This is a terrible excuse for a business that is supposed to help those who are sick. They are rude, uncaring, unhelpful and just plain terrible people. They are only worried about your money. Dont use them!!!
They don’t answer their phones, place you on hold for over an hour, lie about the products they have available and then try to punish you by not giving you the medical necessary device for months. Absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with. Don’t go unless you absolutely have to!!
How do you people sleep at night? The fact that for years you havent had enough testing equipment to meet demand is despicable. How about you stay up 24/7 with our children to keep placing oxygen tubes back in their noses when they inevitably pull them out. You have zero sense of urgency and yet we are talking about urgent care for newborn babies. Who will hold you accountable? I guess thats the problem.
Piss poor ran company. Been waiting on Cpac supplies for 2 months. Aerocare is just as bad. Will be getting my insurance company involved in their incompetence
I received a letter from Rotech dated June 1st 2021 that is an invoice in the amount of $1330.oo Sent this email to inform them that their representative has lied plainly to me over a recorded line in regards to the nature of this billing. This is a portion of what I sent them:Point 1: I am on Medicaid and have been for some time. You are aware of this. Your representative informed me of this knowledge on a recorded line (I notified her I was recording the call.) However, the claim from this rep over the phone was that you were awaiting authorization from medicaid. This is a blatant lie because Medicaid authorized the equipment March 18th 2021 (Auth ID #Withheld) and it was approved.Point 2: The approval on 3/18/21 means that sending me an invoice for the amount of $1330.oo and threatening me with Civil Theft was knowingly and intentionally done in order to attempt to illegally extract payment for medical equipment already paid for by my Insurance company, in violation of C.R.S. 25.5-4-301 (1)(a)(I).Point 3: Not only was this act unethical in nature, stating that you have attempted several times to contact me regarding this issue and having no record of these attempts, (as stated by your rep) shows really what kind of behavior to expect from your company.In conclusion: You should expect that I will take every step and action I can to inform the public of this matter to prevent you from doing this to other less knowledgeable or capable individuals. What you attempted here is nothing short of FRAUD and I will pursue, to the furtherance of my ability, any and all actions against you in this matter. Considering that I am already out over $200 on co-pays with you and another $150 that I had to spend for supplies with a third party because you couldnt get your things in order (intentionally to deceive)...it may not seem like a lot to you but for me being on disability it is.I expect more from companies that are in the business to assist patients as you claim. I should not expect them to bulldog patients with threats of conversion or civil theft. Apparently that is an unrealistic expectation. I wanted only to be able to trust that I can notify you about my needs with the equipment and that things would be taken care of as you claim in your public Missions Statement. This seems to not be the case and it is disgraceful.Your reply is not necessary.Medicaid sent them a NOTICE TO PROVIDER OF ILLEGAL BILLING ACTION and steps are being taken. This review is to in part let the public know that this company are in the business of Fraud and are to be avoided.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They run you through so fast, have you sign-up for auto renewals without truly understanding what it will cost you, and they give you the most expensive equipment known to man so they can charge your insurance company through the roof. This company is horrible and pray on Veterans with Tricare ($$$$$). They didnt document my request for a return and continued to charge me and the insurance company. Stay away and talk to the VA, they took care of me for FREE.
Called because my machine threw an alarm. Edmond walked me through some things to troubleshoot it and we ended up fixing the alarm. Was able to order supplies at the same time. He was very nice and very patient with me. Excellent service!
Be very careful, they do not tell you once you go with them, you are LOCKED in with them for your needs thru medicare.
Terrible customer service from a lady named West this afternoon. Weve been dealing with various phone agents for 2 weeks and still our request wasnt resolved
I read most of the reviews this past week prior to going to Summit at Town Center and I was expecting poor customer service as a result of some of the reviews. Don (I think thats his name) helped me out extensively and was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. He even gave me a new tubing set for my CPAP machne free of charge. Nice job Summit.
