Nelly was THE BEST! This dealership had the best price and elusive interior color on the new GV80 of 3 surrounding states. We contacted Nelly and she did the whole deal via email and text. Meeting her in person was an even bigger treat - Professional, kind, engaging, and a truly invested sales person. She made the whole process fun and easy. We shopped every other luxury brand and are far beyond thrilled with the GV80, and would most definitely recommend Nelly as the person to ask for as you walk in the door!! This I purchased a 2019 G90 on 2 Oct. 3 Oct the car lost power and went into Limp Mode less than 24 hrs of me having the vehicle. The G90 has been in the shop ever since. I have been called twice saying it was ready. The first time I picked up the vehicle within minutes it went back into Limp Mode. The second time it went back into limp mode while the service department was test driving. Needless to say, I still dont have my vehicle after approximately 3 weeks. I contacted the Stivers Hyundai as soon as it happened (less than 24hrs) and was told they would find me another G90. I still dont have my vehicle or a new one. Extremely disappointed at this point.
