Prices Here are way too high. My mom got us both light up ashtrays & cigarette cases with the built-in heating apparatus. Unfortunately, my ashtray already broke & her ignighter already broke on her cigarette case. So well be returning them which doesnt break my heart as they were way too expensive in the first place. Cool, but ridiculously overpriced. Staff is nice though at least.

Nice staff, but not a single employee with a mask, and customers coming in the door, coughing, without masks as well. Sorry Guys, but didnt seem very responsible as far as protecting yourselves, or your customers.

Gas is excellentlly priced, fair on smokes and most accessories, great customer service! Live the atmosphere of the place, friendly Nice and helpful! Cant ask for much more besides discounts. Lol, no public restrooms to my knowledge.

Decent place dont expect to save much money

Smoker Friendly is a convenient little place to stop if you are in need of gas, cigarettes, or smoking paraphernalia for Colorado legal. The gas is generally cheaper than most other stations around. The paraphernalia is somewhat limited, but will support your needs. I am not sure how competitive their pricing is compared to other head shops around. Ive not shopped or purchased any items of that nature from them. The cigarettes prices on the other hand are nothing to write home about. Considering the fact that their name indicates they specialize in tobacco and smoke products. I find their pricing to be similar to that of other places around. By shopping around its not too difficult to find pricing on various brands on sale and somewhat lower. Their house brand, aptly named Smoker Friendly and available in all flavors and strengths, use to be around $4.00 a pack before the sneaky tax increase on tobacco was voted in. We were lead to believe that increase being centered on Vape. Overnight the price went up $3.00 a pack to just over $7.00 a pack, the same price Marlboros were before the tax increase. I was a regular smoker of their House Light 100s brand before the increase. My favorite brand is Marlboro though, and with coupons and a little shopping around, I can generally find them on sale for a little less. They f o honor manufacturers coupons though. With these ridiculous and insane tax prices on tobacco in Colorado now, one cant help but to contemplate a run across the border. All said and done, I have nothing against Smoker Friendly or their business model. I just dont find them to be much different in pricing from everyone else that sells tobacco now. They certainly beat out most Convenience stores though. I want to mention that the staff working here are rather pleasant and friendly...like the name states. God bless.

I love this place! Everyone there has always been very friendly to me and they always have what I want and need, this is the only place I ever have to go for a great selection of wraps and cigarillos, and lotto tickets😊

They wouldn’t sell to me when I had a valid ID and plenty of cash to pay for what I wanted. Went to the store down the street and laughed about how ridiculous your staff is AND got what I needed without a fight for cheaper. Someone needs to fire that blonde chick

In regards to the tobacco only this place would rank 5 stars. The staff are friendly and the prices are great for roll your own supplies. The variety of materials are present in flavors and size and they have accessories to go with what you need. They also carry non tobacco smoking products as well not weed but pipes and cleaners. They have a rewards program but its low for the amount you spend and receive. The gas is usually the cheaper for the area but doesnt seem to be the best quality as mileage in my vehicle suffers and even heard that it junks up engines which is a serious thing.

I have no idea what was wrong with the cashier this morning but whew! She went all out her way to tell me not to park at a broke pump if I wasn’t getting gas! However,I wanted to clean my windows and get some tobacco products! If she kept that same energy and went to fill the buckets with soap and water then we can properly use the products! It’s also 8:30am won’t no one trying to use the broke pump! Also both sides of the pumps didn’t work! Maybe you should fix your products if you want customer to use them before saying something!

Professional staff. Gas pumps are newer and pump fast, which is what I care about (lol).I gave 4/5 stars because they smoke inside and I am a non smoker. Its not a big problem for me, but certainly not a five star environment.

They have the best and cheapest butane in town... The smoker friendly brand of butane is wonderful and I go out of my way to purchase it every time...

The red headed cashier refused to sell me (20m) butane, because it’s “against federal law” then when I looked up the age to buy butane (18 years old) RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER she switched her excuse to say it’s an in store policy that you have to be 21. Never had I dealt with such BS before. She cost me 40 minutes to drive across town instead of being in and out in 5.

Great service and staff very informative and willing to give you as much information as possible about products. Actually look forward to stopping here. Only complaint is the windows were dirty( I run a window cleaning company

Good inexpensive gas

Normally I get great service however today Julian was unprofessional and uninformed about products. This is the third time he has told me that you dont sell Prime Times in a carton when he was told, in front of me that yes you do sell them by the carton. There was another gentleman behind the counter who ignored me and the rest of the line behind me. This was today, 10/31/2019 at shortly after 1 pm. His unprofessional behavior was disappointing.

Huge selection always a great price compared to convenient stores staff is helpful and friendly also how 420 items in stock such as pipes rolling papers.They are also one of the few people in town that carry KRATOM products To include 3 different strands in pill and powder form also many sizes available. Definitely a great place to help budget better.

Was going here for smokes. Now I go to Smokers Emporium on W Colo bye Safeway. Prices way better and service just plain good.

Great place a carton of little filtered cigars is under 20 dollars. And the have many flavors these little cigars are Very mild for a little cigar more like a cigarette with brown paper.

I love this smoke shop everyone is always s so friendly and because Im elderly and walk with a cane if they are not waiting on other customers someone will always come open the door for me.That door is really heavy for me to open going in and I have hard time pushing it open,but other than that its the only place I go for smokes.

If I could put a zero star I would because they suck. Tried to buy a pipe with my 17 year old daughter and they wouldnt let me because she didnt have an I.D. even though I was the one buying it.

Its okay, they do have random cool hard to find things, but it comes at a slightly higher price, along with higher price gas most of the time, and not all products I would expect at a smoke shop to see like they dont sell the mouth rinses to pass test or carry certain brands, if they ever get more inventory Ill raise it to 4 star

Best place I know of to grab a quick dose of cancer. You can get smelly sticks in addition to deathsticks, too! The cigar selection, however, is minimal aside from Acids and low-tier Macanudos.

Next time Im up north Ill just wait until I get back down to the south side and go to the one on main st... So rude here! A little more expensive i would say as well i always get a discount at the one on main regardless of whos working but didnt recieve one at this location. She didnt say but maybe 3 words the whole time being in the store and checking out. Horrible customer service same product just costs more! Ill wait until I get back down south next time I need cigarettes thats for sure!

I love the People who work here. Kelly has been taking care of me since she started a couple years ago. I would have given this store a 5 star rating... Recently when I come in to buy my smokes, there is this woman named Bev. Completely RUDE and DISTASTEFUL ! She yells at her employees in front of customers. She belittles them in front of customers. I saw Kelly get yelled at the other day, it put her in tears. She still smiled and did her job. This Bev woman needs to be gone. I WILL NOT use this store anymore until I know that Bev is not there HARASSING her employees. The company needs to LEACH ITS DOG. What a horrible person