Kenny came out this morning as scheduled to deliver a concentrator and a small oxygen tank. He was very nice, ew, and polite. I am excited to begin with yet company and Im hoping for the very best service. I also called the office this morning. The female that answered the phone had the same qualities that Kenny possesses.
Their phones have historically been frustrating, often ringing without answer. Its all hit-and-miss, lacking any consistency of patient care. Patient care is mediocre at best. A few people do seem earnest, but it feels like a company running adrift without any real leadership.
When you call, most of the time a machine answer, leave name, number and a short sentence on why your calling them.They never call back. Even when my primary care Doctor calls, they dont even call back. And yes very rude.
I have been dealing with this company for over two years now and they are without a doubt the worst at customer service I have ever seen. They do NOT return phone calls even if they say they will. All they do is give lip service. The staff can not give you a reason why they didnt return your call other than I didnt get that message. The workers that give you the oxygen tanks do a good job. Especially at the New Town Center store. The customer service at Forge Road leave a lot to be desired.
Im in an assisted living and have run out of oxygen portables. Summit refuses to bring me any for fear of catching COVID-19.They sure are happily taking payment from Medicare each month though, while theyve left me without portables for 3 months now. I cant stay on just the room concentrator. I have to go to the dining room to eat. Yesterday I ended up in the ER with severe chest pains from oxygen deprivation, it was hurting my heart.The hospital insisted that I get my portable concentrator yet Summit is too busy having Memorial day parties today. They refuse to bring me anything and told me just to stay in my room, connected to the big concentrator.Well what do they expect me to do about getting back and forth to the dining room!!Typical customer service from them, lousy.
These guys are pretty bad, so on a normal workday (Thursday at 10AM) I pull up and their is a sign on the locked door to call for assistance which routes you to someone who doesnt work in that office, so once routed to the correct office no one answers anyway meanwhile I happen to see an employee walk out as im sitting in my car so I run him down, once I get inside there are 4 people not doing anything so not sure why they wont answer the phone but if I hadnt been there and caught the guy walking out I would still be waiting.
Hospitality and over all organization is very poor. Seek other options for oxygen provider.
We have been trying to get an oxygen exchange for 9 days without success. They dont answer the phone, nor does a tech call us back. Very mad. Terrible service, no replies other than lip service! Update.. They finally made it to the house and took care of us...
The first oxygen concentrator they brought was so very very loud so I packed it up brought it here and exchange it for one that now lets me sleep sometimes! Only sometimes because I have really bad insomnia but its better than using the oxygen conserving device on the can at the foot of my bed so that I didnt have any noise from the oxygen concentrator. I do like the people at the office better than the person that comes by my house since the office will say that they will bring you the supplies that you need such as the nasal cannula or the humidifier cup that youre supposed to change every month on the concentrator but when I asked him to bring the stuff when he delivered the additional cans of oxygen - he said no I will only bring enough supplies for 2 weeks youll have to have the rest mailed to you because we tried to do everything for the most economical. However I am pretty sure paying shipping only days after youre coming to my house anyway is absolutely absurd and not away to be economical!
They won’t convert the rental to a purchase of a concentrator. Total misuse of the system, real disappointing that they take advantage of sick people. I’ve never dealt with a company who blatantly says “screw you” to customers.
The most useless company known to man kind. No one knows their job description, employees lie about appointments and the route drivers lie about calling you and knocking on the door because they are LAZY to walk up 3 flights of stairs, even though it is their job. They forget to turn on the oxygen tanks before they leave or they give you an empty tank and then argue with you because they have to replace it and its before 12 weeks. Their employees constantly complain about their jobs. They are all so unpleasant and argumentative even when they are in the wrong. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS OXYGEN COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANITHER OCYGEN COMPANY. ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN HERE!!!!!!

Both of my supply orders have been late, and the last one had the wrong size. No apology for late orders....just it should be there next week.
Do not use this place they will try to charge u for equipment they lost and call u a thief they don’t deserve any rating
