Very cool place! Josh helped us with multiple things and answered every question I had in detail. He gave me a sim card, and made it a goal not only to fix my devices, but took the time to explain things and teach me about my device! It is more difficult to find a shop that will take care of electronic repairs I rolled the dice and came in with a broken wire on my electronic device. I was met quickly and the wire was repaired in a few minutes. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! So glad I came here! Fast, friendly and fairly priced!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I went here with a bunch of old broken electronics in hopes that they would take them off my hands and help me find a new phone as well as possibly a laptop. When I walked into the store I was warmly greeted by text/sales associate Josh. He was eager to help me and very knowledgeable about the products I brought in as well as what I was trying to buy and the problems I needed fixed he provided honest suggestions on what I should do with certain pieces of electronics that I brought in and seem to have my best interest at heart. I wound up making $120 of store credit off of all of the broken electronics that I had just sitting around my house collecting dust and I also wound up getting a phenomenal deal on a laptop. They didnt have very many phones in the case for sale but they try to get them out weekly. He was willing to really work with me with my budget needs. I would highly recommend utilizing them for your used electronics buy sell trade and repair needs

Great place to get phone screen fixed! Cheapest price in town and great service. When I called they had no screen for my phone, so they gave me $10 off for waiting a day for parts. Plus they give a free screen protector on the new screen! Great local business

I had a broken laptop that was physically damaged. I had very sentimental pictures on there of people that recently passed away. I didnt think anything was salvageable on my damaged laptop. I took it to Electronic Brothers, they were able to get all files from my broken laptop in a very quick turnaround time and with an awesome price. I will go back for whatever electronic things I need since it seems like they do it all. I definitely recommend them great customer service.

Electronic Brothers is a professional business that are willing to help, and very personal. They are fair with their prices. I will return and use their services again.

I took my iPhone X in to fix the screen cracks, the screen clicking things on its own, and replace the back glass. It was a decent price for what I was wanting to get done. They told me it would be done within the week I brought it in and it took about 2 weeks but that wasn’t the problem. When I first picked my phone up with the screen done there was no cracks but it was still clicking things on it’s own. I took it back and they told me it was 50$ extra for them to replace the screen they just replaced when they made a mistake. I took it in a few days later for the back glass and they told me they would replace the back glass that same day. I had my mom stop to pick it up and they told her I lied and said it was an X when it was an Xs and they kept my phone a day longer. When I went to pick it up the final day they replaced my back glass, but it wasn’t even an apple back glass and my phone continues to click things on it’s own. I was happy with how respectful the staff was, the pricing, and how remotely fast it was, but they did a poor job on actually fixing my problem. I would not recommend.

My friend broke her cell phone screen and recommended I stop by for any electronic work I need based on the speed and quality of service she received. I took in a broken screen tablet to get repaired. The owner, Cody was knowledgeable and honest with me about the price of the repair. Instead of fixing it which would cost more than the tablet itself, he advised me to buy another one, which he provided for me at an incredible price, compared to all the pawn shops I looked into. I highly recommend this business for any and all electronic needs!

I had two bad experience with this company the first time I bought an iPhone 11 and when I got home the voice command or Siri did not work neither did facial recognition I brought it up there so they can fix it $100 later it still never worked and they put fingerprints on my front camera so every time I use it there’s a smudge mark …. One year later my wife needs her screen replaced on her tablet we called around everywhere and nobody had a tablet screen in stock for her after a few days of working she decided to call electronic Bro without my knowledge So first they told her they had the parts in stock and then they will be able to replace the screen the same day and ask her to come back at 5 o’clock she came back at 5 o’clock in the job still wasn’t done she was asked to come back the following day around 12 o’clock she came back around 12 and they told her that they broke her LCD and then she will have to pay to replace it so she decided to pay them for the part they said it will take three days to get the part after a week of waiting she goes up there and they tell her that they’re not able to fix it and gave her a older tablet with less memory a different color and tons of scratches of course after this my wife gets me involved I’ll go up there and demand my money back and they called the police on me long story short do not deal with these crooks there are a low end pawnshop they deal with Drug attic‘s and crooks I’m pretty sure more than all of that stuff is stolen in their store this is the most dishonest company I’ve ever came across …

I highly recommend Electronic Bros. Very quick turnaround. Dropped off a 360 at noon the other day and they called me less than 24hrs later with the issue and had it fixed the same day. Devon was the tech that informed me about the issue, he was very polite and courteous on the phone and in person. They can try and fix anything electronic, so if you have an issue call these guys!

If I could put no star I would i was in town from Miami the screen on my phone broke brought it here and yeah sure they repaired my screen but had to also fix and damage my phone I didn’t have any other issue but my screen cracked now my phone turns off at %30 so I gotta keep the charger on and the screen doesn’t close when I put it to my ear to talk to someone. My iPhone screen was severely cracked and I really didn’t want to spend the money to get another new phone. My husband took my phone here to make the screen repairs and I feel like I have a new phone. I have zero complaints because the quality is so good. I’ve been coming to Electronic Brothers for a few years now. It’s always a pleasure when selling/trading electronics and laptops. Josh is super knowledgable and friendly. I was able to trade some laptops and components straight across for a 32” Visio flat screen and an xbox one controller. if it runs on electricity they can fix it.

When my wife came to pick up TV they didnt give her the remote or power cord. So we had to go back and get it the next day but they gave her the wrong cord again. Now we have to see if they even have our cord.

I went in to get my black iPhone screen replace, got it replaced with a white one he said to return Tuesday to get a black one, but now my home button isn’t working and it’s driving me crazy! The staff seem nice and trustworthy. Hopefully when I go in Tuesday they will have the correct screen and activate my home button...
