Nice clean store, you can always find coupons for heavy discounts on-line. My wife is aways finding some deals here. The staff is top notch, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help you find what your looking for. The store is kept clean and well organized. I wish more stores were this friendly. Highly Recommended!

Had to wait, literally 6 minutes for someone to help. The lady in the back was multitasking as best as she could. I am only giving 2 stars because she did acknowledge me waiting very early on & throughout my wait, she would apologize & thank me for my patience. GET HER SOME HELP!!!!

I shops there only due to the availability of coupons. I wish the employees and managers could be little or helpful and approachable. The employees smoke in front of the store. What a sight and healthy way. There is only one cashier at any given time long line or not. If some one need any assistance, people in the line has to keep waiting! There is a lot of room for improvement. The three star is for the availability of Coupons and the location the store is at.

They keep the good stuff in the back. Watch out for the lady at the register.

It took a VERY long time for an understaffed (and not busy) store to retrieve an expensive product from the back of the store. Upon checkout, we were made aware of the fact that our coupon was not valid on that type of device (vinyl cutter), so, no problem; I understand that.I then tried to utilize my Veterans discount that has always been honored, but the register obviously had other plans and wouldnt accept it, either.I then asked to price match Amazon and save $30, but they wouldnt, so we just utilized our Prime benefits and used our Chase Amazon card. We even lucked out and got the same product (in a different color) and saved over $110, anyways. So, ultimately, JOANNs strict policy saved us money.

I am addicted to this place. I have recently began sewing again. I find everything that I need at Joanns. The staff is friendly and courteous. Everyone wears a mask.

The employees are helpful and friendly. They are doing a good job of getting high priority items, like fabric and interfacing for masks restocked regularly. The sales are really good.

I visited this location for a specific color of yarn for a crochet pillow I was working on. They had it! And they had plenty of it. I was so elated. The staff was very helpful. The store was neat and cheery. The check out associate was very professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing items not found at other locations.

Its at a good location. They have a good bit of products. But I would most definitely shop other stores for a better selection. Hate to say it but Hobby Lobby has them beat hands down. Just my opinion. This store might work for many other people just not me.

Overall this is a good store. It’s stocked, neat and clean. You can always find fabric and seasonal decor for your home. You’re able to use your mobile coupon ( one per person), to get discounts. My mom lives in there for her crochet supplies.Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to help you. That’s my only gripe. I understand why there aren’t as many associates a walking around, it’s still hard to find one.

Stafff very helpful and friendly. They have much to choose from. Great sales and Im always receiving coupons from them by txt or email. Great place to shop. I took up one of their embroidery classes. They also have a great teaching staff.

FYI, not pet friendly despite their corporate policy to the contrary. Would appreciate some consistency - was just asked to leave despite patronizing this location at least four times with a well behaved pooch. Ah well, off to Michaels/Hobby Lobby.

Way too pricy and didnt have any of the patterns I needed

My first visit to Joanns. I went on to look through the pattern books as I am ready to give seeing another go. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Best of all, on my way out I saw they had Happy Planners and I hadnt got my 2018 yet. And it was half price!! I was more than pleased with my visit. So much other stuff I didnt even get to look at. Will definitely be going back

This place surprised me about how many cute craft ideas they have here. What I really liked about here was all the hair accessories they have here. As a hairdresser I like lots of different things to put in peoples hair, and they have it all for weddings or causal and its soooo affordable!

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered online 3 days ago and finally get around to getting what I paid for and the box was full of ceramic rabbits instead of a $260 Cricut machine. Will never be back to shop here ever again. All she gave me was a customer service number and they arent taking calls right now.

Just about everything I look for they dont have in store and can only get online which isnt what I want. 7/24/2019 Went in the store this morning and not employee to be found to get help with finding the fabric I needed. There was also only one person at the cutting table. Also there wasnt anyone that register either. I wish hancock fabrics was still in business. Dont think Ill be getting anything else from this store.

Customer service needs to be more helpful and welcoming when it comes to new people trying to take the sewing/craft classes. Spent way too much time on the phone regarding a class, then coming in to try to take the class with little to no direction on the front end to get us started. We ended up leaving and not able to take the class my daughter and I preregistered for. There was great anxiety on the front end leading us to have to leave the highly anticipated class we hoped to participate in. We never met the instructor nor were we invited in any hospitable way toward our anticipated end.

