The shelves are well stocked parking is excellent the employees have great customer service skills they have a self checkout with many open you can always get out quickly and efficiently

The associates McKenzie and Keith in the plumbing dept. made my trip to the Home Depot on Two Knotch Rd. the MOST enjoyable trip Ive ever had. They were very knowledgeable to my needs. I spent 2 days dealing with Lowes trying to get a bathroom remodel together. A total waste of my time,energy,and fuel. A big disappointment. They had me in and out with everything I needed in 45 minutes. Ill be a Home Depot shopper from now own. Thank you Keith and McKenzie.

Asked the cashier to refund purchase to a gift card, I cant help she doesnt have two brain cells in her head but she refunded the credit card instead. She understood English but I guess two standard deviations off the average IQ puts you at 70 which is where retardation begins. She had a blank stare when I told her what she did, no apology just empty eyes.

This store has staff that makes customer service their number one priority. If you see a staff member they greet you and ask if you need any help. They even follow up with you if they see you again in the store just to make sure you were taken care of. The store always has items in stock and their website reflects this perfectly. Will shop here above Lowes any time. Keep up the good work!

I mean, someone hit my car in the parking lot and didnt pay for the damage but the store itself is great. They helped me find the product I was looking for really fast.

Never have what is advertised. I went the 2nd day if the sale looking for the vacuum that they advertised and they were out! Really!

My experience at Home Depot was terrible my husband and I were looking too purchase sum lumber but couldnt find any sale associate. And when we went up front to customers services they called someone we ask how long for the person to come she stated 5min. Thats a bunch of bull we waited 20min and my husband stated lets get out of here. We went to Lowes and had know problems with our purchase. Its like in and out.

The workers were a great help. The simple PVC piece I needed was only available in other sizes. I was able to buy several pieces to put together to get what I needed.

This home Depot was nice, members on the floor were great! But the lady at check out must have been having a bad day or needs to learn customer service, really slow nasty demeanor and answered a phone without saying anything to me after standing and waiting be even started to check out my items.

Thus us a good place and they have almost everything my inly complaint us I had trouble FINDING anything. If you need something stop by but be ready to ask for help. The staff members are polite and responsive

While they seem to be going through a staff shortage (pretty common lately) everything is as well stocked as usual. I can usually rely on this location to have most of the fundamental home repair stuff I need. Definitley my go to spot. Also, their self checkout is on point.

The epitome of customer service from start to finish. The store is clean, well organized and professional in every way. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Compared to Lowes, there is no comparison. I have to travel twice as far, but it is worth the cost and effort. Cudos to everyone.

I love Homedepo. But the employees here need to learn right now that even though they dont work in another department they can try and help a customer find what they need. There is no reason if 3 or 4 people are just standing around that they have to call another person to help a customer in a department they dont work in. I was sooo mad i walked away and left the store. These employees need some more training and taught to be mindful nto the customers. If the customers arent there then noone has a job!

We were so happy that Home Depot sells the 1 inch snap in bushings ( 25pk yellow) for metal studs for our home building project. They were hard to find but Home Depot carried them and a reasonable price too! Also being right before Christmas we immediately got thru to the department on the phone for help and awesome customer service when we arrived to pick them up. Very happy campers!

This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a home depot. I was going in for simply a refrigerator light bulb. The first employee greeter was leaning against shelving and when I asked her which section to go to she said fridges are in the back. I said what about bulbs and she said right over there, listen this is not my job.After looking at the 1,000 bulbs I couldnt find the specific one so I looked for another employee. Made it all the way back to the fridges anyway, where to employees were almost hiding in a cubby desk talking to one another. They seem perturbed I interrupted their conversation to ask. Neither greeted me or asked how they could help. The one worker stood their and said look for appliance bulbs midway down the aisle (which was accurate), but no one offered to help, walk with me, or assist, and none of them seemed to be doing anything at all!I will try not to return back to this location.

The young lady and gentleman in the paint department were phenomenal! I am looking forward to my first Armadillo Behr paint job on my bathroom. The young lady with the cap who manned self checkout was cheerful.

I have been to many home depots but this one provided amazing service. I had several sheets of 3/4 plywood and an associate offered to watch my cart while I pulled my truck around. He then grabbed another associate and helped me load them up. The cashier was incredibly friendly and the store was well stocked. I highly recommend this location!

