For the past 3 times I sent my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and recalls I’ve asked that the dings (covered under my warranty) be fixed. When I bought the car I paid for additional warranty to cover door dings, tires, and key replacements. No dings were fixed after I mentioned all of this to them. They even kept my car over night because “the guy had to continue to repair the dings”. They sent someone other than the guy I corresponded with to deliver my car back to me. The guy hurried and left. I looked at my car and NOTHING had been done to the dings.

Unfortunately my very first service at the Jaguar Service Center in Columbia, SC went badly. I waited over a week for a replacement tire for my Jaguar F-Type and after 2.5 hours of waiting, I was told I would have to come back because they couldn’t remove the wheel nuts since they didn’t have a master key removal tool. I was told my Jaguar should have came with one but didn’t. Instead of offering a courtesy car or for someone to pick up the vehicle I was told I needed to come in again at my inconvenience. Only after protesting was I told someone could pick up the car.For a “luxury” car dealership this location is lacking. Unfortunately, there’s not much of an alternative nearby.

Located a make and model of a specific car Id been looking for for some time in the Peacock inventory. Jaguar Columbia was able to have the car transferred and delivered to my office within a few days. It has been a challenge to get an appointment for service. Ill give this shop one more try....After coming from out of town, I find it perplexing that they investigate two known issues in series, and cant decide about a loaner for 3 hours. I need not sit in lobby for them to confirm the issues were as i reported, and THEN realize they didnt have the partsUpdate..warranty work....drove back into Columbia for my appointment only for the service manager to realize the shop didnt paint the item to match the car. Geeze, we cant make this stuff up.They never answer the phone. I was most recently told only one technician on weekends so they will only schedule things like tire changes...WHAT?? I finally have the work completed.. after calling Jaguar North America and asking to have work transferred to another site.Linda Hughes is a breath of fresh air in a sea of chaos at this place. Ill never work with a Peacock company.Having owned 4 other luxury brands, Ive never experienced such short-sighted customer sevice....Ill be driving to Charlotte or Raleigh
Do not use this place for any service/repairs of any kind. They have had my Jag F Pace for over a month and a half and wont return my calls. When they were in contact with me, they couldnt even give me a estimated time that it would take for repairs. This place is PATHETIC!

WORST repair shop! Had jag In for coolant leak. One week later had car in for coolant leak. One week later had car in for coolant leak. One week later. You guessed it. Coolant leak. Now 2 months later. Guess what took to a different jag repair shoot for Coolant leak They do repairs for labor costs And won’t repair correctly. Replaced a part that wasn’t even Brocken. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Service communication has been subpar. Take it in for repairs and the day comes and goes without status calls. When you try to call in you get the infamous phone messaging system and leave messages. I’ve never owned a brand new vehicle that has depreciated faster than a Range Rover. I have owned a corvette and other gm products, I have owned Toyota’s and Infiniti’s as well. The Range Rover was the most expensive and it lost its value faster than any other vehicle. I’ve also had it in for service no less than six times in the short 2 years I’ve owned it! And not counting regular oil changes. They wouldn’t even give me Kelly blue book for it, cash or trade. And they sent me to Kelly Blue book! The only bright side of that whole process is Drake and my sales person! I’m back into GMC thanks to Carmax buying my vehicle and I still paid to get out of it! Good bye forever Anything Land Rover, especially this poorly run dealership! The owner must be asleep at the wheel on this one!

One of the saddest car dealerships I have ever been to! Blake is without a doubt one of the worst managers for any business I have ever seen. Aside from being sold a brand new faulty vehicle, I was also told we are trash customers. Tried calling over and over and over for assistance FOR MONTHS. have evidence of neglect from employees, phone calls recorded, photos of pathetic vehicle and text message evidence. Would like to give to someone who gives a care, but none does at this facility!

THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIR. Took it in for a check engine light, then had to replace a coolant pipe, took it home, car over heated, said other coolant pipe needs repair, took it home again car over heated needed more coolant work. picked it up, now low coolant light is in. THEY ARE ROBBERS WHO DONT FIX THE CAR.

