Jurnee, Loren, and Jasmine deserve a 10/10 for everything! I walked in right before close and these 3 were nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. I’ve never been to an edible arrangements before but I will certainly be coming back again! Girlfriend loved the arrangement and balloons and the other options looked great but unfortunately were sold out

You really should have some type of notice on your website letting your customers know where you can and can not deliver to and to not be so quick on taking people money.

Spoke with Brianna, she was very helpful in helping me pick the right arrangement to send to my granddaughter. She is very knowledgeable of all the products available to add on to my arrangement, things I didnt know they had. I called at the last minute hoping they could send something out the next day, she was very pleasant and assured me it wasnt a problem. I had the Best experience because of Brianna. I highly recommend this store.

Loren was great! Id completely dropped the ball and forgot it was Valentines Day since Id been out of town for work. Loren was incredibly helpful, she helped me get a great arrangement for my SO and delivered the same day even though they were swamped! Would highly recommend and will be back again

I placed an order online for a birthday arrangement delivery. The order was left outside on the ground for 30 minutes until I received an email that it was delivered. I contacted customer service for a redelivery as a resolution despite my dissatisfaction with the delivery, but the store was close. I opened a case to receive an alternative resolution to compensate for my inconvenience. I was told that it was a contactless delivery from the customer representative. I explained that I did not request a contactless delivery and I was not informed about this method of delivery when I placed my order. I was contacted by the store associate the following week and explained the situation to her. I asked to talk to the owner to hopefully acquire a compromise. The store associate stated she would contact the owner for a follow-up phone call. The owner did not contact me. The store associate called back, and I was informed that the owner stated the order was delivered so they are not at fault and there would not be anything done to further assist me. The owner’s response was nonchalant rude and unprofessional. This is the worse experience I have ever had with Edible Arrangements. I will never purchase from this franchise again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!**UPDATE**I wish I could give this company zero stars! I never write reviews but I am so disappointed about this situation. I followed up with the response from the owner regarding the issue being escalated internally. I sent an email two months ago following the response. It took two months to once again be told that there will be no resolution. When I inquired about my order I was told that it couldnt be located then I was told I should check with my merchant for proof of purchase. I couldnt believe that they insinuated that I did not purchase an order. I provided proof from my bank statement then I received no reply. I wrote another email informing them that I was still awaiting a response. I had to continuously email the company to receive a response until they miraculously found my order and I was finally told the same information again. I dont know why there was a response to my review regarding reaching out for help. THEY DID NOT HELP ME. They made the situation worse. If I wasnt sure before I am completely sure now that I will NEVER use edible arrangements again.

Great service as always. Jasmine, Jurnee & Loren are always so nice and helpful, and offer a great experience. The store was extremely busy but they managed to greet each customer and handle things in a timely, respectful manner . Guaranteed great service and cleanly environment. 10/10 would recommend, will be visiting again .

My son recently sent a fruit bouquet for my bday. Was told they attempted delivery but I wasnt home; no note was left. They said would contact me & redeliver but didnt, then said he had to pay a redelivery fee. I chose to pick up & was told theyd make a fresh bouquet but what I received was not fresh. The strawberries had bad/brown spots & the other fruit was alredi mushy, I was not able to enjoy the majority of it. I have received deliveries where I lived previously in MD & both the service & quality was excellent. My son didnt want to make a complaint; I did email them & included pictures but had no response. I would not recommend this location. *Update-owner response must be for show only bcuz I called & person said wrong location/they had no idea why I was given the number. *Update 7/16/21 rcvd a call from owner & a new bouquet was delivered. I appreciate the gesture. Updating my rating but still would not order from here for myself or want anyone to order on my behalf.

I’ve always wanted to do something special for my husband, but I didn’t know what, until I came across edible arrangements. I’ve always heard of this franchise but I never ordered from them. Curiosity led me to the Edible Arrangements on 5 Points. Jasmine, Jurnee, and Loren assisted me wonderfully, with helping me find what I want. 10/10 customer service. I will be returning for every occasion!

