Super nice staff in this store. We drove up from Aiken, SC to shop last Sunday and they held our purchase in the store so we wouldnt have to carry our heavy candles all over the mall. When we stopped back by to pick them up, we were only given one bag. Tiffany called me as soon as she noticed the mistake. We were already half way back home, so Tiffany went out of her way to meet me in Aiken the following day (her day off). You cant ask for better customer service than that! She is to be commended for her service and commitment to Yankee Candle!!!

So disappointed. If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. Bought about four of the large jar candles, all in different scents, and I couldnt smell a single one of them. I live in a rather small apartment and these $28 candles really should be able to fill one bedroom. Ive taken my business next door to Bath and Body Works where the candles are divine and the sales are spectacular. When the White Barn Candle Store opens in October where Express used to be, I fear for Yankee Candle.

We bought a candle there for my mom and had our pictures taken to place on the candle. It took a little time to get there right picture but the salesperson was very patient.
