Ive worked closely with this company for over a decade. Ive seen several different employees in the various roles within the company and I know that the owner takes great pride in picking good people. Aspen Kitchens always sources top notch product and reputable companies to partner up with to get the job done.I have done their glass. Theyve always treated me with respect and have been very thorough in all communications and expectations. And when there is a problem, they dont hesitate to think of the customer first. I wish more companies would put this kind of focus on the results rather than pure profit margins. Thanks for being a great partner to trades and customers!

Rose and I worked with Anna (designer) and Andrew (owner) to remodel our master bathroom. The project started in late January, 2018, and ended in May. It was a fairly major renewal, with new cabinets, replacing a tub with a walk-in, accessible shower, marble-look shower walls and floor, and a quartz counter.Anna is a creative genius and dream to work with, and Andrews specialists in each skill area (plumbing, electrical, woodworking, tile, and so on) are the best Ive encountered! We would recommend Aspen Kitchens, of Colorado Springs, CO, to anyone who is seeking style and quality in kitchen or bathroom remodeling at reasonable prices.

Ridiculous contract and prices. Any reputable contractor should not require any payment upfront with the exception of site delivered manifested building materials or delivered custom items. These jokers require up to 95% pre-payment prior to completion of projects, which makes you seriously question the confidence in their craftsmanship. The total of our estimates from them were literally 40% above other contractors we consulted for our kitchen and bathroom renovations, with the exact same materials. We can’t comment on their finished product as we couldn’t get past their incredibly high estimating and borderline unethical contract terms. Consumers should never be asked to pay upfront until a job is completed and there is no shortage of reputable contractors who operate this way along the Front Range, many of which won’t even make you pay upfront for materials, until the job is completed to the client’s satisfaction.

Aspen Kitchens did a fantastic job!!! This is an amazing crew to work with. From the start to the finish everyone was professional and worked to meet our needs. We really had no idea what we wanted in a kitchen and Anna listened to our needs to create a beautiful kitchen! Andrew (owner) listened to our budget and collaborated with staff to put our dream kitchen together! We couldnt be happier. The construction crew (Gary and everyone else) were great too! From the removal of the old kitchen to completion of the new, they were careful and attentive. They have an app they have you download for constant updates of the project and communication. I was shocked at how fast they respond whenever you reach out to them. Im so use to not hearing from people in the industry in a timely manner, so when I got this level of customer service I was like, these guys really have it together. They really went out to their way to help, too many examples to list, but you get my point. These guys are custom at its finest!

No hesitation to recommend Aspen Kitchens!

Aspen Kitchens just completed a refresh of our kitchen (everything but cabinets) and main floor half-bath. Wow! From start to finish, a top-notch, professional firm which delivered exemplary results! Anna is a creative, open-minded, and collaborative designer who quickly grasped our vision and worked relentlessly to help us achieve the perfect design. In addition to being delightful to work with, Anna broadened our perspectives to incorporate design elements we would never have considered on our own. Once the selections were made, the Aspen Kitchens remodeling team went to work. The craftsmen were diligent, polite, consistently on time, and incredibly skilled. The project was completed quickly and the outcome far exceeded expectations! Throughout the process, communication was timely and robust. The Aspen Kitchens computer portal is a great vehicle for communicating, and all our questions and concerns (including scheduling adjustments) were promptly addressed. Since our project was completed, we find ourselves marveling at the fit, finish, and attention to detail of our new kitchen and bath. If you are reimagining a new living space, you simply won’t be disappointed with Aspen Kitchens. Choosing them was one of the best home improvement decisions we’ve made! A+

Aspen Kitchens did a great job with three remodeling projects for us, our master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, powder room, as well the living room fireplace, mantel, hearth and a new railing for the stairwell. From our initial discussions through all of the stages to completion their staff was excellent in communicating with us and in their highly skilled craftsmanship. We highly recommend them and hope to continue working with them for our next renovation projects.

After consultations with 5 local companies Aspen Kitchen was the obvious choice. They were the ONLY ones that seemed to listen to what we wanted and gave us options we could work with. Great craftsmanship and professionalism from the field crew! Everything turned out even better than we had expected.

