This place is great! My iPhone turned off and wouldn’t turn back on or charge, nothing I did worked so I was totally without a phone. I walked in, the guys took a look at it, fixed the issue in like 15 min and didn’t charge me anything! Just fixed it for free. So nice of them. Will definitely be taking anymore devises I have issues with here. Would totally recommend .

Not only are you fraudulent youre a liar. I never paid $79 nothing and I dont cuss. But once you post the video the world will see that. And in the picture you can tell the crack is behind the screen! You pretended to call the police, so yes I set waiting for less than 10mins. Thinking once the police got there I could the owners information. Just to learn the owner is the same guy from yesterday. IF youve got and Iphone or and Android, this is the place to go. You will get honest, professional service at a fair price. I highly recommend it. Ive been there twice now and we will be repairing a 3rd phone shortly. We need more small businesses like this in the Springs. This is not a chain which is probably why the quality is high and the price is right.

I really did enjoy my experience here. I ended up tipping, but I was a bit turned off by that option because it makes you feel obligated. Having been in the hospitality industry in my younger years, I know what its like to truly live off of tips. Its difficult to pay for a pricey service and then tip for a phone repair.

Went to 3 different cell phone repair shops. An no one could fix my grandson’s cellphone. Came here to CPR, not only did they fix it, but didn’t charge us!!! I will recommend this shop to anyone needs excellent service, friendly smiles and all around great people.

The guys at this iPhone repair shop are amazing! I brought them my iPhone X that was run over by a truck somewhere in Colorado Springs. I thought the phone was destroyed by the looks of it but it kept making sounds so I thought it would be worth a shot. They ended up replacing the screen, front camera, and back glass. Still cheaper than buying a new phone and I didnt lose any of my photos in the process.I attached a few before photos.Thank you guys :)

I’ve had my phone for 2.5 years and had dropped it numerous times within those years and didn’t experience a break until recently when I leaned on it accidentally and the weight caused a crack. My mom brought my phone here to be fixed same day and it turned out fine, some very minor issues with the touch screen and look of the glass but nothing I couldn’t deal with, I assumed it was just not as high quality glass hence the cheaper price. About 5 days after the replacement my phone fell off a two foot table and the screen shattered immediately. When I called they said there was nothing they could do other than offer a 10% discount on another replacement and that their glass was no different than any other glass on the market. But my apple glass lasted for two years and took me leaning my body weight onto it to break the screen and theirs took one drop off a table. Don’t come here for screen repairs. The cheaper price isn’t worth it if you have to come back a week later for new glass. Might as well just pay extra for a fix at apple.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Super friendly staff and in 20 minutes they fixed not only my cracked screen but also my LCD display which was absolutely destroyed! The repairs plus cleaning my phone and installing a new tempered glass screen protector all together cost less than just a cracked screen repair at all of the other places I checked. Would definitely recommend!!

I was given a hand me down iPhone X from a friend after he won a new phone in a contest. It had a cracked screen but I took it into this repair shop and they were able to fix the screen and it is working as good as ever. Highly recommend this shop.

Best place EVER! I was in and out in 6 minutes. Sunday morning at 9am. 89$ for 8+ Screen replace. No pushy up selling...but If you are there you are there because you broke your screen...get an Otter. Cant recommend this place more highly! Bonus...they have an office dog on site 🐾. Note to those turned off by tipping....shame on you, you tip the best CS wherever you go as an American, and these guys are the best in Customer Service.

I was recently given an old macbook but it wouldnt turn on. I wasnt quite sure how to get it fixed but a friend of mine recommended this little shop on the west side.Turns out I had a bad battery. It was well worth the wait for cheap fix.5 stars!

Hands down the quickest iPhone repair shop in the springs. Ive taken my phone to a shop up north before but Ive always had to drop it off and come back. These guys were able to fix it while I browsed the store. Seriously impressed!

IPhone 6 plus screen repair for $69 +tax. That is very budget friendly. I had the iphone sitting in a drawer as it wasnt being used. I saw their ad on Facebook and thought I could use a backup phone. I forgot how huge the bezels are on this phone though. My iPhone 11 Pro is so much nicer.

Just go here!! I walked in nobody was in line before me but all I can say is this guy said it would take 15-20 minutes to replace my iPhone 11 screen and he walked out 10 minutes later. It was perfection! The price is unlike anywhere and I called around before hand. The quality is great, my iPhone looks and feels brand new. Just do it. Don’t go anywhere else. I hope I don’t have to be back lol but if I do I will come here for sure!

My old iPhone 8 wouldnt charge after trying several cables. I decided to take it in for repair. After signing in the guy at the counter told me there was just some lint or something else in my charging port. He cleaned it out real quick and gave it back to me and said no charge.Im very happy they were honest about the issue and didnt try to pull a fast one and have me pay for nothing.Thanks for the honesty guys!

Neat little shop. While I was waiting on my iPhone x screen repair, I stumbled upon an old ps3 game for sale. So I got my iPhone fixed and got a copy of Spiderman. Id call that a good trip.

