I couldnt be more happier! My poorly built custom laptop (just my opinion) battery expanded and my laptop would turn off at the slightest bump because of it. 3 years Ive had this issue. The people I bought it from wouldnt help me. Took a chance with him being close and good reviews and they wasnt lying.I HIGHLY recommend him. He even cleaned up my laptop fans and it sounds so quiet again. Only took a day to help me, thankfully. The longest wait was waiting for Amazon to ship my part. Im really glad a place like him exists and is so close. Pictures of my old battery making my laptop mousepad bulge out. Now its back flat and Im forever grateful. Thanks Brandon 🤗

Brought my laptop in to swap my Hard drive for a Solid State Drive. He did an amazing job and was very clear upfront with what he would be doing. Pricing was reasonable, too. He cleaned it, made sure that there were no viruses on my files, and updated the BIOS. Exceptional work!

Excellent service! Actually know what they are doing with a computer. Friendly, honest, and helpful. I took in a system for diagnosis and ended up having them put together a custom system. Brandon let me know where I could cut cost without cutting performance, and explained everything he did, including showing me pictures of the work in progress. I also brought in a laptop to be cleaned, and he not only cleaned it up very well, he also checked the screws on the case. Will definately use them again!

I called to ask a simple question about my computer screen turning upside down.and the person to assist me was very rude and hung up on me, I guess these days you receive poor service unless you have money to pay out to them.

As a gamer, I spend probably 85% of my life on my gaming laptop. On Wednesday 1/6/2021 my laptop broke down because the hard drive was corrupted. I brought my laptop in on Thursday to get it fixed and checked out and he was able to fix it really fast and get it back to me on Saturday. I really appreciate their help, I forgot his name but if I ever encounter any issues with my tech I will come to them from now on.

The owner, Brandon was really helpful and polite. I came in to see if my dropped computer was still working and to purchase a new charger. He advised me on what needed to be done to fix the damages. He did not have my charger but helped me find the best way to acquire one within my budget. From him ordering it to where I can go to buy one if I didnt want to wait. Brandon At Data Techs is A Phenomenal person to work with. Very professional and pretty much always smiling.I took my Partners computer in after working nearly 10 hours myself to fix it. Frustrated with it, and unable to Get it to boot up windows, I found Data Techs through google and made the call.Brandon was willing and eager to hear what I had done on my own time to work on the computer and performed a free diagnostic. Within a few hours, He told me he would unfortunately have to Wipe the SSD and reinstall windows, and offered to keep the Computer there until I was paid on Friday, to get it repaired. He was so supportive and was quick with his work.I can say without a doubt, that I will go back to Data techs, and i will recommend him whole heartedly to anyone i know with Computer problems.
