I always take my phones here for repair and wouldn’t go anyplace else! I’ve had multiple iPhones over the years and SmartPhone Medic on Gervais St has always given the best, timeliest, most professional, and satisfactory repair service on my phones over the years. I especially appreciate how communicative they are about what they’ll be doing to your phone up front. Never had an issue with the final repair costs matching the estimates they initially give when dropping the phone off. Will go back for sure!

My Note 20 ultra was busted and they was able to order a new screen overnight and had my phone fixed in hours once the screen arrived. They did an excellent job and great customer service. Highly recommend for you phone repair needs!!!

Great service, high recommended. Went inside and spoke with Jordan about repairing a damaged iPhone speaker. I wasn’t too sure which speaker needed to be replaced so she tested it out with no issue!! Suggested that we try to clean the speaker before replacing to see if it fixes the issue. It did!! Thank you so much. Very nice & friendly, I will go back for any repairs needed!!

These folks are great. Have used them more times than Id like to admit, but thats what happens when you have 3 teenagers. They are always quick and fair and even went out of there way to get a phone fixed for me the same day when my daughter smashed her right before we left for vacation. Great local business!

Ive been going to SmartPhone Medic for years whenever one of my familys six iPhones needs service. I have always found them to be friendly and reasonably priced. They do an excellent job, and so quickly! I would recommend them to anyone.

The button at the bottom of my iPhone stopped working on a Thursday evening and of course my whole life was on that phone. Work and personal. I went to CPR and was told they do not do that kind of work and suggested I contact Apple. What?! So I went to Smart Phone Medic In a panic. There I was told thatThey had the specific part in stock but that I had two people in front of me. This was at 4pm on Friday. I had to have my phone operable for work the next day. I went back at 6 and my phone was done and waiting for me. I had been to Smart Phone Medic before and was happy with the service. I only went to the other place because they are open on Sunday and that seems to be the day I need something repaired. You might want to be open for a few hours on Sunday.

SmartPhone Medic is AMAZING! I thought I needed a new phone because my 7plus was losing its battery power, but they replaced the battery and now it is like it was when it was a new phone! The new battery lasts more than a day, and I use it ALL the time! They replaced the battery for only $49. while I waited. What a Great Deal!!! A Wonderful, Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff!! Im going to tell all my friends about them!!

Over the weekend, my phone wouldn’t charge so I assumed I needed a new charging port for my iPhone. When I arrived, Jordan took one look at my charging port and told me it was just dirty.. she cleaned the charging port and speakers portals, and solved my problem free of charge. I have taken several devices to smart phone medic over the years and have always been treated extremely professionally and friendly. Quality Customer service is a lost art, but this company and Jordan certainly pride themselves in it. Thanks again for satisfying another happy customer!

Amazing service! I had water damage with my iphone and did not have a recent back up. They went above and beyond to get it to a basic operating function that I could back my phone up before getting a new one. They were so helpful and understanding the entire time. My phone was not responding to touch at all after having the screen replaced at another repair place. Nice staff but didnt do the best job at replacing my screen. My new screen failed and started coming up from the housing and then fractured white line appeared and thus leading me needing another replacement. I had just gotten the screen replaced 3 weeks prior. And I was not going to pay another 200 dollars. It was clear that some remnants had but been cleaned thoroughly for the first replacement. Its unfortunate bc the front staff were really nice. Will be trying another repair in the future.

Hey! I am a student at USC and I loved my visit to SmartPhone Medic. My phone was not charging, so I went to SmartPhone Medic for a quick fix. They were very nice and polite. They cleaned my phones charging port and now its charging perfectly. They do a great job and I hope more students check them out!

Unfortunately this place has good reviews, but that was not my experience here. I had a wonderful camera on my phone going into the service. They were just going to replace some broken glass over top of the camera, but in the process they destroyed the functionality of my camera. It will no longer focus and takes blurry pictures. Very discouraged with this business. Would not recommend any camera fixes here.

My phone had extensive damage and they took care of it right away. They even stayed open a little later to finish the job. Overall good quality and an excellent value for the great service they provide. Every student and person in Columbia can trust them with their repair needs, and know that theyll go above and beyond!!

SmartPhone Medic is the best place to get your phone fixed in Columbia! Robbie and Ted were both very friendly and understood the time crunch I was in (before my flight) today. Robbie fixed my phone within the hour and did not charge me because the proximity sensor on the phone was damaged. He recommended coming back to get the sensor fixed at a later time, which I will do!Highly recommend!

What a great experience. I cracked my iPhone plus and took it to smartphone medic on Wednesday. They found that there was a short in the home button too so they took it to Apple. Next day it was back to new with no extra charges. Very responsible prices and friendly people. They are a blessing.

OH BABY! This is the THE spot if you need a new screen. I had cracked my screen about 6 months ago. It still worked for a while. But, lately it was really on the fritz. Amazing service and just really nice people. I went in with an issue thinking my phone was lost, having been told this at one other repair business in town already. A co-owner to took the time to help and talk to me personally, and proceeded to implement a quick fix - and didnt charge me a dime. I will have to pay an Apple Store something soon, but I have full use of the phone until that time. I could not believe the customer service I received. The best in town - by far.

SmartPhone Medic was by far the most helpful place in town and takes great care of their customers. They had great service and went far beyond what any other repair store would do for me, to the extent of helping me find the cheapest deals on other phone options if my phone was not fixable. While all other local repair stores used my situation to try to maximize the bill, SmartPhone Medic took care of me. Best repair store in town.

I have had nothing but good service with this company. Ive got my moms phone fix. Ive witn we my friends with great service. However Thursday February 23, 2017 was by far the best service I ever had in my life. The lady at the front counter, Jordan R, helped me out. She got be a wonderful phone in my price range. She is super friendly. She even helped me out with a phone case because she saw my two year old daughter and knew I would need it on my phone. She way beyond fantastic! These guys are amazing! Not only did the Garners Ferry location replace an iPad screen flawlessly, but they also do hard to find repairs such as micro-soldering. My MacBook needed a jumper soldered onto the mainboard for a workaround and it was beyond my capability. Robbie, working with a microscope at the Gervais location, knocked in out in no time. This quick fix resurrected the failed MacBook and made everyone in the house quite happy.This is a hard-to-find skill around here and Im glad to have discovered them.Great job, guys!

I was driving around and happened to see this store and pulled over and walked inside just to ask a question after being frustrated with my phone not being able to charge.My phone was looked at and quickly attend to and within 10 minutes the problem was resolved just like that.I was literally going to buy another phone because I thought my charging port was damaged.Thank you Smartphone Medic staff for your friendly customer service and honesty in resolving my issue with my phone.

This is something I would normally never bring myself to do. I understand the value of a good review because I have worked in sales for about 5 years now. The manager of the company definitely took great care of phone and did it with a reasonable time of operation. Originally my phone was going to take about 2 hours. Something went wrong with the battery. They then allowed me to pick up a loaner phone for the time being. After they were unable to completely fix my phone they took it to the apple store in Greenville free of charge & came back with a brand new iPhone for me. The manager has earned every word of this review. Thank you for a job well done.
