What I thought was a good experience turned out to be a terrible, expensive waste of time. The guy that helped my wife and I appeared to be very helpful but it turns out he just lied to us and added on all kinds of extra options we specifically declined, he didnt set us up for auto-pay like we asked, and our bill was over $300 when he said it would be under $200. All he cared about was making the sale. In hind sight the Caucasian man with the shaved/bald head who helped us was probably on meth as he was speaking quickly and a bit shaky. He also had a shot-out looking woman waiting for him in the store. This woman did not look right, she looked like Wendy from Breaking Bad (Google it). I dont like writing bad reviews but this store has earned it.

Nicholas is a phenomenal, knowledgeable, and personable associate when he was taking care of me. At the beginning of our interaction I felt welcome with his warm and friendly energy. I asked him a lot of questions pertaining about trading in my phone and switching to their network as well, and he explained it candidly. He is proficient with his job, reason being, he is able to switch task efficiently and effectively with multiple customers (myself, another one in store, and on the phone). Very impressive, definitely a go-to person. I told him, Youre very good at what you do. And his response, No, I make a lot of mistakes and my boss would have to correct me. Humble in my opinion 😌Thank you for a great experience Nicholas!

Went in to get on my own phone plan and get a new device, didnt learn until my bill came through the next month that I was still on a shared plan and the associate did not switch me over to my own plan. Additionally there were issues with my phone 2 weeks after purchasing here and because they were not a legitimate Verizon store, I had many difficulties in getting a new phone issued under warranty. The associate with pleasant, but if you can, go to a different Verizon store in the area.

So many times if I gone into this Verizon this is actually where I purchased my cell phone all they care about is making a quick sale they could really care less about what you really like and what you really into and what youre really seeking for service unfortunately going into this one I was lied to when I bought my cell phone which is really unfortunate and disappointing because I bought a Samsung s20 ultra and the watch when I was unaware of the fact that what my insurance was going to be what everything is going to be because this Verizon store could care less to explain all that all they wanted to do was make a sale and then get up and get me out the door all they care about is a quick Buck they dont care about customers Im actually trying to reach out to the gentle manager of the story because I was lied to and I bought myself phone and try to see if theres any type of remedy or compensation going to be made

I love this store! The representatives are all so wonderful and very helpful! Anytime my family and I come in with questions they’re right on top of answering anything we may need! If they don’t know, they will ask another one of their team mates! They never make myself or my family feel like they’re just trying to sell us on things, they genuinely take the time to get to know our needs and what fits best for us, they build conversations and make sure we always know exactly what they’re doing while we wait! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in a phone store until now! They make their time being with the customer enjoyable, there’s never awkward silence, they keep you engaged in conversation and are all around very pleasant and fun! They’re also very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this store as well as this team!! One of my favorite stores!

Kendall was absolutely fantastic! Went in today to check out upgrading my phone since my old one had been run over and the back was shattered (my case saved the screen). We came in expecting to get the same model to keep our bill low but thanks to Kendall we not only were able to upgrade to newer phones but we were able to keep our bill lower than we had been paying the past two years! He was so nice, funny, managed to make things simple to understand and answered every question we threw at him with ease.

I went in to get a new cell phone and ended up with a week long nightmare. I was not informed about the return window on my device, so I tried it out for a week and decided to return it. The first time I went in to return it, the salesperson would not do the return. The second time there was some issues with a pending order on my account which Victra couldnt do anything about, supposedly. After calling Verizon corporate (which Victra is not really part of) that was resolved, but it also turns out, according to corporate, Victra could have cancelled the order or suspended it all along. The third time the computer systems in the store went out and a return could not be made. The fourth time, I was informed that the device could not be returned because it had exceeded the 14 day return window. It was on day 13. So not only did they not tell me about the return window, they lie about how long it is. I was put on line for customer service where the customer service person mocked me for my frustration. .ETA: After reaching out to the customer service line, and some mishaps with communication, it was agreed that I could exchange the phone for one I wanted. The manager was very professional and did a good job with the exchange. He made it smooth and painless, and there were no additional fees. Mostly just glad to have this resolved and to have a phone that feels comfortable to me.

My wife and I came into this store today and met with Kendall. We were just looking at options for trade in’s and with his incredible help, were not only able to upgrade our phones to 10Rs, but walk out with cases and an unlimited plan for cheaper than we were paying before! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR PURCHASE A PHONE WITH VERIZON! I went in as part of their switch program. Over all Im happy with phone but when I got my first bill, with $300! On top of everything, the promotion said that Ill receive a $200 Visa card within 2 weeks of me registering the code. Its been almost 2 months and I finally called their rebate department. I have to have 48 days of being in good standing credit with them to receive anything. Th staff that helped me said no such thing to me about this or the fact that I would be paying this much in my first bill.

This is for verizon at citadel crossing. I had to come in and see someone about the plan on my phone. A young man named Korey and the other young man named Eliot waited on me. They both did their very best to answer all my questions and helped me with my phone and helped me and showed me how to work things that were never shown to me before. There were A lot of things on my phone I did not know how to use and they were very happy to help me. When u came into the store I was very frustrated and upset and got there just 5 minutes before close. These 2 young men answered all my questions and made me feel much better. I shook both their hands and thanked them both for taking the time to help me to understand my phone and took care of my original problem. I have had 2 other times that I have been in that store and was insulted on one occasion and stood 20 min. To pay my bill and had to leave for an appointment. These two men did a very good job of friendly customer service to me and I am truly grateful! I will Definetly go back after this experience!Sincerely: Dee Wagner!

