Dante was awesome! He’s the General Manager so he knew his products, company, policies, etc and was very helpful. I knew my budget and my specifics and he helped me find 2 mattress in no time! I definitely would recommend this location.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, was patient, and gave us plenty of time to lie down on a number of different beds to get a feel for each one.The delivery team was fantastic. Very polite, communicative, professional, careful, and they placed our beds and took away the trash and old mattresses, all as expected. No problems whatsoever.

I had an amazing experience at the Mattress Firm Columbia Cross. I had a knowledgeable consultant named Yuan who helped me. Yuan was patient, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions for mattresses based on my preferences and lifestyle. I was looking to purchase a mattress and ship it to a different location in the US. Yuan was especially helpful in making sure the exact mattress and bed frame I decided on could get delivered across the country to my new place in California. The experience at the Columbia Mattress Firm was great. My mom and I were greeted by the staff person, Dianne. She took the time to show us many of the mattresses on the showroom floor before I landed on the one I wanted. Two feedbacks:First the sales lady at the Columbia Crossing Circle, Columbia MD store, Yuan Y Tu, was excellent. My wife and I needed a new bed and we prefer Beautyrest. She showed us the floor models. We tried them all and choose one. She did not try to “up-sell” us to a pricier model worked with her manager to get us the upcoming Memorial Day sale price. A very satisfying experience.Next the delivery went very smoothly. They were at my house at the promised time. David and his helper were very pleasant and put on shoe protectors as they entered. I asked them to move the old mattress to my basement which they did and they even wrapped and taped it in the plastic wrapping from the new mattress. We were very pleased with the entire delivery experience.

Lady was very helpful and great at listening to what I wanted. I only have 1 negative comment for my whole purchase and that is I had her show me the mattress on top of the frame or bed whatever you want to call it. I know some twin mattresses are smaller but it fit perfectly so I said Ill take both. Getting home putting it together I was very disappointed because the mattress was like 3 to 4 inches smaller then the frame. I thought I covered all basics but what is shown is not always what you end up with. Not happy

This was the best experience ever!!! I was super anxious but Donte’ showed me the way. He asked several questions about my sleep style, physical concerns and my occupation. How often do we buy a mattress? My son a 19 year old college student and I pricing online visited two competitor mattress stores leaving us more confused and disenchanted in mattress shopping. This one company said they would deliver with a fee to my front door only and not remove the mattress Im replacing. What???!!! A coworker said to me see Donte, at Mattress Firm Columbia before making a final decision. Immediately upon meeting Mr. Donte I knew I was at the right place! Customer service by a consultant, and not a typical close a deal salesperson. Refreshing! I left Mattress Firm Columbia Cross knowing my purchase will enhance my sons learning, and overall health through proper sleep I was so impressed by the quality, the pricing and assurance in writing backing their product and not a better time to improve the quality of my sleep as well. . So I tell you please before you finalize buying elsewhere to later regret check them out!!!

Donte made sure to expedite the process and we will be receiving our mattress in time for the movers to load our household items next week.

Salesman was nice enough. I tried out beds while he and my husband spoke. Found a bedbug on the side of a bed after 10 minutes in the store. I pointed it out to the salesman and without looking he denied that it was abbedbug. I pulled up a picture on Google and sure enough, thats what it was. I tried to show the salesman, but he wouldnt look at my picture. We left while he was attempting to kill it. Im seriously grossed out..

Amazing service through and through! Times are pretty hectic with Covid-19 around but the workers at this location were still professional and had procedures to keep us safe! My boyfriend and I were taken care of by Ann the entire time. She wasn’t pushy or controlling and let us take our time in the store. She brought us around to beds that fit our sleeping types and amazingly enough the very first bed she thought we’d like was the one we went with! We weren’t expecting to find a bed we liked in one day, but with Ann’s help we didn’t have to extend our search across multiple days. Ann made sure to explain all the ins and outs of owning a new mattress and what to expect which was super helpful. Setting a date for delivery and setup was easy too! This was honestly the worst experience of my life and as of now I would never even consider going there again. I went to the Columbia, MD branch to get a new box spring. I bought and paid for it, and then they said I had to drive to Odenton, MD at their warehouse and get it. Not happy about it, but not the end of the world. I go to the warehouse and the guy straps it on top of my car with TWO STRINGS! I asked him if this would hold and he said yes he does this all the time. Once I got on the highway it flew off my car within 5 minutes. This is a 3 lane highway with a 65 mph speed limit. I called the store and talked to the worker who I bought it from. She said they would refund my card and they were sorry. 10 min later the store manager calls me. He proceeds to tell me that THIS IS MY FAULT!!! He said I signed a paper taking full responsibility. I told him I signed a paper stating I picked it up, not that I was responsible for an employee not doing their own job. He said I should have gotten out of my car on the HIGHWAY to try and get it. I told him I was not going to kill myself for $120. He then said he would call back and never did. I called again and he said there was nothing they can do and that I would have to buy a new one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THESE PPL!!!
