My son upgraded hus phone and they gave him my husbands phone number now my husbands phone doesnt work.the harbison store is very un professional they dont know what they are doing. Every time we upgrade our phone something always goes wrong.

I rate one star after today. Sure my daughter got the phone she wanted, but the updrading process was all mixed up. The tech support made errors, regardless store or IT, I will not stop until the rest of these issues that were not my fault are ALL CLEARED UP!!! Maybe after that - if we dont switch carriers, they can get their ratings back up in my household.
