Shelby greeted us as we walked into the store. She was a delight as she was knowledgeable, friendly and informative on the mattresses and types of beds we were shopping for. Purchased a Doctors Choice Euro Top. Slept on it for about 7 weeks. Found it to be too soft, did not sleep well. They happily exchanged it with the medium. Only charged $50.00 for pick up and delivery. All around excellent customer service, especially thanks to Hannah for her help. Highly recommend.

Our experience was Fantastic from start to the finish when receiving the mattress. My husband and I went today to get a new mattress because our mattress was old and giving us problems. Our sales person was Tyler and he was amazing. He asked us about how we sleep and what is bothering us. He showed us multiple mattresses and had us try each one. He looked at my husbands back when he slept since he’s been having a lot of pain. He even showed me what he was looking at. Tyler was very friendly and helped us find a great mattress and box spring in good time for the new bed frame we are getting. I sought out Denver Mattress Co. after making the huge mistake of buying one elsewhere and, ultimately, ending up totally sore and disillusioned with my poor choice of mattress, sold to me by someone who clearly was only in the business of selling mattresses without actually having any real knowledge of their product....At Denver Mattress, I was met by a young man named Austin, who (after allowing me to explain my dilemma) wasted no time helping me get that just right fit. I was impressed by his complete professionalism and the fact that (unlike at “that other place” where I was expected to simply lie down on the mattresses in the showroom without using any cleanliness precautions, whatsoever) Austin immediately pulled out a clean pillow with paper cover to carry around with me; and then after I rose from each mattress I tried out, he sprayed disinfectant on them.Austin clearly KNEW his trade, not only paying attention to my comments about each mattress, but actually instructing me on what to “look and feel for” while reclining on them. All the employees were very nice and cleaned up after us on each mattress/pillow for covid purposes. I only received an email about the time of delivery. I do not check email everyday as i am not on the pc everyday. It was a pleasant surprise to see my drive way blocked as I was headed out to breakfast.Everything appeared to be going very as well as could be expected. I had no idea how heavy the base would be, the Denver Mattress Company should provide a furniture dolly to assist moving heavy objects.The mattress was heavy and folded like an omelet. One of the young men hurt his shoulder [a pop was heard] trying to get this heavy mattress up a flight of stairs and around a wall to head down the hallway.There should of been more then 2 young men trying to move all these very heavy items. or again provide some equipment to help.I was asked to sign for the delivery, acceptance of items and set up prior to anything coming into the house. I signed after all was said and done.I gave them a 5 because it took roughly an hour to get everything done and the 2 young men were polite and professionals.Im also glad I paid for delivery as there was no way I could of done this on my own in the amount of time they took. The salesmen [manager trainee] didnt advise how heavy things were or how difficult the mattress could be. This information would be helpful in the consumer deciding pick up or delivery.I can not comment on the item as I have not had it long enough. Check back later, if they let me post.
