Ive been going to this CVS since it was built, which I believe has been a couple of years now and I think its great. Ive never had any issues with customer service, the pharmacy or anything. Any time Ive gone in the pharmacy reps have been extremely friendly, helpful, and have answered any and all questions Ive had regarding medications. Even when my wife and I were going through IVF and ran out of the necessary needles and tools, the pharmacist was helpful and even supplied us a few needles at no cost. They may have a wait period for medications but if so I usually go run errands and by the time I come back my order is ready and Im out the door. So I think people need to have some patience for the crew and relax a bit. If youre good to them, they will be good to you!
Continuously unable to “find my prescriptions”. Either Doctor has not sent them, insurance won’t approve this one, or you have to wait.If a script is 30 days do not tell me it has to be filled on the same date. How can you all of the sudden not receive a prescription from my doctors office that you had previously been filling every month for 14 months?Anything this pharmacy does will take 10 days. I could have gotten a organic chemistry degree and synthesized my own prescription faster than Jessica could get me off hold.
I have been pleasntly surprised with this CVS. They have literally treated me like I am a human being. The other pharmacies they have the worst customer service in Colorado. So if you want to be treated well then come visit Jason at CVS Rangewood he makes sure everything runs smoothly and goes out of his way to help you.
Just my personal experience. Im 80% confident I got an under-count of my prescription, but the folks have always been kind and helpful. Appreciate that its been a crazy year to work in a pharmacy.
I have to use cvs pharmacy because its cheaper with my insurance. This pharmacy is horrible. Everything takes so long. I once sat in the drive through behind 1 car for 45 minutes. I had 3 kids in the car eating lunch and wanted to use the drive though. The drive through always takes forever even when no one is there. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone when I call for a question. Ill be on hold forever. I dont know if they need more people working or what but I have never had to wait this long at walgreens. Also very rude on the phone once you do get a hold of someone.
Horrible customer service in the Pharmacy. Walgreens didn’t have a medication for my daughter as it wasn’t a usual medication. I called CVS and they said they had the medication but that is when it fell apart. They gave me the runaround and said I needed to call Walgreens and ask the pharmacist at Walgreens to call the pharmacist at CVS. I finally got them to fill the medication but they told me that Walgreens had filled it when they had not. The women that spoke to me was very rude. I will wait for Walgreens to get in the medication and never go to CVS.
I am always asking for prescriptions to be filled at the last minute and they always get it done!
**Edit**They refunded the brand name, got a generic for us. Girl was new. Can’t be helped.**Got a new prescription for my mother. Didn’t tell me it needed to be refrigerated. Didn’t tell me there was a generic available. $90 wasted and I still gotta go get more. Why are you putting new people on the front line without supervision?
I find them very busy. They could use more help to move quicker. No differance between Walgreens to me. Always have been acomadating to me. I Like CVS!
Lost my records and they were no where to be found.
Unfortunately, with CVS coming to town; I can no longer get my prescription at Walgreens. Ive told this pharmacy time and time again (something I never had to do with Walgreens), that I do not want the generic version of my script. They do not listen. Its late at night and I just opened my prescription and it is, yet again, the generic. I was assured this would not happen again. I wish I could go back to Walgreens.
My insurance made me come use this pharmacy when Walgreens has always been my go to. There was 7 cars in the drive thru, so I come in and have waited 45 min to get my insurance squared away. This is ridiculous. I miss Walgreens!
I went in to purchase needles for my medication, Im from Canada and currently stuck in the USA.I asked over the phone at this exact place if I can buy my needles there I said that no I do not fill my prescriptions there, but I have my prescription bottle with me to confirm the need for needles. The woman on the phone was nice and helpful, but when I came in I was told no, only after the ladies talked for a good 30 seconds.Didnt approach right away, then didnt even come up to personally say no.She just walked away while saying No sorry we cant. Then dont tell me I can on the phone? Thanks.
Have always been helpful especially under stressful situations during busy hours. Do their best to be understanding and following through with what they say.
VERY VERY rude and unprofessional staff. Continued to hold onto my script and tell me it was coming and it never arrived. Continuously told me one thing would happen only to have that not happen and someone tell me something entirely different the next day when I called to check. I heard them whispering about patients and then loudly make rude comments about patients in the drive through while I was waiting in the store. They clearly dont care about getting patients their medications and have extremely unprofessional communication methods. Ive never been to a pharmacy this bad before.
The store associate, Dani exceed my expectations of excellent customer service. She was absolutely fantastic! I was making a photo panel for my daughter in-law for her birthday. I was using an app from my phone to accomplish this. Dani, helped me with the app, she gave honest feedback, and we worked and worked until it was perfect. I am so grateful. 5 stars to Dani! Thank you!
Although it was easy to verify that cvs had senior flu shots available. I was disappointed thatthe employee felt it was only necessaryto wear her mask over her nose when she was directly interacting with someone. As a heath professional she should set a better example. Retired RN
We love Joel !!
Pharmacy staff is put off by having to help customers. It’s like: what do you want, I’m busy so you better not waist my time. They also need to verify with you the identity of your drug and ask you if this is all you are expecting to pick up! There’s a lot of room for error here which has the potential to cause harm.
I have picked up prescriptions for my significant other on two occasions at the Briargate CVS location. Each time he was missing prescriptions, and the Pharmacy staff and technicians did not mention to me that his order was incomplete. Upon returning home withmissing prescriptions we called the CVS pharmacy and discovered that it’s an insurance issue. Now, I’ve dealt with several other pharmacies and I have never experienced this level of lack of communication with pharmacy staff.I also, get the sense a “don’t bother me”, and the feeling that the PHARMACY staff at this location are not happy with their jobs.
