Have shopped here regularly for a couple years. The last battery finally quit so I stopped to grab a new one. Salesman was fantastic but the device he sold me did not fit standard cartridges. I went back about an hour later and though professional and apologetic refused to exchange the item stating all sales are final. I left my contact for the owner whom I have worked with several times but this time never heard back. Disappointing that a $35 sale is going to cost my business but there are plenty of other shops.UPDATEAnswered within an hour but couldnt call the customer after taking two phone numbers.All I need is a tank that fits.Didnt need a return just need to be able to use what you sold me. Your small businessing wrong. You could have turned this into an additional sale. Very short sighted.

It wasn’t much of a cigar shop, but more of a variety smoke shop. Cigar selection was minimal. Service was still good and respectful.

Dont buy disposable vapes here, there over priced and under puffs. Paid over 25$ each for 2 vapes and ones gone in less then 10 hours. Usually get 2 days out of the big disposable vapes, ridiculous!

I have gone in on multiple occasions for the cbd products and love the store. So much to choose from and the staff is amazing the Hispanic Gentleman with the glasses was amazing at helping me and giving me more information. The only thing is the lady with the pink hair talks to much but is super nice. Other than that I love going in there

Thought this place was a yoga studio from sign, tree life, then found out its obviously not. Picked up some glassware and for a damn good price. Very happy with transaction, they were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend them.

The gentleman that runs it is an awesome dude. Loves supporting local artists and even though its small he has local glass and a lot of USA stuff instead of the usual china glass. Check out the selection if he doesnt have something you are looking for I am sure he can dig it up. Make this your regular spot you will not be disappointed!

They switch out stock frequently to keep the fan favorites in stock. With an amazing customer service knowledgeable and friendly staff, this will be an often frequent of mine!

Treelifes been my go to shop since i moved to the springs. Jerry the owner knows his products and customers so well and makes everyone feel welcome as soon as ya step in. not to mention their glass selection is gettin better and better with the headies and rigs

The prices here are almost unbeatable!! The service no matter if it’s the owner or an employee is always phenomenal. The shop isn’t huge but it’s selection of glass, wraps, grinders, etc are nice as well.

Awesome place, both of the guys that work there are super cool. I go there at least once or twice every two weeks for vape juice and they usually have the best prices on them. 10/10 recommend.

Shop is filled with nothing, went in and they have like no juice and barely any vapes and I was told this shop would have stuff by people who I assume were marketing for the place on the street.. I go. Nothing but cheap junk and the place seemed dirty and unfinished and very dimly lit. The people working seemed high. Maybe get some stuff and finish the place before sending people to bring people in.

I get CBD here for my dog. Everyone is always friendly.

Came in last week had no clue that the joints did not have thc went home smoked it did way better then a thc joint . When I came back in i was told it did not ! Have thc .Happy though with the customer service from a older lady who was So! Nice and gave me so much info was very happy got me a vape pin and a joint for my trip . If it was not for her I would of walked out. Great service love this place and i will be back again.

Went on two separate occasions just for the door to be locked during open hours. The sign even said open but yet it wasnt. Not sure if nobody was there or if they just wanted a break and locked the door. Highly upset and I tried bringing them business twice. I live right around the corner and would have gone alot but I will drive further for someone who is actually open.