Aspen Kitchens were great to work with! They transformed both the inside and outside of our home in an extensive renovation to a 1960s home. They listened to what we wanted and asked questions to how we use our rooms: kitchen, living room, dining room, and family room. From design to completion was exceptional--the staff was very professional and caring. Discovery in an older home was expected, and they adjusted plans, design, and schedules to accommodate the needed changes. Highly recommend!

We hired Aspen Kitchens to remodel our kitchen. Our designer Anna created a design that was beautiful and improved our kitchen. Andrew Kranz, the owner of Aspen Kitchens, walked us through the estimate which was in two parts: product and labor - great detail. The project manager, Ezra, did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop as the project progressed. Aspen Kitchens uses a computer application called Co-Construct to let customers know the construction schedule so we knew what was going to happen when because Ezra entered the information in Co-Construct. All the workers involved worked very hard and paid close attention to detail. Working with Aspen Kitchens was a pleasure and we are very happy with our remodeled kitchen.

Aspen Kitchens completed a renovation of our kitchen and master bath in 2018 that has totally transformed our home. They made the whole process from design and 3D visualization through demolition, construction and follow-up seamless and frankly, a joy. Communication in a job this size is key to success and Aspen Kitchens excelled in this area. We were very clear from the start what was to be done, what the expected costs would be and always informed of when people would be in the house and what they would be doing. It was a completely turnkey job - out with the old and in with a beautiful finished product. We do not hesitate to recommend the entire Aspen team for any renovation work you might want done around your home. Details of the process are included below if you want further information or are considering a renovation project:Design - Jacquelyn worked closely with us to translate our desired outcome into a workable design. She listened closely to us and spent time in our home to get a sense of our style and our ultimate vision. Rather than sell us on the latest design fad, Jacquelyn created a timeless design in line with our budget and our taste that was so much more than our limited vision conceived. The 3D renderings were very helpful in the design process to bring our decisions into sharp focus before we moved forward.Construction - Aspens Kitchens construction crew and extensive network of outstanding subcontractors delivered top quality workmanship with a smile. This job involved everything - plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, appliances, countertops, etc. The craftsmen that worked our project were totally professional, polite and very respectful. We had regular contact with the job foreman - daily during the busiest times and never less than several times a week. We always felt we knew what was going on - no surprises! The great thing was they stayed on the job until the work was complete - no disappearing for weeks on end!Follow-up - As with any complicated job there were things that needed to be addressed after the construction was completed. Andrew has been extremely responsive to taking care of all items that needed to be tweaked. They made things right (the few things there were) without a fight or negotiation. They remained totally committed to top quality work.

Im starting my kitchen remodel. If you want more than Lowes and Home Depot can offer, then this is the place to go. It is in no way cheap, but it is so worth it.

They had very nice displays and ideas, the woman working was extremely helpful even though we didnt end up purchasing anything. Rated two stars for the price. I was quoted $300 for 2 9inch by 9inch cabinet doors, and ended up just walking over to Lowes and doing them myself for about $80 total. Again, this is a nice place, but the prices seemed a little too high.

$25,000 kitchen and the door panels shrunk revealing un-finished wood all the way around panels. They said I could have a marker. Never did a site visit or even offered any assistance. I would recommend going to a better shop where customer service is valued. Especially on a high dollar job.Months later I received a reply from aspen kitchens regarding my review. Claiming that this is a common issue with high end cabinets in our climate- and that the stain pen is the best solution (applied by the customer in just a few minutes). It sounds to me like their factory is not appropriately kiln drying their wood before production. I sold Kraftmaid and Thomasville cabinetry from the Home Depot that never did this. Kraftmaid has a lifetime warranty on their doors and they replace doors for customers with very little effort. I had a client who’s sink base was destroyed by water, clearly not the cabinet makers fault, and kraftmaid sent a rep out and replaced the cabinet! Free of charge. Would recommend a box store for even the highest of budgets over this place.