I love this store. Great sales, so look on the website for coupons. Yarn selection is really great and the fabric selection is amazing.

Because I ended up going there twice like a fabric and it was marked 50% off even the girl that cut it for me told me it was at 50% off and when I got to the register to pay she told me it wasnt suppose to be 50% off and when checking with that girl she told the lady at the register that it was in the 50% off but still on her own told me it wasnt so I walked out with out the fabric I wanted and had ti put my project off because of it. So not really happy at all with how she handled the situation.

The store is nice but when I walked in and realized and seen the prices of the items, I was kind of shocked. My fiancee said its a store for rich old people. Hobby lobby and Michaels are so much cheaper and better if you ask me.

Joanns has an extreme variety of hobby and craft products. No need to go anywhere else. Prices are very competitive, and there is always a lower priced item, or discount available. This is a favored store of ours to always have what we need for our craft projects.

I do not see or do crafts. A friend is helping me cover my dining room chairs and told me to select the fabric. The 3 different staff members who helped me were pleasant and knowledgeable about what kind of fabric to select. They honored my coupon and I got a good deal. 😊

Great store, particularly if youre into sewing crafts, crochet/knitting. The Joanns stores Ive visited still employ people who are knowledgeable about fabric/sewing. The stores have a huge assortment of notions and other supplies, including sewing machines, irons, etc. There is usually a pretty good selection of heavy duty fabrics and trim. There is also a substantial inventory of crafting materials and projects for beginning crafters up through ethe expeeienced.

I went to Joannes to buy fabric. Regina helped me out & was so nice & friendly. I will definitely return the next time I need fabric or notions & recommend the store to family & friends

Clean fast service

Big store, big selection. Very clean. Bathrooms were nice. Waiting in line at the cutting table takes forever. The register too. They never seem to have enough staff on the weekend which is weird considering weekends are usually pretty busy.Staff is friendly but stretched too thin. Also, not all of the staff is knowledgeable about where things are. On one occasion when I asked where to find the bobbins, a basic sewing machine necessity, the staff looked confused and told me they had no idea what that even was. It took me a whole 15 minutes to find them because no one seemed to know what the item was.

Yes, Joanns the best. I was looking at garments for Eid and the one I really wanted was $399. Joanns had the fabric similar to what I wanted and I paid $70. Its awesome being a Muslimah whose a Southern Bell that can sew.

Store was clean, Batik fabric was easy to find. I did have to find someone to cut the fabric, but they came quickly.

They are a complete sewing and craft store. Every fabric you could imagine is there... And there are many more available online. However their online shopping leaves a lot to be desired. I have shopped there with my wife about 6 times in past 2 years for same item, new fabric to reupholster our couches. On the first one occasion they listed item as out of stock with option for notification when item became IN STOCK. We never got a notification. 9 months later the item was in stock but we never got the previous notification So we went ahead and ordered item. Payment was made and order was confirmed by email. The NEXT day we received another email saying item was OUT OF STOCK. Mind you, this is a NATIONAL store chain and they sold out So quickly? So we kept checking. A few weeks(months?) Later, item was found again to be In Stock. So we ordered again...this time it was on sale so I ordered thru Customer service phone line, but not before confirming item was in stock. Low and behold, we got email confirming order then another email a short while later saying Our ordered quantity (20 yards) had been reduced (to 2 yards) because of unavailability. How does 2 yards help me when i ordered 20? So i had to return item to local store (Columbia, SC) and get a refund. Store manager looked up item after asking me why did i bother to go thru online ordering when i could have gotten it at the store. She looked up item and here computer said she had 40 yards. We waited while they looked thru store and couldnt find it. So she said we could order it thru her store and warehouse would ship item for free. She price matched it since original order was on sale. Low and behold we got 2 shipments, again short changed from what we ordered. We had to order again in order to get right quantity (length) and not a bunch of pieces that came close to same ordered amount! (Another ordering attempt!). This store or their warehouses have to get their act together if they want to succeed!

Black Friday sale were the best, I was able to get the cricket vinyl supplies I needed at 50% off, got there late.... still had plenty to choose from.
