So! Vapor Bay is hands down the best vape shop Ive been to in town. (And the only one Ill be going to ever again.) The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. I was having issues with a vape I purchased. Unfortunately they didnt sell anymore but they still completely helped me out. The juice selection is amazing. Ive never bought a bad juice and the staff always has amazing suggestions. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have been going to this amazing place for over a year for my mods, tanks, RDA’s and etc. Never did I have any issues with anything I have bought from this place. Any questions I have had about it was answered by their staff. The atmosphere is very professional and relaxed. They also have these friendly doggies that help guard their store which is totally awesome! I’m there quite often and each time I go in I always get greeted. They are respectful and super helpful to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. The prices are fair and they also have a rewards program too when making a purchase from them as well. All of their mods are legit and not from some whack vendor that sells crooked stuff. They have plenty of variety of everything in their store which is a plus. I definitely recommend for people to go check them out! 5 stars for certain! 😊

I have been vaping a long time and have been to many stores in Colorado Springs and I can honestly say without a doubt that this store is the best Ive ever been to. And the reason for that is the manager Caitlin. She is awesome. She has helped me with so many issues and I honestly cant thank her enough. I would recommend this store to everyone!

My main shop, Caitlin is the best! Super friendly, awesome selection, Cool staff, and super relaxed. Easily one of the best shops in town.

Definitely not the most polite. Ambience is a bit off puting with people sitting at the table whispering about other people that just walked in. Not incredibly the most professional. Been a guide for a while and it takes quite a bit to get a bad review from me. A bit young and immature.The products are decent only of you know what youre looking for. Dont expect a ton of expert advise or help. Theyll give you personal advice on what they know works but their product knowledge lacks quite a bit. I suggest going anywhere else unless you need a specific product that they happen to sell.

Best vapor shop in Colorado Springs hands down. Walked in this shop 2 years ago after many trips to other vape shops in the springs with disappointment. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and the flavor selections and juice companies they carry are delicious and different than many other stores. Definitely recommend to any new or old vapors in the game.

The staff is nice but the group of kids that hang out there every night just talk about you while you are standing there waiting for service. Never gotten a good juice from here. Staff is nice and open till 10. Thats all they have going for them.

The place sucks. Worst service. Went in one time asked the guy what he thought about a flavor a juice and completely just gave it to me rang me up. I asked how the juice was and he didn’t even talk to me. The only one I respect their is Elizabeth she is really nice and really helpful. If I see she isn’t working I’ll walk out of the shop no matter what.

The staff was very rude. They close at 10 and we came in around 8-9 and they were all sitting in the back table and they all got super quiet when we walked in. Tried to start conversations with the girl at the counter and she kept smirking and not talking to us at all like other vape stores. The girl kept handing me juices to try to get me out as fast as possible. I would not recommend.

Ive been to pretty much all the vape shops in town and this place has to be best. The staff treats you like family and always answers by question I have. My mod broke and I couldnt afford to buy a new one at the time, be they handed me one I could borrow.

When I came in to the store I let them know id like to try out some flavors because I need more juice. Right off the bat the noticed I didnt have a mouth piece on my vape and gave me 3 really fancy and fun mouth pieces for free. Then I told them what flavors i have tried and liked, all of their juices are premium juices, so they didnt have those exact juices but they showed me similar flavors to the ones I liked and made recommendations based off of what they could see I already liked which helped me find a new flavor that I really enjoy. I also let them known I needed 2 more packs of coils, they checked what strength I already have and recommended I get 2 different strengths for my new coils so I can see what wattage I like using my vape at best. And to top it all off they have a dog in the shop!! Over all they have very friendly and extremely helpful staff in the shop and really good juices. The only down side I can think of is how pricey the juices are, they are more pricey than every other vape shop ive been to because they have premium juices (which are really amazing) so if youre on a budget maybe this isnt the best place but if youre willing to splurge this is the place to be!

Probably the best vape shop in the Springs. Not filled with douche bags and 18 year olds like the majority of the competition. Staff is helpful and approachable.Edit.Repeatedly have asked for max vg. And been told what Ive been given is max vg. Given the incredibly vague qualifications for the term max vg, some give and take is expected, as that could be as low as 70 percent vg. In either case, Ive been given a sixty percent vg the past three or four times Ive gone in, which is incredibly inappropriate as this causes a lot of people severe discomfort and even pain, as the case with me. Order your juice online instead.
