This was one of the best experiences I have had in all my home improvement projects! From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Nolan through the final install, this was a totally stress free experience for me. They did warn me that the floor I picked had to be special ordered so there could be a delay so I was prepared to wait and gosh the wait was sure worth it! The whole process of picking, getting measurements, and installation was beyond smooth! It even took a day less to install than originally planned! The installers were prompt, professional, pleasant, and clean and my floors are absolutely beautiful! I sure wish these folks did lighting too since that is my next big project, but if you need flooring you cant go wrong with Lifestyle Floors, my experience has been top notch!

UPDATE: We invited Joey back out for an estimate for flooring throughout our house. The experience was incredibly pleasant. He was informative and honest. He found a flaw in our family room area that could potentially negatively affect hard flooring longevity in the area and was honest about the process it would take to determine the extent of the flaw in the subfloor. We truly appreciated his honesty and the amount of education he provided about their services and the materials and options they offer. We received our estimates quickly. While my husband and I have to talk over them, we were very pleased with the initial estimates and the pricing for the flooring.Was supposed to be working with Joey. Was very pleased with my initial visit into the show room. Everything that followed, was shocking for a store with a 4.9 review. Initially, my appointment was for 8/31 at 6:15pm, but I received a text from Joey saying there was a meeting that night and asked to reschedule. I responded two days later because life happens and nursing school restarted for me. We settled for Thursday (today) 9/9 at 615ish. Joey said he’d follow up yesterday 9/8 or this morning 9/9. 5:30 pm rolled around and I, the potential customer, hadn’t heard anything so I decided to send a follow up text despite the fact that I shouldn’t have to because I’m the potential customer. I haven’t heard anything and will now be looking elsewhere to have my job finished.

I didnt use this company for tile but when i had a problem with the one i did use they took care of it quickly and were the best to work with.

I had reached out to Llifestyle Floors for an estimate, along with 3 other local businesses, as we are needing to replace all the carpet in our home, as well as refinish the wood floors. Joey came out in a timely manner, and even brought a few samples to show & give us ideas for color choices etc., was on-time, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Out of the 4 businesses we had come out for an estimate, Lifestyle Floors was the only one that not only returned the estimate when he said he would, but returned it at all. I needed an emergency installation due to a comedy of errors from a big box store free installation contractor. Sean at Valor Flooring listened to my situation, evaluated it from photos I provided and was able to schedule the install intervention within a week of the call. The installers B and N were courteous, professional, explained what was wrong and what could have been done, and then rocked out the stairs perfectly. I greatly appreciate the whole process, the price was generously fair, and the work was topnotch. All the other errors were completely eliminated and the house went on the market the next day. Valor Flooring refinished our wood floor in the kitchen and foyer. They also installed a wood floor in our dining room. The workmanship is beautiful and the lacing between the old wood and the new wood is undetectable. Matt was a joy to work with and his integrity is impeccable. Donaldo, the wood expert, is very meticulous about his work, has a strong work ethic, and is honest and dependable. The 2 carpet men came on time, did a beautiful job, and were very professional to work with.I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting your flooring done right and by a team of honest hard working folks. Can I just say that Valor Flooring was by far the BEST renovation experience we have ever had! We made the commitment to remove the existing carpet on the main level and have hardwood floors installed throughout. Valor flooring was able to come out and provide an estimate in a timely manner and walk us through the process step by step. The process from start to finish took about three weeks and the crew that did the install was so incredibly professional and clean that I never felt like I was living in a “construction zone”. After the install and initially sanding process, we were able to choose 3 stains to put down and narrow our selection to our favorite color, which was the Classic Grey. The end result exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY recommend Valor Flooring to anyone looking to upgrade or change out their flooring.

From start to finish customer service was very high priority. It was a quick estimate, to material order, to service install date. Once install team was here they were polite; and hard working. Work was done on time and well done! I hope to use this coming in the future!

I recently had a floor that needed repair after a tenant moved out. Unfortunately, I only had a very short time before my next tenant was moving in. I called Matt at Valor Flooring to see if there was anything they could do and they were able to get my floor fixed in record time. They were fast, friendly, professional and my go to source for flooring and flooring repairs!

Matt and his team were easy to work with, community well, and kept my cost from start to finish. They also did a great job!

There were many issues throughout the installation of our Mohawk Rev Plus Flooring, from installers tools and material mess left out in walkways while breaks were taken, to include not rotating boards to prevent repeat pattern . The flooring was sold as a waterproof product, the installation was not at standards to meet manufacturers guidelines to provide manufactures warranty. The project manager sent the same installers back to our home to make this right “ their A team” by cutting gaps at the perimeter walls adequate enough to allow expansion of the flooring and to add a foam spacer and caulking per manufacturers guidelines, while doing this procedure our floors have been scratched chipped and attempts to color the damages areas to cover up what damages had occurred is now wearing off the floors. The installers were hiding what they had damaged without our knowledge . We also have caulking mess all over our floors from improper installation of the adhesive.The transitions pieces between flooring and carpet have been glued down when they should’ve used the snap in installment procedure these transitions were installed all the way to the wall, when I questioned about the baseboard installation I was told just saw it off at the point where you want to add the baseboard our concerns are that glue was used and even if we would saw them off it would pull the finish from the floor area that could show damage after that baseboard was installed. We sent pictures and expressed some of our concerns in an email to the general manager, I offered for him to come out and take a look at the installation process which he never addressed and still at this time if any owner or management would like to come out and take a look at the mess that we are left to live with, I invite them to give us a call to set up a time to come to our home see the damage and poor workmanship.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, carpet was desired in my family room but was a concern. Matt Rial did a fantastic job with his designer in helping me choose a carpet and pet pad that will make my carpet last and look new for years to come. The entire process was seamless and very affordable. I would recommend Valor Flooring to family and friends and I will definitely use them for my next flooring project.

Great Experience with Valor Flooring. They have great products but beyond that they KNOW flooring. We bought an investment property in bad shape. Myra picked out nice quality LVT (luxury vinyl tile) and carpet, yet affordable. She also suggested paint colors that we went with and it all came together great! We will definitely be returning customers.

Attended an open house for this company and was impressed with the level of knowledge the employees had in their showroom. One of most unique items they carry is a type of high-quality but affordably priced laminate flooring - you cant tell its not stone until you actually touch it with your fingers! Cool stuff.

Great experience with Valor flooring - 1000sqf of Walnut flooring was badly worn from poor initial sealing and water damage. A few issues came up during the process (not surprising given the amount of work), but Matt and the team stayed on the job until we were satisfied with the outcome. They took great care to protect the baseboards and cabinet toe-kicks to prevent and repair any damage. They never complained about our expectations, and were timely and responsive throughout. We paid a fair price and were completely satisfied.