We went in tonight to “look” at kitchen sinks & while we were debating, Desiree (I hope I spelled that correctly) came over & asked if she could help. We hesitated since we were just “looking” but she answered questions, looked online, researched & eventually helped us pick out a sink. We had previously seen a faucet & had taken pictures, so she helped us locate that faucet, opened boxes to let us compare our choices THEN went to help us find tile. I showed her the link & info we had, she researched & was sad to tell us it has been discontinued. Regardless of that disappointment, we had such a great time with her & she helped us so much! Each time we go to Home Depot, we have excellent customer service & find that the associates so kind & helpful. We will be back & hope to have “Cuz” Desiree help us again!!

Store is nicely organized, but not well staffed. It is always difficult to find an employee to help with questions or even help to lift heavy objects. The employees you can find, typically at the registers are almost always polite.

My 1st disappointing visit!Happy theres not a issue getting my Veteran discount,But I waited patiently for the employee to finish helping another customer.I handed him four 34x64 Cordless Blinds that needed to be cut to 30.5...He said We have 31 blinds, I said Yes but Not the Length I needed...So a 2nd time I said I need them Cut down to 30.5 he acknowledged my replySo I trusted the Home Depot employee...$162.⁰⁰ later, (my fault) not Checking the Accuracy of the Length....I get home all 4 ...ALL FOUR 30....So he didnt even consider my saying 1¾ inches needed to be trimmed off each side... just cut as He wanted....Sadly Ill continue to shop at Home DepotThe other Home improvement storeSucks 😉

William in the paint department is the best. Very knowledgeable about the product he sell. Not sure about the other people in the paint department. I usually wait til William is working to get my paint mixed.

Don’t try to get a key made. Asked a person at a counter with no customers and he said wouldbe 10 minutes because he had stuff to do. Asked another associate walking around and was blown off.

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator. We had a great Daled Assiciate.

If I could give it no stars I would! I spent 15 minutes waiting at the paint department with a crowd of others and everyone working there just stared at us and the other people that were waiting and finally we asked them if they could call someone. They called someone twice and finally this 12-year-old looking kid showed up and I could tell right away he had no clue what he was doing. I explained to him the type of paint I wanted and I gave him the number but first he said, Do you want this in white? I said no I just explained the type of paint, the number and the finish. Then he said he couldnt mix the paint with just the number he needed the chip to do so. So finally after he just stood there, I offered to look through all the chips to see if it was there so I could get it mixed because I really need the paint tonight to finish painting my parents house. They didnt have that chip. 😑So after wasting 20 minutes of my time that I dont have I decided to walk out - empty handed! I just got this paint mixed recently at the Sandhills location so I know they have it. Behr premium plus, eggshell finish - perfect taupe- PPU-18-13. This person just didnt know what they were doing and everyone else was just standing around staring at us, not willing to help at all. But Ive come to expect that with these big stores. My next paint project, I will be going to Sherwin-Williams.

Waited almost 30 minutes at curbside no shows up had to go inside to pickup customer service tell me they had to see other customers. Their curbside is fake Worst service better to go Sandhill or Ferdina rd they will come out less than 5 min.

Im not a Home Depot guy. I went to Lowes first and their inventory was poor. They didnt have even a third of what I needed. Home Depot had everything. Quicker check out too. I might go there first next time.

Home depot always has helpful staff thats trained and that knows what theyre talking about. They usually have what I need and Im always in and out with no hassles.

I had a pleasant trip to Home Depot on Two Notch Rd. I found what I was looking for after an employee guided me to the right isle. After finding what I needed there, I looked around to get some future ideas and I had 2 more employees ask if I needed help.

I had a $30 coupon good for $30 off a $300 purchase. Went by Sandhills twice last week. Tuesday and Wednesday. The line getting in was extremely long. So we checked back the next day. I spoke to the manager about the coupon expiring on Thurs but he said he would honor it since we were literally talking hours as we went to HD at 8:45 am on Friday. The cashier would not honor the coupon. That was crazy. Guess Ill change to Lowes since they seem to care about their customers.

Home depot is a large chain, you would think they would focus on service! Called multiple times for a $60k + estimate for siding and window purchase with install, was on hold in a computer loop for over 20 mins. when an associate finally answered, it was not the department I asked for and then they were clueless who to connect me to. Service is a secondary concern. Get your people trained! will contact another supplier directly for my business!!

This is a particularly clean location with a friendly staff. It is conveniently located near I-20 and it has a good sized parking lot. I found them to have a nice staff whi were all very attentive. This is my new store officially!

Do not buy mulch from there! Vigoro mulch has misleading label, color guarantee - 12 months, well ... The color didnt last one week after one rainy day!!! $250 & hours of work down the drain ... Couldnt return it, I am sure they were counting on that. Very bad business! Friendly means nothing if they have bad products.

Picked up the Ryobi 40 volt pole saw. Works great.