Awful customer service! We went in to add a phone to our account. The associate that offered to help us was new and had to ask someone else every question we had for her. When she finally got confirmation that we could add a phone to our account she wasnt sure how to process it on the computer behind the counter. Another associate started to help her then took an incoming call. He continued the call and would jump in from time to time to look at her screen and enter information that was needed. When he got off the phone he continued to help her but then began texting on a personal phone he had in his pocket. The process took much longer than it should have.This was a learning opportunity for the new associate and she was not taught anything during the process. The other associate needed to put the call on hold to help and teach the new associate and get the sales process complete in a timely manner. He also should have never been on his personal phone during a customer transaction.I felt like more of an interruption to them rather than a customer they are paid to help. The customer service at this location was some of the worst I have experienced.

Id give this place no stars on the off chance that I could!! What a joke I went in today to make an payment on my Verizon bill and on the grounds that I was paying cash it was a $3.00 extra fee, Really a charge for paying money what a joke. I figure anything to make a couple of additional dollars for this store . Johnny was the individual who helped me he was inconsiderate didnt appear to like that I inquired as to why there was a charge of $3.00 to pay money, couldnt significantly answer the inquiry everything he could state is that is exactly what it is...While I was paying the bill he decided to take a phone call in the middle of helping me very rude very unprofessional so because of that I got to wait until he was done with phone call to have my transaction finished. So pretty sure the $3.00 fee does not cover any employee etiquette training. Called Verizon when I left and they assured me that this store would not be a Verizon seller for very much longer and they have had lots of bad complaints about this location go figure. They also gave me back the $3.00 fee that I was wrongfully charged. I can see why this store has so many bad reviews beware if your going to shop here total JOKE!!!

I asked to purchase a phone case and screen protector when I purchased my new phone. The sales person, Tailisha, also rang my up (without my knowledge) for a portable charger. She failed to mention the fact that the screen protector was $55, and the case was $45. I was also charged $64 in taxes. Unbelievable.

He helped us all simultaneously, in a timely manner. There was no frustration or chaos. Bought an iphone6s from there and decided I wanted to return it for the iphone7. When I bought my 6 they said if I wanted to return it to just bring in all accessories along with it. They failed to tell me that I would be paying 100$ for a 30$ pair of headphones if I pulled them out of the box. Apparently it was in the paperwork but they never went over it with us. They also did not tell me I would not be able to return the life proof case I got with it and I would have to buy it to change phones. They just made it sound like all we had to do was bring everything back in the same condition. While this was in the paperwork, I feel its something they would go over with you. So I kept my 6 because I did not have 60$ for re stock fee, 80$ for the case, and 100$ for a pair of headphones. Then at the end of all this they kept the headphones they wanted to charge 100$ for. They are not very informative at all. So my husband went to apple to return his phone and he paid 80 bucks for the iPhone 7 right then and there with no issues. The employees at this Verizon suck. They dont know what they are doing. Go to a corporate store if you choose to go with Verizon because if you purchase from a retailer you have to go back there and trust me you dont want to.

Terrible service. Told me on the phone that they had what I wanted, so I drove 25 minutes, waited 5 or 10 more in store before anyone acknowledged that I was there, then waited 20 more before anyone helped me. Then they told me after staring to ring me up that there was a required $100 upcharge for a screen protector and case I didn’t want or need, but they refused to sell the phone without it.

Zero stars. Their employee Conor bradburn lied about the services he said we were getting offered, then admitted he lied to get the sale, then sexually harassed his customer. Luckily the company made one good decision in removing this garbage. Will not be back in unfortunately, one poor employee ruins the store for the rest. This location could use some major attention!

I was with Verizon for almost two years & and kept having issues here & there, which they used to try to resolve for me as best they could. I kept sticking with them, mainly for convenience of having all my devices on one plan. But recently their service started declining since they brought a new manager, Nick Smith on board. The incident that pushed me over the the edge was when some friends I referred over to him wanted to pay their mobile hotspot. I was with them on that occasion. We had already been in there earlier that morning at 10:00 a.m to process a payment for the mobile hotspot, but needed to go back because the amount of money they had paid was not enough to restore the service. Upon returning, all the employees were attending other customers. We waited for about 30 minutes without even being acknowledged or greeted. They just let us wait. No one even asked us why we had returned, knowing we had just previously been in there. All my friends wanted to do was make a quick payment to get the internet going for their business, which had been down for about two hours and they urgently needed to start their business day. My friend, the owner of the business, asked a female employee if she could just quickly process the payment so he could get his work day started. The employee had the common sense to understand that the process would be a very quick 30-second transaction and was about to help us out. But her manager, Nick Smith quickly jumped in and forbade her to process the payment, saying she needed to finish helping the other customers, who were in the middle of an activation, before she could help us. So we just continued to wait our turn. Then another employee came and asked us what we needed & helped us immediately. It really only was a 30-second transaction. The manager at this point came back to talk to us and told us in a very rude way that the next time we went back to his store and started making any issues he would take us down from his service. Very rude! I will not give them any of my business anymore nor send them customers anymore.

Verizon scams. Claims that all 4g lte phones come unlocked. Turns out some dont. Also if your bills arent adding up correctly well sucks for being in verizon.They will also tell you to call customer service because they cant do much.T-mobile is recommended

She was a very very good listener, she got to the reason & needs of why I was visiting the store.