On January 11,2020 I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The purchase of my pre-owned vehicle went fairly smooth! The purchased vehicle was advertised to have 2 key fobs, and the rear entertainment headphones! During my inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase I noticed one of the vehicles wheels had curb rash and that tire was damaged from the impact. All of these issues were noted on the sales purchase/bill of sale! I was told the missing items(key fob and headphones) were still in the possession of the previous owner and they would be dropped off to the dealership in two days! I returned to the dealership the following weekend driving from the Charlotte area. The items were not ready! I spoke to my sales person and was told again the items would be at the dealership in a day or so! That following Thursday I returned to have the wheel curb rash repaired and the tire replaced! While I was there I asked upon arrival 7:30am the missing items still hasn’t been dropped off but the previous owner worked about 10 minutes from the dealership and the items would be picked up since the previous owner was too busy to bring it to the dealership! At approximately 1:45pm my vehicle was finished and I asked the sales manager to check on the items. He was surprised I hadn’t received them being that we were almost two weeks into the sale! He came back with the sales person and again I was told the item would be picked up! I said I’ve been here since 7:30am and was told them that the item would be picked up why didn’t someone go get it! As usual I got no logical answer other that I’d receive the items in a few days by mail! On the following Wednesday 6 days later I wrote an email to the general manager and within an hour I received a call from another sales manager! He said he’d look into my issue and would get back to me! He returned his call about 2 hours later and said everything was addressed and I’d receive the missing items by FedEx in a few days! That Friday I got the missing key fob and that Saturday I received Brand New Headphones! On that Monday I tried to see if the headphones would work and they did not pair with my vehicle! The headphones had no instructions or a name brand on them. I had to research vehicle headphones online and found them on amazon! I took the vehicle to my local Chevrolet dealership and they also couldn’t get the headphones to pair with the vehicle! I’ve talked to the sales person two times after those attempts but haven’t gotten any remedy for this issue!During the purchase I added the $5000 vehicle service/repair plan! On January 17, 2020 I returned to the dealership and filled out the paperwork to cancel the service plan. I was told it would take 30 days for it to be processed and removed from the sale! It’s now April 21, 2020 and the service plan is still on my loan! The Continental Warranty company answered my calls and they said they didn’t receive my paperwork until March 4, 2020. Their representative told me she’d handle the cancellation! On April 6, 2020 I called back and the representative said they canceled the service plan and sent the paperwork back to Land Rover Jaguar of Columbia! I’ve called everyday and sent 2 emails and haven’t received an answer to my phone calls or a return message to the emails!Its now 6 days later April 28, 2020 and I still havent heard from anyone at the dealership. I guess I need to drive to Columbia (75 miles) again to see if I can have my issues addressed.
Shawn set everything up for my wifes car and made sure everything went well. The work done was excellent and done in a timely manner. The cleaning team did a better job on the outside of the car and did vacuum the car. I was expecting them to dust or wipe down the inside, but this was lacking after two days in the service department. Shawn said that they were working on the depth of cleanup that should occur. I have never had a bad experience with Jaguar of Columbia.
I originally gave this place a good review, but I definitely recant all that I’ve said! Everything went well while I was in the process of buying the car, but getting ahold of these people afterwards has been a headache.Don’t buy a warranty plan through these people either because they don’t disclose that you can’t use the service plan at this dealership.

I got my first range rover from Jaguar Land Rover Columbia last Friday and the experience was excellent. They are sending a delivery specialist all the way to Charleston this week to show me all the neat little things that the vehicle can do. Also, when I need my car service or detailed they will drive down to Charleston and pick up my car leaving me with a loaner. Im very pumped about this dealership. I should have been purchasing cars from luxury dealerships all along!
The customer service is above average. I was very pleased with the courtesy. The service departments price quotes are a bit high. I recently had my Jaguar repaired for $500.00 less than what was quoted at the Jaguar dealership with a longer warranty for parts and labor. They are great for diagnosing the problem, but too pricey to do the repairs.
Bought a 2016 BMW 340 from these guys side unseen, Wired founds and had shipping company pick the car up. Received my car yesterday the car was as advertised. The communication was excellent. I would have given them a 5 stars if they had cleaned up the interior of my car was clean when arrived.

