I purchased one of their boats last year to duck hunt out of. Absolutely love it. Gator tail 40 on the swamp fox 1854 with the blind. The enclosed cat walks and rear storage give you plenty of storage yet amazingly open to move around for 3 hunters and dog. It is built like a tank and you can go places you never could believe. After owning numerous other aluminum boats and hunting from other boats none compare to the Low Country. I actually sent a message to them to see if I could have my motor paint matched to the boat. I received a very quick reply and dropped it off. In meeting them face to face I was blown away by there operation and help they provided. Great folks.

Bought my low country boat last year and love it, very well built boat and not afraid to take it anywhere. Very good people to deal with also. Would defiantly recommend.

When I decided i wanted to get a boat built i compared a couple different boat companies to narrow down the best option for me, couldn’t be happier with my choice on Lowcountry boats. The shop is located right in town where i live which was a big plus for me, the guys there put in effort to get to know me more than just a customer and allowed me to come look and modify my boat as the building process went on to make sure I was %100 percent satisfied with the final product. Have took my boat to them several times to add on things here and there with no hassle, and i would not have the ability to do that with any other company. Highly recommend Lowcountry Boats, they will not disappoint.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from business. Always respond to emails, calls, txt within a couple hrs. Josh and the boys build boats that are bullet proof I’ve beat mine pretty bad jumping beaver dams and cypress knees and still like new!

I have a lot of friends and family with mud boats, so I kinda knew what I wanted when I when to Lowcountry. I had my concerns with handling and performance from other manufacturers, so I talked to Josh and he assured me that I wouldnt be disappointed. He was also willing to grant my request for a center console boat even though this would be the first one that they would have ever made.Ive had my boat for 4 mouths now and Ive been 100% satisfied with this boat. I purchased my 17x48 Swampfox with the Gator Tail 40xd this past spring. I couldnt be happier with the boat. The build quality is second to none, its built like a tank, and the performance is great. I also love having the catwalks and all of the built in extras - fuel tank, led lights, spud poles, and lockable storage to name a few. If youre in the market for an aluminum boat do yourself a favor and get a Lowcountry Boat!

Let me first start by saying Jeff and Josh are fantastic folks! I met these fellas several years back when they offered to help me with a boat and trailer that I had purchased elsewhere, not many businesses would do that…I bought a 12’ tank (not a jon boat) and mounted a long tail mud motor on the backend. We use it on all sorts of waterways hunting ducks, turkey and deer throughout South Carolina. Let me reiterate this is not one of those disposable jon boats and having two boys safety is an concern. The stability of the small craft is truly amazing do in part to the materials in which it was made from. Still a heavy lift, I load in the back of my pick up, motor and gear included and drop it in and the remotest of areas...After witnessing the quality and where Lowcountry has come over the years with the detail of their current line of boats I certainly won’t be shopping in Louisiana for my next boat!

I did a lot of research looking for the toughest aluminium boat that would fit my needs and was amazed to find it made right down the road from me by Josh and Jeff at Low Country Boats. They listened to what I wanted, made constructive suggestions, and worked with me to get things just right. I have no doubt my boat will last a lifetime, but if I ever need something different Ill be calling them up again.

My boat is about 2 years old and it keeps exceeding my expectations. Use it all the way up and down the Cape Fear for catfish and bass or Redfish and Specs or ducks and dogs. It gets comments at every boat ramp even 2 years later because it just doesn’t show the pounding I give it. No telling how long this one will last, but when it does I’ll buy another one.

I really love my 14 ft back water series. Its easy to move on and off the water and I know it will last me well over my lifetime.
