Horrible customer service . My dad had covid, ended up on home oxygen and can never get though to them . He will be on hold for hours sometimes waiting for a person to talk too. They have not shown up for multiple delivery dates. I was with him one day while we waited on the phone for an hour and a half and when we got through he spoke with a girl named Stephanie who was very rude and wouldn’t let him even finish a sentence initially and then yelled at me when I said over the phone for her to let him finish talking. The WORST customer service. Stephanie needs to drop the attitude
They have the worst possible customer service EVER !! First of all, Diana is one of the most rude people ever. She hung up on me in the middle of asking a question. I’m glad I switched companies this is the worst thing experience I’ve had with any type of medical company.
Called to get them to come service my oxygen machine and to drop off some portable oxygen tanks. Stephanie from the Colorado Springs Office was rude, and very unprofessional . She needs to be trained on customer service.
CAN NOT GET A PERSON TO P/U THE PHONE EVER !!!!!!!! GLAD I AM NOT DYING........LOOKING FOR A NEW PROVIDER AS OF TODAY FOR REAL
On hold forever. Needed supplies for CPAP, but no, insurance requires a prescription and prior authorization. Save the headache and order from Amazon. I just did.
The delivery drivers continue to speed down our narrow residential road at twice the posted speed limit. Ive called several times to ask them to stop, but there has been no change. For a company who is part of this local community, they sure dont seem to care about the many, many kids in our neighborhood.
The company true lacks coordination and delivering of supplies are faulty but there is one bright star in the company. Her name is Amanda. My husband told me she is knowledgeable and always has helped him with his CPAP machine and supplies. Go to the her office and she will ensure your CPAP requirements are met.
I would like to thank Preferred Home Care for taking care of my Father. All of the folks at this company are true professionals, from the drivers, being on time with each delivery, Kristen, working with us on all billing issues and Jim, the manager, always kind and caring. I would recommend this group of people with any respiratory needs. Thank you.
After a year of trying to work with the Colorado Springs office on Buckingham Drive, I’m sorry to report that they have been highly incompetent in providing my supplies and completely indifferent towards my needs and frustration with them. They are no more than stereotypical, paper-pushing clerks. I highly recommend using any other company if possible.
I have met with Amanda only once in the three months since I started using a CPAP machine. Preferred Home Care has billed my insurance 7 times in that same time frame. I have yet to receive the heated air hose that was on the original prescription. Time to find a different provider.
Wife called manager today and talked to him and he seemed sincerely wanting to fix the issue. He said he would talk to the employee that neglected to do her job. Ill update this as we go. He is asking for a better chance so we will probably be giving them that respect.Well this place really needs work.. for being in business they absolutely SUCK!!! Be careful doing business here
The worst customer service ever has had our RX since 10/08 still no machine or supples. If you don’t like to work with the public that you need to get out of Public service absolute ridiculous I wouldn’t even send my dog to this place
Quickly resolved all my concerns and issues and delivered oxygen promptly. Excellent communication. Very caring and professional.
I am a happy customer! I needed equipment quickly to get the insurance billing in before the end of the year. The others providers in town said it was impossible. To be fair my Doctor and the sleep study personnel said it was impossible too. The team at Preferred made it happen. Since I was being squeezed in, I was ready to accept an abbreviated session with the therapist, but that was not the case. She was professional, clear, and commited to ensuing I fully understood. She also took the time to ensure that I received everthing I needed. This is a great start.
Very poor service. I spoke with people at least 4 times at this company, trying to find a wheelchair to rent for the Air Force Academy graduation week. While 2 women I spoke with were friendly, they asked me to email and then fax information, which I did - only to learn that I needed to use a 2nd fax number, which I did - only to learn that I should try a 3rd fax number when no one could ever locate the information that was sent twice. At that point i was angry as each fax required my request to a busy physicians office - I did not want to ask the office to do this a third time. On my 4th call, I encountered a terribly rude male employee - when I requested to speak with someone else, he got even more short-tempered. I was then told that the company could not help me after all. What horrible service.
Ive dealt with the local office on Buckingham Drive - twice in person and three times on the phone - regarding a CPAP device and oxygen. Each time, the local staff and also their resupply department have been professional and helpful.
My mother is handicap and they brought out a machine she uses everynight and they brought 6 cylinder bottles to travel my mother doesnt use the bottles we tried to return them they sent 2 guys over and they refused to take them they are not tampered with so why cant we return them? very upsetting to my mother and i would like to return these tanks before she gets completely stressed out over this
My baby was in nicu and on the day she could go home we had to get oxygen from this company and the man setting us up insulted my child and my boyfriend as well as kept putting his religous veiws on us. Then the company charged us for a concentrator that we never received even after several attempts to call them my issue was never resolved, instead i got the oh that sucks and the to bads. This company is a joke. And doesnt care about the patients.
Every since Preferred Homecare took over Centura Health I have had nothing but problems. The first was when I was in the office & one of the drivers was talking to a middle aged man thats cubicle was near the front door. He said to the driver Walker is on CICP, well be lucky to get any money out of her. This is very unprofessional especially since it was said loud enough for me to hear. Every since then I have had nothing but non-stop problems with Preferred Homecare.. I hear from the front office workers Your on the schedule once a month, the first Thursday every month. Here it is another month gone by & no one came last Thursday the first Thursday of the month. The week before that a driver shows up just as I am leaving for an appointment. He tells me I am his last stop & he only has 7-8 cylinders for me that I am the last on his route.. I told him I had an appointment & asked if I needed to be there. He said No. I also asked for tubing. He said that shouldnt be a problem. He never left any tubing! The time before that he gave me tubing that evidentaly had been on the floor somewhere as it was dirty, had been stepped on & torn. Once again I call the office today. I never received my delivery the first Thursday of the month. The office lady blamed the driver. The driver blamed the office lady. No one seems to be communicating with each other or the patients. The driver said the office was not allowing the drivers to call clients first thing in the morning that they were to call 1/2 hr to hour before they were showing up! Then the driver tells me he can bring me 20 cylinders every two weeks, that I was on the scheduled every two weeks. Since when did this start & why wasnt I notified. I spoke with a gentleman over a month ago perhaps 2 months ago? that was from Denver & stated I would get a delivery every 2 weeks till they figured out how many cylinders I needed. I was told twice in the last over a month by the driver that he had 7-8 cylinders left for the day for me. I also have been told by one of the office ladies that they could not give me over 20 cylinders a month that they would need a note from my Doctor. Now you tell me whos screwing up! No one in this office is on the same page! You run your office however you want but dont you think meetings at least once a week with the drivers & staff would cause less problems & strife for the patients?!
