This place is great! The store is always clean and smells good! I go to pay my phone bill monthly and there are no problems. Nice people in the store and they take care of me. The bundles they have are great too. I had metro long time ago and didnβt like it but now, with this store, I like it better. They cooperate with you and try to get you out of the store the best they can. Cheers to them! ππ½

Staff is very helpfu. helped set up my email and was able to transfer everything to my new phone. I was able to get a good deal with a free case. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

I went to this establishment, I tell them that my got water damage and ask how can I get a replacement. Apparently my insurance expired (was not made aware of till then) so I ask the employee if she had a cheaper route then buying another Moto G stylus for over $300, she convinced me to get the REVVL4. I was skeptical and she could tell but her and the manager insisted that it was a good phone. So I purchased it with a case the entire transaction was about $200. Not too long after purchasing the phone it was glitching and shutting down so once I was free I went to the store to exchange it. Since I brought it back 2 days after a week I couldnt return it. So I tried calling customer service, the say only insurance can help me. Insurance tells me I have to pay _50 fee to exchange the damaged phone. WHEN I DIDNT EVEN DAMAGE IT. So I call customer service again to speak to a supervisor and they hang up in my face. This entire experience will be the exact reason why Ill be cancelling my account with metro.
Everyone here is nice and really helpful. The only thing I donβt like is that the man currently working there in the mornings he almost hit me with his old red suv. I was going to pay my bill in the morning and i assume he was running late b/c he was going fast on the plaza and he almost hit a truck who was backing up too!!

I called today to see if they have the iPhone 6s Rose Gold in stock. The lady on the phone kept repeating 6. I stated several times that I am looking for the 6s that is listed on their website. She stated her manager advised I would have to purchase a refurbished one from another store that sells refurbished phones or from Apple directly. I politely stated never mind. She proceeded to say that you can order any iPhone from the MetroPCS website. I advised her that particular model states in-store only. She and her manager continued not to listen and state the phone is old and no longer sold. All iPhones can be purchased directly from the website. It is a shame when people do not listen to the customer, check their own website to confirm or deny information nor provide accurate information.
The salesperson there was very helpful, she provided a good customer service experience.
