that their waiting area (part of the dealership) is pretty nice.
Quick lane my ass! 3.5 hours for an oil change is not quick I can change my own oil but I use oil change services to save time. Well thats out, self service it is.
I would like to say dont use Mark Riese or any one at Phil Long Quick lane at Chapel Hills he is there to line his own pockets. I spent about four thousand dollars at this place between two vehicles in one month and went to them for four years. REGRET Long story short Got tires and didnt want to spend any more on dumb roadside ins.!! Didnt have any money left after using them. I got nail in my tire about a month after I spent 800.00 on tires. I work in customer service mind you, you think that he would have been nice and thrown that for me after I spent my entire monthly income on them. Left very upset cause they wanted to charge me another 180.00 for one tire . A******went to Discount tires where he put a roadside warranty on all my tires for FREE and charged me 56.00 . And I had never even stepped foot in a Discount Tire Shop Now thats customer service!!!!! Go to Discount tires and stay as far away from Phi long Quick lane as possible. Im not rich but when I buy new cars it wont be from Phil long Ford. To bad they wont care anyway but trust me I will tell every customer at my job about the horrible service I had. And I heard from co workers that Aspen Auto would take great care of me.
Took 2 hours for an oil change. Was quoted 1 hr 15 mins. Ridiculous
They are fast and efficient!
Should probably be a three and a half. As usual the wait time was pretty long, and therefore somewhat frustrating.
