We had FloorCraft install over 1,600 sq/ft of vinyl wood flooring in our house + stairs/balcony. Our house had a very unique rounded balcony so we were turned down by Home Depot and Lowes. Clint had a tough time working out the project details for the balcony and Ill admit the process to coordinate with an outside carpenter were frustrating for a project this size. However, at the end of the day, we received some great flooring that gets compliments every time from visitors.It took a week to install all the flooring and the installers were very courteous and professional, and they made sure to clean-up at the end of the day. The installers did break a picture frame on our wall but Floor Craft has reimbursed us for the cost. We hope to have FloorCraft install the same vinyl flooring in our basement for our next project.

What an incredible experience with Floor Craft especially working with Kelli Kadlec. She helped us choose between 2-3 different subway tiles, grout color, and subway tile trim. Kelli was so helpful, knows where the latest/future trends are heading. Just an outstanding young lady who cares about the customer vs making a sale. Warehouse personnel are excellent as well as any staff at Floor Craft. But the best experience with Floor Craft was that we had 3 unopened boxes of subway tile that we didnt use. I asked Kelli if we could return them and sure enough, she refunded us for the 3 boxes cutting our cost for doing the job ourselves. Thanks Floor Craft! Well be stopping by for carpeting in the near future.

We have been dealing with Floor Craft for years and our latest experience was the same outstanding service. Last week we had carpet installed. From the selection of the carpet to the install the team of John, Jordan, Carlos and Moses did a fantastic job. John assisted with choosing the right product for us; Jordan called to set up an install date; and Carlos and Moses did installed. All professional folks who knew what they were doing and, more importantly, did what they said. Absolutely recommend this locally owned small businesses. They are the best!

Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Since we needed to recarpet the bedrooms in our home, we researched the best rated carpets and found that Floor Craft was one of the only companies in the Springs with such a wide selection. We worked with both Jerry and Clint, who were kind, professional, and helpful with selecting the best carpet for each room. We ended up with a more expensive carpet in our high traffic master bedroom and a more cost effective choice in the spare bedrooms, which see little wear and tear. Yet they look exactly the same! The team that laid the carpet worked very hard and was super fast! I would definitely use Floor Craft again for any flooring needs.

The floor and carpet it’s self came out great but during the installation of the vinyl flooring multiple floor panels got cracked. Instead of saying something the installer just reinstalled them to me finding all the cracked floor panels later that day and an attempt to cover some with calking. I addressed this multiple times with the company to only be blown off every time. Not to mention even after the measurements were taken prior to install the order was short not once but twice and got to find that out as the installer didn’t have enough to finish the job twice leaving our house looking like a construction zone with bare flooring. Had high hopes for this place but definitely fell short will definitely be bringing my business someplace else to finish the rest of the re model.

I disliked managing this bathroom project overall, but Floor Craft staff was the highlight of it!

Fantastic service and very pleased with the final outcome. My floors look great. But to top it off, I got a phone call a year after installation asking how everything was holding up and they informed me that my warranty was expiring and asked if I needed anything fixed. Great business practice. It turns out that I did need a couple of small repairs, and they came right over and fixed them for me. Great company!

We absolutely love the flooring we got for our basement rooms. I will say John was easy going and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The install of the flooring was average at best the base even after being fixed still isn’t that great especially for the cost of install. I’m giving 4 stars for John attempting to make it right however next time I’ll just install the flooring myself when I’m not so pressed for time.

His carpet installation crew (father and son) did a great job and finished in just one day with minimal damage to walls or trim. His hardwood floor crew is also good, another father-and-sons crew, who refinished our wood floors in two days. I did my research and decided to go local. I always want to buy local. Made my appt. person showed up late.The person took measurement. He made comments about the big box stores and about them not being qualified. It has been about 2 weeks and I still havent heard back from the person.I called the big box stores; they came out measured and called me back within 2 days with measurements and price. Options. Friendly. Not only called me once, but called me twice about current promotions and how I could save more.Sadly, my desire to buy and support local with this company will be non existent.

Just finished replacing every square foot of our 2K sqft condo with Mannington­ AduraMax EVP and Soft Spoken (Perseverance) carpet and we absolutely love it all! Due to our own scheduling restrictions, had to complete the job in several phases over ~ a months time and Floor Craft was great at adjusting to our schedule. Had some issues with our first 2-person installer team (replaced the carpet in our basement), but once we brought it to the attention of Jerry B the next team that arrived (Gilbert and his dad) was a 5+ star team who not only did outstanding work on the remaining carpet replacement but completely fixed all the original issues as well. Plus, we simply cant say enough kudos about John who installed our EVP all by himself over a 4-day period; he was superb at not only installing the flooring but also at ensuring any final detailed wood trim work looked perfect. Overall, we couldnt be more pleased with the products and the work; we HIGHLY recommend the Floor Craft team!

I needed new carpet in a few rooms of a house I just bought. I met Dru at the store and he showed me several options that would fit my needs. Zero pressure and he gave me swatches to take home and check the color. Called back a day or two later and he came out right away to measure and give me a formal estimate. Within a week the carpet and new pad were installed. The installers were professional and efficient. Overall I could not be happier with the experience and will not hesitate to use them again when the rest of my carpet needs replacing.

Had carpet replaced and that job was great. However, as I have great deal of furniture and such after 30 years in townhome, I was deciding as 100% disabled veteran whether or not to have floorcraft movers involved or do myself. I first decided on floorcraft as it was two day process involved. But then decide to do it all myself, a very intense, arduous task. Three my neighbors helped out as well. Yet the salesman still charged me, only knocking 25 dollars off the $300 total moving cost! Yet his moving crew did absolutely no moving. A couple pieces of furniture remained in home of which carpet layers said they could easily slide with slide pads back and forth as they laid the carpet of which I helped them! Salesmsn was here when they said that and they had no problem with that. Yet that same salesman still charged me for moving cost! And after years of past loyalty having kitchen and bathroom floors done before carpet, they want to screw me out $275 for moving cost that never took place!?

I bought some carpet there the person who sold it to was dru he was working when I walked in and immediately he stop and helped me very kind man knowledge me about what is in and available and all special orders anyways carpet was in my budget and I went up the road for the same size and carpet the. Wanted double the price also the other sales man was desi and two young men help us put it in my truck thank you all so much I just love my bubor carpet it is awesome ...

I had my house rebuilt after a fire in 2012 (house was rebuilt in 2013). Floorcraft did the carpet / padding installation. My carpet is bubbling up in huge pockets all over the house. I have never had this happen in any house. It was obviously a poor installation job and I cant currently afford to have all the carpet restretched throughout the house. I cant recommend Floorcraft at all.
