I was treated very well and the girl working was very informative and helpful, as this is the first time I’ve needed to buy glasses I had a lot of questions. They have a great selection too!

Gave me two different pairs of contacts to try out, but never put that on my file. Since there was no record of having a trial for one of the pairs, I would either have to spend $50 more per box or do another fitting exam.After posting this review, they called me and said they tracked down the Rx for the other pair. It was just never put into the system.Theyve also never called me when my contacts came in, Ive always had to call to check if theyve arrived after they were supposed to be in.

Ordering glasses after calling to ask that my insurance be contacted for authorization (to which I was told my insurance didnt need even though I wasnt asked who my insurance was, and I know full well from years of ordering needs to be done), shouldnt take nearly 90 mins. But sure enough, i sat there for 90 mins while being told my info wasnt right and that there was no record, I had an ID card in my hand and pulled up my policy info online. 10 days later I call to check on status of my glasses, to be told they called me twice, I asked for the number on my file, which he read back, by damn it was incorrect, go figure. No apology just attitude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TARGET OPTICAL FOR ANYTHING.

If you care about your eyesight DO NOT go to this Optometrist! She should have her license taken away!