The sign said they were open 1 to 5 pm, no one came out to see if we needed any assistance. I do plan on going back, hopefully next time someone will be around.Went back Jan 19. A salesman was out to help us with a smile. Very polite, helpful. Which brings this 1 star rating up to a 5 star. He wasnt pushy at all. Def alot better this time around.

I love the beautiful car I purchased from Jaguar Columbia. Since I had come from out of town, I really appreciated the quick and efficient handling of the paperwork, and the staff was very courteous to my husband and me.
The salesman was great even the delivered the F Type to me. But the support for finishing the deal so-so. hope the service department reviews get a bit better.
Called yesterday with 2 XF models we were interested in seeing the next day and let them know we were driving in from North Myrtle Beach. Daryl called a short time later and told us he would have the models ready for us. When we arrived today he told us both models had been loaned out this morning and that he would show us similar cars. That upset us that the similar cars were not loaned out instead of the specific ones we requested but we continued. During test drive we learned the blind side protection figure we had on our current XF was not on this car. We had Daryl check the other model we liked and found that it had this feature. We proceeded to finalize the deal. We were aware of the list price for the 2019 leftover car with the noted mfg rebate of $7000 before we made the trip. Daryl said nothing about the rebate even though it was clearly displayed on his computer so we brought it up. Then he hesitated and said maybe the rebate had already been applied and left to confer with his manager. Quite a bit later he returned presenting the original 2018/19 list price as the starting price and indicating the rebate had been applied to that. That alone was more than the advertised price and leftover cars are known to be discounted. Their advertised price with the stated rebate was false advertising. We walked out and will never deal with them again and will spread the word of their dishonesty. What a wasted 8 hours of our day.
Salesman was rude and jokey. I do not feel welcomed at all. I dont think you can make your customers feel good when you say if you do not blah blah, then dont waste my time. Background record checking of the vehicles was good tho.
I have a 2012 Jaguar XF. I took it in for service and had a bad battery replaced under warranty. I was treated with very good service an respect. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service and parts. This is my second Jaguar and Im very happy with the time took to put me back on the road. Howard Gore...
The low coolant light came on my Jaguar with less than 45,000 miles. So I stopped in to get a diagnosis. The service rep Jonathan Key came to me in reception area insisting after diagnosis the issue was a water hose leak. I immediately informed him I could rent a car if the work took long. He stated it would be two hours. After four hours of waiting, I went to his desk. He said we are finishing up the car is being washed. Once car was ready I paid for 29.99 hose and 37.00 coolant. The labor was 420.00. Two days later while in Myrtle Beach I notice service light on. Jonathan Key said the light may need to be replaced. I checked the coolant levels and since being repaired. I had to fill up anti freeze four times. Friday morning I called immediately to speak with Jonathan Key he stated he was aware of manifold leak. I asked him why didnt he keep the car in shop to be repaired he stated we didnt have enough time. Im Travelling in a car that I thought was repaired according to your inspection/diagnosis process. You tell me we didnt have time to fix the issue 2 days later. Credibility isnt his concern. He is just trying to make service commission on as many cars as he can get in the garage. He told me to bring the car in on Tuesday for 750 service. Something that could have been accomplished Weds and Thursday. If he was an honest guy. I would have paid for a rental. Since this high end Dealership didnt offer me a courtesy car. Mr Key was aware of the diagnosis. He never presented a written estimate. He just verbalized the damages. I took their credible word. All credibility from this location is lost.

