Over many years, our family has found Wockenfuss to be a wonderful business that emphasizes quality and customer service. Cant say enough good things about the Columbia Mall location which features consistently helpful staff, beautiful seasonal displays, and a wide variety of fresh candy.The manager is always busy making the store look clean and organized but takes the time to chat with and remember customers. She is a fount of knowledge about the candy making business and we love to hear her recommendations and advice. Its always a treat to discover what new candy will arrive for each holiday throughout the year and to try something new.Thank you for rushing our special order Christmas candy from the factory to Columbia for our easy pickup. We ordered $60 gift package on Dec 8 and it is now Dec 21 and still no candy has arrived. Terrible customer service was NO HELP at all when we called. What a disappointing purchase and experience. I would think twice before you support or order anything from this company. Never again!

I purchased candy for mothers day and I had a very large order. The employee that helped me was very patient even though there was a line of other customers. I wish that I remembered to get her name. I truly appreciate how helpful she was. My mom and sisters loved the chocolate.

I visited around 6pm today and the woman working here was extremely friendly and helpful. She even helped me navigate the wonderous maze of chocolates and other candies. I am so happy I stopped here and will most certainly come again soon.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff are very friendly. The chocolates are awesome! One of the staff were so kind enough to give us two extra samples of the Dark Chocolate Snuffle.
