We had a full kitchen installed and absolutely love the quality of cabinets and detailed attention from staff, especially Doug B.

We will never recommend or go here ever again. Let me highlight it for you:1. They have terrible customer service 2. We had to have our cabinet remade because of the condition it was in when we picked it up 3. The replacement cabinet was cheaply made.1. I went in to the showroom without my husband, 1 other couple was in the store being helped and a man poked his head out of a back office and then went back to his computer. After looking around for 15 minutes without being acknowledged the man poked his head out of his office again and said “can I help you” I told him the projects we were working on and what I was looking for. He finally got up and asked which brands I was looking at and I asked him to show me around a bit and tell me the differences since we had not been there before. He showed me some options and I picked out 2 companies and asked for quotes. He gave me one quote and then when I asked for the other he looked at me and said “well the other company is the most expensive we have” I said ok? And? He just kept staring at me, assuming that I wasn’t able to afford the most expensive option in the store. I had to ask him again for the quote and he shook his head as he went back to his desk to produce the quote.2. We finally got our cabinet but noticed multiple gashes and scratches, places that they missed staining, and a part of the wood that was so warped it was not flush with the adjacent piece at all. We contacted them and ended up dealing with Dawn who is the only pleasant person there. She had someone come out and take a look at our cabinet, and after that they decided it would be too expensive to fix so they would just rebuild and ship us a new one in 6 weeks.3.We just got our new cabinet and we said screw it we aren’t even going to deal with this company anymore...which I’m sure they wanted anyway. It looks much better with the staining. There is a large scratch on one of the doors again.Damages on cabinets happen and we understand but you usually get a touch up kit, we never even got that. We ordered soft close drawers and this one does not have them. And when compared with the original cabinet we had, the side walls were made out of a thicker plywood with veneer but the new one we have now is thin particle board.... why is it so difficult!!!That is why we are so so done dealing with this company. They can’t get a good quality bathroom cabinet built, and have awful customer service (except Dawn). Complete waste of money!

These folks have been great to work with. Everyone has treated me as if I was their biggest client yet my project needs amount to only a bath vanity & matching linen closet. I worked with Dave, their designer, and he gave me lots of good tips and general advice - the kind of help you just dont find at the big box stores and other cabinet shops. Trust me on this as this is my third bath remodel at my home. Wish Id known about Front Range 12 years ago!

I’m disappointed. I was so excited to have brand new kitchen cabinets. After they were installed, I noticed nicks, scratches, chips and those are pretty noticeable when you have all white cabinets. What came with them was a paint pen, which doesn’t really match and white wood filler. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but i should not be needing to use these correction tools on brand new cabinets. Also, as I’m trying to adjust a shelf, I realize that this shelf is supposed to slide out. Guess what....the bracket for that shelf was installed backwards. As you can guess, I can’t get the shelf out to adjust it’s height.

She knows the process of ordering cabinets and which pieces to order, when to order, how much to order, etc. She is just very knowledgeable and she consistently saves me time and money in my projects.

We recently remodeled our kitchen with new Decora cabinets from Front Range Cabinets. Their showroom is wonderful and we were able to take away samples to review with flooring and paint colors before selecting. Their kitchen designer provided us with lots of options and revisions to make sure we got the best possible use from our space. This included floorplans and rendered images to make us better understand how the design would look. Delivery of the product was on time and the cabinets look great.We also used Front Range Cabinets to remodel our small kitchen at our offices. We took advantage of their pre-finished, in-stock cabinets which made the project very fast and affordable but still looks great!

Michelle was awesome helping us select our cabinets. She made it less painful than I expected!

I know 2 different couples who went through them and had good experiences but when we went it was an absolute nightmare. We worked with Kerrie and she was very nice and got us a decent looking kitchen for our budget. After we made our first payment however, it seemed to flip a switch in Kerrie and she was suddenly rude and didn’t care about the kitchen anymore. Then the cabinets were delivered and it turns out that Kerrie measured ALL of our walls wrong and therefore left gaps everywhere and everything to be uneven. She and the manager attempted to fill all the gaps with filler pieces but there were so many that the kitchen would have looked terrible. After numerous attempts to fix the problem and a few rude conversations on everyone’s part, we decided to return everything and find a different designer. It was an absolute nightmare and had us without a kitchen for 2 months. I will never recommend them to anybody.