Husband and I went in to get needles for his prescription. We arent customers of CVS pharmacy my husband is from canada. We were the only people in the pharmacy area. We had to wait while the 3 women working decided to stare at us until one finally came to help. The woman who helped us was quite rude. She didnt greet us, she had to ask one of her coworkers if he could get the needles without being a customer. She said no and instead of the woman who was helping us walking up and telling us this, she just yelled it as she was walking into the back of the pharmacy area didnt say goodbye didnt say have a nice day.
I have been to that store three times. All three times, the employees were wonderful. I used them for printing photo projects. They stand by the quality of their work. They were very accommodating and helpful. They actually cared that I was pleased with my photos.
They never have my medicine or when they do and I’m there first thing in the morning it’s always hours waiting? For what? Not a single person is there and they’re just playing on the phones
So rude no help what so everYou can call another cvs
I have to wait for my script, but can’t use the bathroom? Instead I have to drive across the street to King Soopers and barely make it there to use theirs?Come on. You get what, 100 people a day through that store and maybe 10 would have to use the bathroom??Wish I could fill my scripts somewhere else - forced to use CVS to have it covered.
We recently found out the cvs had opened and the reviews made us want to pay a visit. We had very great service. The staff was nice and respectful. The place was also very clean and open. We had a great experience and will go back again.
Store is clean and well laid out. The selection of items is impressive. Amazing deals that change regularly. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The location itself is nice and the store is beautiful (since it has recently just been built and opened ) . But that does not justify how rudely Linda was when I was checking out, I signed up for the rewards program and pretty much demanded me to spell my name for her. Not asking” can you please spell that for me?” She was talking to another associate across the room as I was standing there waiting to be checked out . She presented herself like she hated her job and did not want to be there .. never will I go to this CVS again. The Walgreens across the street has much better staff who are friendly.
My Dad brought my son to this store and got immunization shot. They just let an old man nearly 80 years old and a little boy were waiting for 2 hours and didn’t take any actions. They had to go home without any shots since my son is hungry. I called to the store to ask and they explained different reasons. Then they also said because they need to prepare the shots? How to prepare 2 hrs for the shot? They suppose I am a stupid person? Since just last month, I brought my daughter to other shop, just took 10’ to prepare for the shot. Then, I said I need to complaint to the customer services, she answered: “it’s ok, great!”???? I really don’t understand the way of their services? I am very disappointed about this CVS store! Today is Dec 26, 2018.
The staff is always nice, but every time I come in to the pharmacy it either takes forever or they have to order a prescription because they are out. I one time had to wait a week and a half to get a prescription since they kept telling me it would be in the next order. Really wish my insurance allowed for pickup at Walgreens like it used to, never had a problem with them.
Always happy with the pharmacy! They fixed an issue 3 months ago that the cvs on academy screwed up. Thanks for being good health care workers and being kind each time!
Went here after the CVS at Target wasnt able to fill my prescription. They neglected to tell anyone they couldnt fill it so when I went to pick it up in the evening (my doctors office was already closed) they would only send it to another CVS pharmacy. Thankfully the location on Rangewood had it. The person I talked to on the phone was friendly and got it filled quickly for me. When we picked up it wasnt busy at all, nice new clean store.
I took my daughter to get her meds filled. The pharmacist worked really fast to fill it. I highly recommend.
Christine & Steven were very helpful & asked if I needed any help finding anything. They nice and courteous. 5 out of 5, would shop there again.
Apparently they dont even have a bathroom
The floor manager deserves s 5. The young lady in the pharmacy earns a 1 for no customer service or knowledgeWent across the street and Walgreens had both.
The manager Linda is rude and disrespectful. I have worked at CVS previously and know how it works and she should not act the way she does to her customers no matter what especially as the manager. Customer satisfaction is key but not here.
My meds was filled right before l go there. I highly recommend this place.
Went in as a 1st time customer at this new location. I had some product questions about seasonal markdowns and politely asked the nice floor manager for the general manager if he was around. When he (Ron I believe) came out of the back, he was an absolute smug jerk, acted like I was bothering him and made a snide comment about knowing how to run his store. I literally was in shock how I was treated. There is no excuse for a Sr. manager treating a customer that way. I wont go in again; Walgreens directly across the street is respectful and has the neighborhood decency every paying customer deserves. Shame on you General Manager!
Cannot believe the disrespect that happened. Get tossed around by employees who act like they don’t want to be there, manager yelling at another employee in the middle of the store, and just being way too expensive in general.
Absolutely disgusting place of business. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Way too expensive. No military discount....in a military town. Do not shop here.
Customer service here is very poor. i’ve met one nice employee since the stores opening. always snide comments and now accusations when i’m trying to enjoy myself and shop.
Mackenzie was very rude, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never coming back here again.
Poor customer service. Pharmacist was hiding to avoid doing her job. Stayed on phone and refused to look up. Kept ducking behind boxes.
So they sent me a text saying we have two prescriptions ready for you, please come pick them up ( like it’s an inconvenience to them to hold them a day) and when I got there I was told. Couldn’t pick them up because they were doing inventory of all prescriptions waiting to be picked up. Really?!! Inventory during business hours?
Very clean and respectful staff.
Friendly staff and fresh look
I would give 0 stars if could. Waited over 30 min for a flu shot and no one else was waiting. 3 staff members working. Rude staff as well.
Like it
Such terrible staff
This place is the slowest pharmacy ever you wait in line for 15 minutes hire some staff
Customer service here is nonexistent
Mackenzie was rude and unprofessional
Rude. Rude. Rude. And rude. Very rude staff. Never shopping here again.
How is this place still in business?
Pharmacist wasn’t wearing shoes?????