Took my phone here to get a new screen and while I was holding my phone, the top part of the screen cracked. No reason as to why it cracked - I was literally holding it, I hadnt dropped it. The kid who fixed it said there was a lifetime warranty....apparently he lied. It was the first time I took my case off and put it back on since they fixed it...but I called to see if they could repair it and the best they could do was take $20 off. It was $145 to get fixed and they wanted me to spend over $100 again to fix something they messed up in the first place. Extremely overpriced and not the best staff. Literally go anywhere else! And just based off of their response to poor customer reviews, well I think that says enough about the business overall.

Ironically, Ive only reviewed screen replacement places.On 03/31/2021 roughly 2:30 PM I came in and worked with the kid with a green beanie who acted completely unprofessional/passive aggressive.Let him know that I was looking to get a screen repaired and (pretty nicely) mentioned that hours of operation online (and front door) say 7PM close and that I was disappointed that nobody was there at 6:15 the night before. He said “we open at 9AM, I can’t work 10 hours so I closed at 6 and we’re not going to change our hours online if we’re going to go back to normal after covid” as if it’s such and inconvenience to update hours online. It takes a few minutes - I literally just clicked the suggest an edit link and updated the hours (for them to review) to 6PM in 30 seconds...He told me to call ahead next time. - I called on Monday and asked if I need to schedule ahead of time. They told me that I didn’t because it take 10-15 minutes to replace the iPhone X screen, that it’s first come first serve and that I could come at anytime. Well, if your listing says 7PM I think it’s fair to assume that if I show up 45 minutes before your stated close I’ll be okay.After writing this review, I noticed that the under “Updates” tab they do mention that they will be operating on limited hours. However, that’s not displayed on the main page. Check for yourself, if you don’t click there you’re not going to know.For me it’s more about the manner in which he responded. He could’ve said something like “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we made an update on our page a few days ago asking you to call in first” and I probably wouldn’t have been fazed by his attitude.After the screen replacement I asked how much more it cost to add tempered glass and he slammed his hand on the counter and rolled his eyes as if I was asking him to do something out of the ordinary.Additionally, I’m not a fan of the screen quality/projection.I read that it’s common to replace the original OLED screen with and LCD screen when it’s after market. I’m not saying this place does this, but I can assure you that the screen quality/brightness is not as nice as before.I also just realized that the Haptic Touch doesn’t work for the camera or flashlight in the Home Screen. I even took off my tempered glass to test and doesn’t work with it off.I was so mad when the kid slammed his hand on the counter (check your tapes) I almost told him to take the screen off and put the old one back on. Instead of saying anything to him, I’m writing this review. Such a shame because the mostly positive reviews were what convinced me to come here. Hopefully this gets escalated to management.For anyone considering Colorado iPhone repair: At the moment, it is hard for me to recommend this place. I came in with my phone not being able to charge and my screen cracked, honestly didn’t have much hope but a friend recommended me to go in and talk to Kaleb. He was able to replace my screen, clean the charging port thing (didn’t even know lint could get in there??) by the time he was done I practically had a brand new phone. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and provided such a great experience.

The worst iphone repairs you can find. My buddy had his phone fixed here. Just a few days later he dropped it 3ft and the entire display popped off! I can understand if the glass broke, he did drop it, but the display popping out? Ive never heard of an iphone doing that. WE took ti to a different repair shop who sent us the picture below. They said it was such an unprofessional job they thought we did it ourselves as inexperienced first timers. NEVER GO HERE. There are much better competitors who will even price match so you literally have no reason to risk your devices here

I attempted to root my Samsung Galaxy and ended up with a paperweight. I called around town a bit before I found Colorado iPhone Repair. The guy on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about when I told him my issue. I took it in and they fixed all my software problems for only $65. As this is a custom service, I think it is very fair. Definitely beats buying a new phone.

I’ve had various iPhone screens need to be replaced at least 10 times over the years. This was the quickest ever! He literally did it in 10 minutes.

I wasnt have a great week and I slipped and fell with my iPhone in my back pocket which cracked the screen. I ended up paying roughly $100 for the screen repair. At least the repair wasnt very expensive.

Jammer repaired my phone a month ago and my camera stopped working couple days later. In the process of bringing my wifes phone in for a front cracked screen no damages on the back glass and when we came back to pick the phone up not only was another customer having issues with her phone asking for a refund, my wifes phone now has a crack in the back glass and now the rear camera no longer works, upon bringing it to the associates attention he coped an attitude says that he wouldnt have damaged the camera and doest touch that part. At which point I started recording the interaction and after I told him I am recording he took the phone into the back brought it back out and said this plate is what controls the back camera and may have not be placed correctly. Now he is on the phone with another customer with a past repair.

When I called, I got a live person I didn’t have to “press3” or hold! Very professional and knowledgeable. His pricing was the same as three others I called. I drove further, but I would do it again.

Summer 2018 brought perfectly working iPhone in for new glass screen. Quickly fixed and good price. After leaving and trying phone I realized sound had been diminished to barely audible during phone calls. Returned to store and they told me sound was fine because they could hear it!!! In an empty store with no additional noise of any kind you had to strain to hear caller voice with volume on max! After considerable arguing I was told they could fix problem (that they obviously caused when changing screen) for an additional $30. Paid them and left. Sound was fine. Now months later I went in to Apple store to get a new battery. Was told screws were put in crooked and phone could no longer be opened! So basically worthless when battery completely goes out and I have to buy a new phone for hundreds of dollars. Stay away from this store!!

