Beware. They tell you you can return within 14 days because theres no dressing room to try things on, but they dont tell you when you purchase that the returns are store credit only. You cant get rid of it; it looks like a scam. Nothing against the staff, but I wouldnt buy anything you dont know you want to keep.

Staff is very overbearing which makes it difficult to shop. How awful because they have some of the best stuff in town! My advice is to ignore the rude customer service lacking skills of those employed here. Maybe they were not taught the customers are to be valued not suspected anyways, it will be so worth it all the great treasures you will find, be brave!

My first time in this Old Colorado City location ... Its a wonderful & delightful shopping experience. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, well organized store. Ill definitely be back!

Possibly the best good will in colorado springs. The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. The prices were more than reasonable and everything was very organized. Im impressed and cannot wait to come back to buy more. 😍

You never know what you will find. Got a great running chain saw for a terrific price. Im in my 50s and its the best one i have ever owned.

Im not a fan of Goodwill as every time I go into a store and purchase an item, the clerk always ask do you want to round up? Which means if my item cost $2.75, do I want to give them $3.00. My answer is no I dont want to round up. The reason for shopping here is this is what I can afford plus has anyone looked online to see what the CEO of Goodwill makes. Well I have and its alot. Alot more zeros in his salary then I will see in a lifetime. At this Goodwill, the clerk didnt like my answer and the transaction turned from pleasant to rude.

The guys who work at the donation center are so helpful and friendly.

The employees are friendly and helpful and if you need to have them hold anything until you can purchase>t, they will hold it for 24 hours in most cases. The store is clean and although its small, they have something for almost everyone.

A great place too get second and first hand wares & goods. With good customer service and for the better part, mostly all quality merchandise.

Not much usually in clothing for juniors, toddlers, or men. However housewares can hide some interesting stuff!
