Worst customer service ever. Beside the fact that there is no sign up informing customers that are no returns or the cashier to tell the customer that, I had a plain sweat shirt bought from there and they didnt want to refund it to me. Please, when you go visit there ask questions and do not get tricked like me!!!! Plus the young guy who was running the shop was very rude, and pretended that he never in his life saw that brand of sweat shirt that I got from their store...

Not impressed. The lady did my embroidery upside down and in wrong place. Yelled at me. I paid to have it redone and it was acceptable second time. When will business owners learn to provide SERVICE TO THERE CUSTOMERS!

Embroidery was not done as discussed. I was so shocked and pissed by what I saw, I just grabbed my item and left. you have issues when you cant follow a customers instructions and major issues when you cant even center the text on the item. 1 bad item cost them a lot of business. I would pass on this place.

The quality of the products is great, and the shirts I have purchased have lasted a long time compared to other custom shirt shops.

The worst service ever! I put in an order for 12 shirts for my business. The logo included a Colorado C and I specifically said I wanted it to be a transparent red and the C came out pink. I told her (owner maybe) I wanted it to be more red and she said no thats the logo and color you sent me The logo I sent her was more red then the shirts she gave us. She flat out refused to fix it. I will never do business here again and neither should anyone else. She didnt even offer a compromise she just flat out said no refund no exchange On top of that she got real nasty with me and was yelling and talking over me when I was trying to explain why I was unhappy with the product. We spent over $300 and are left with shirts we cannot use. Dont do business here!!!!!!! Negative 10 stars

I wish I could put into words how horrible the service was. In the middle of cancelling an order, placed less than 10 minutes before, the woman working, the manager maybe?, proceeded to berate and threaten us with upcharges for cancelling our order.Regardless of the reason for cancelling, the service was nonexistent and I can guarantee well be spreading the word that this is not the place to get anything done.

Dont take your stuff here. Very displeased