I have had a very poor experience with the customer care at this place. My car has currently been here for 2 weeks, and has still yet to be fixed. I put down $1,200 to have the car fixed, and it broke down again. They were nice about it and had the car towed and paid for it and told me they would do everything they could to fix it, but a week after this has happened it still is not fixed, and have not let me know any updates on it. Not only that, but they never keep in contact with the customers. If I want to find out something, I have to call. They never return calls, so do not leave a voicemail because they will not get back to you, and the service has been very poor.
Bought a 2017 Jaguar F pace over six months ago and have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. The entire staff at the dealer have no freaking idea how to fix any of it and it is so frustrating. Every day is something different. There are lots of issues, most of them associated with the infotainment display system/radio/camera going haywire. My wipers even come on when there is no rain. Sometimes the car’s auto shutdown works sometimes it don’t. I am so sick of things not working the way they should after spending over 50k and all I’m getting from John and his team is there is a new software that should fix that but it never works. My advise to everyone is not to buy a Jaguar F Pace, it’s not worth the stress.

I am very frustrated! I live out of state and had to have my recently acquired Jaguar transported from Jaguar Columbia to me here. Upon arrival there were issues noticed that should have been caught during the Jaguar Certified Pre-Owned Inspection. Within a couple of days the battery had to be replaced, too, which was another thing the inspection should have caught but didnt. I have spent the past week trying to contact the sales manager but so far in the emails, text and messages Ive left him Ive spoken to him once over a 2 min period, just long enough for him to tell me he was with a customer and would get back to me in 10 minutes but that he had good news. Two days have now past again and I still cant get him back on the phone or reply to a message. Im sorry but I manage over 340 active accounts and I make the time to call every one of them back in a 24hr period or less if they call me so I dont understand why it is so difficult to reply to a customer and keep them updated on progress? Service beyond the sale appears challenging with this dealership so buyer beware...

Stay away from the service department of this dealership unless you enjoy being grossly overcharged. I was told my 2007 S Type needed brakes on all four wheels, had broken transmission parts, a piece of weatherstrip around the rear door, and a key fob. I agreed to the estimate over the phone believing I had serious transmission problems. When I picked up my car, only the front rotors and pads were replaced, only the transmission pan was replaced nothing else, the weatherstrip, and a new key fob. The charge was $2677, $1000 was labor for a little over an hours worth of work. This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced, if I could rate them a ZERO I would.
My car went in for routine service and I expected it to be washed when I picked it up, however to my surprise the inside was vaccumed as well. Jaguar Columbia is definitely Above and Beyond!

Went to this location just to take a look as some of the vehicles they had spoke to a salesperson he asked us to look on the computer put our names in it and our address so we can figure out what the monthly payment would be for us the problem is he forgot to tell us that he was going to run our credit over and over and over again without our permission did not apologize for this ruined our credit we were at 7:50 by the time they were done running our credit scores both my husband and myself we were down to 6:50 they ran it over four times the problem is we didnt even give them a social security number apparently they didnt need one all they needed to have was our first name last name and our address to run our credit if you go there use a fake name and a fake address until you figured out what you want to purchase good luck

A bunch of scam artist. Charged me 150 for a diagnostic and didnt do a diagnostic.... Only said they recommend I buy a new engine for 23,500.....bulls--t, the car cost me 28,000. I wanted them to go inside the engine and tell me what the problem is.....buying a new engine is not telling me what the problem is...SO WHAT DOES THE DIAGNOSTIC I PAID FOR SAY?????? The car still runs OK..just a hard idle and acceleration is slow. Im sure I can get the problem fixed for A LOT cheaper. If you DONT have a warranty and need service.... DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE....THEY WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY THEY CAN FROM YOU. Im a disabled war vet....and this is how the country I fought and almost died for treat us.....smh, only in America.

Took my car in for service and a diagnostic to see why my dashboard lights blink from time to time, they told me my battery was weak so they changed it and said that was the problem, $749.00 later my car did the same thing 2days in a row and that never happened before, so I took it back and now they will have to keep it and do a diagnostic, Ive had better service with my Nissan. Not professional at all in my opinion. And left the battery cover in my truck.....Im so not impressed with this place right now especially service, no loaner car available so I cant handle my business.