We called someone we know that really does their homework on any type of business he gives money to. He recommended Colorado iPhone Repair. He said the prices and work were both great. We were not disappointed. The customer service was excellent. The repair time was communicated well to us. We will never go anywhere else to repair our phones.Additionally, they gave me 10% off a excellent new cell phone case since we did our repair work. We also had them put a glass cover on the touch screen and it was less than $20. (Other places charge $30-$40 unless on sale).Also, I noticed they had some refurbished phones at great prices from various carriers. If you need a phone to get you by but dont want to spend the money - go to Colorado iPhone Repair. You wont be disappointed.

After having 5 iPhones, I have been been to and tried several different repair shops and none have compared to how awesome Colorado IPhone is! The first time I used them, I dropped my phone in the toilet. I knew to automatically turn the phone off and then I dropped it off to the store as soon as they opened the next day. They worked on it while I went to breakfast with my husband. They called me a few hours later and my phone was good to go! They hardly charged me anything compared to other places I have been.The second time I used them, I had the same great service. My horse stepped on my phone after I unknowingly dropped it while riding. I thought it was a goner, but before spending the money I figured it couldn’t hurt for them to take a look. They went through my phone, replaced the screen and made sure everything was okay. It still works perfectly just like the day I bought it! I guess the protective case I bought from them during my first visit really came in handy after all! Couldn’t recommend Tony and his staff enough!

We have been using these guys for years and numerous i-phone repairs. They have always done a great job and at a fair price. Once, when one of the screens wasnt working well after servicing, they replaced it at no charge under warranty and it worked well going forward. They have always been friendly and offered us repeat customer discounts.

Cant begin to express how happy I am with their service! I dropped my phone and cracked the screen for the first time. I wasnt sure how much it was going to be to fix my iphone 6s as it is an older phone. Luckily they only charged me $69 for a screen repair.

I came in for a simple screen replacement for my iPhone 6, she was quick and efficient and replacing it at a reasonable cost. He also sells some used phones that looked pretty good.

I’m amazed at how high a rating people give this place. You get what you pay for, I guess. Took my iPhone 7 to be replaced before I went out of town and the screen was obviously the wrong color. I took the phone back immediately and was fed some nonsense about how that was just as good as it was going to get and all their screens were from the same third rate company most likely not licensed by apple at all. Very disappointing customer service as well. When I requested to contact the manager or the owner, I was told I could “send an email but he probably won’t respond”. If you want terrible service and third rate products, go here. If you want something better I suggest staying far away from this placeEdit: the reply they left on this comment is false. I did not leave happy originally. Originally, the cracked screen was fixed but had a color issue. They tried another screen from the same shipment but that one was wrong too, indicating that the entire shipment was low rate and NOT correct apple products. The only reason it could not be fixed then was because they didn’t have any other screens and I was going out of town for a month. Obviously this is my fault as I should have asked for a refund originally. They also never offered me a repair at a discounted price- this is a lie as well. I have had screens fixed multiple times at other stores and have never had problems like this.

I brought in my iPhone 7, which the screen wouldn’t turn on. Within 5 minutes of being there, they fixed my phone easily, and I haven’t had a problem since. I would recommend to anyone who has a broken phone.

Called on the 18th about my galaxy s10 back glass, they ordered it. Called on the 29th and it hadnt arrived yet. Called on the 5th and scheduled for the 8th to repair. Came on the 8th and they said they cant replace the backslash bc they dont have the machine for it yet.

These guys are seriously pros at what they do. I worked with Josh, and not only did he do a great job at replacing my screen, but hes also a really nice guy. All of the guys there are pretty chill and easy to hang around while you wait, plus they have Sonic The Hedgehog to play while waiting! This place is awesome! I originally came in to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 6S and they had this issue covered within an hour. They are THE MOST AFFORDABLE phone repair shop in Colorado Springs. If you think youre going to find something better, you are wrong. I did have to go back because my phone was glitching out, but they were able to fix it without charge or hesitation. Definitely a local repair shop that I would love to go back to, should I need their services, and will be recommending this place to everyone! Yall are awesome!

Went in for a simple battery replacement on my iPhone 7, should’ve done it myself because they didn’t use adhesive tape to secure the battery once they were done. Dropped my phone a little over a month later and my phone went in to a boot loop due to the poor connection of the battery cable. I opened the phone up to find a knockoff battery and a complete lack of adhesive tape.

Went to get my Samsung Galaxy 9+ fixed. They were really helpful and friendly. Their prices were fair and were cheaper than most places. I would recommend them for phone repairs. Thank you for all you guys did. You guys are awesome.

Headphone jack quit working on my 6s. These guys were open on Sunday and said they could get me in same day. Turns out that I just had a bunch of lint crammed up inside the jack. They cleared it out no charge and had it ready when promised. So that means they are convenient, polite pros that are honest. Very cool.