I bought my mom a bouquet from this location and Jurnee,Jasmine, and Loren helped me pick out the best bouquet for her! They made the process short and easy. That was my first time at that location and I definitely will be returning :)

Even though they were very busy as usual these very patient employees by the name of jasmine, loren, and jurnee, were such a great help ! I didn’t know exactly what i wanted but they each contributed to helping me pick out the nicest bouquet. It surprised me that in such a rush, and in such a short amount of time they all did a great job managing things and making sure i got what i wanted and they made sure i was satisfied!

These guys are wonderful! I had a mothers day delivery scheduled and the recipient was unexpectedly not home the whole day. Edible arrangement tried multiple times to send the delivery and also called me as well. They really did their best to communicate w/me and ensure delivery. When this could not be done that day. The following day I called and they had already taken the initiative to contact the recipient, remake the order, and send it off! The lady I talked to online was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great job!

Horrible delivery system. I order my product in Friday for Monday and was called Monday morning that they cant deliver to Ft. Jackson. Ive been to plenty of other post where EA can deliver, I went to pick up my arrangement and was told why are they not trying to get on post services, in my reply I got was from a dumbfounded employee who replied with its hard to get on post All it takes is a freaking ID. Had to take time from my work day to get something for V-Day. Other EA Ive ordered from had top notch service, this one is ran by retarded college kids. Im scared for the future. Never again am I ordering from here.

Great customer service at this store. The assistant general manager went in early to get my order done for 8AM sharp so that I had time to pick the arrangement up prior to an early meeting. She also worked with me on pricing to get the best arrangement for y money and then worked in an on going promotion. She is new to the store and started there after the previous reviews - Thank you!

It’s a shame that some folks have had bad experiences here with delivery it seems like, but I went and picked my order up . My husband is in a different state than me right now and wanted to get me something special for my graduation and everything was PERFECT exactly what he had ordered fruit was fresh and customer service was awesome !! Seriously I am soooo happy right now . Wanted to make sure I left a good review because such awesome service I received .(edited) okay just seeing they Are under new management!! Yess definitely give them a try I wouldn’t go off of the previous bad reviews !!

Horrible experience! Placed an order 2 weeks ago (March 13, 2016) and the intended party STILL has not received their order and today is March 29th. This order was placed to show my condolences to a friend who recently lost her mother. This business refuses to give me my money back!! The manager does not return calls as promised and the assistant manager had the nerve to actually argue with me and Im the customer who is out of $65. This particular store should be shut down for poor business practices. They have given me 3 different stories about who has signed for the arrangement then they told me that the arrangement was scheduled for pick-up on a date that the store was closed. They are filthy liars. BUYER BEWARE!!! These reviews should indicate the integrity of this establishment! I gave this place a 1-star rating because it is impossible to rate them anything less.

GROSSLY INCOMPETENT! This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! If I could give negative stars I would.Luckily I have been dealing with edible arrangements for years so it didnt turn me away from the company; but this particular location, was sub-par to say at the very least. I placed my order earlier that morning to have it delivered to my girlfriends place of work, which is a school. Everyone knows that schools close at 3. I called at 5 to check on the status of my delivery and it was still on the truck. I informed them that the delivery address is a school and should have been delivered by now. The young lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and could careless about my situation. I asked what would be done to rectify the situation and she said they can deliver tomorrow.....that was the wrong answer so I asked if it could be delivered to her place of residence, they could not accommodate me in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I tried to cancel the order and the store representative told me he couldnt until the manager got there tomorrow. So nothing was done to resolve my issue today and the store manager will call in the morning so they said. This has by far been the most terrible experience I have had with the company and I do not recommend this particular location. If you want a stellar edible arrangement, that is fresh, ON-TIME, and the employees will go above and beyond ensuring your customer service experience is nothing less than stellar.....go to edible arrangements in sandhills if youre in the columbia area! First and last time utilizing this particular location.

Thank you for ruining my Valentines.. you Did not deliver my gift from my husband to me even after I called and you said it was on its way and still no show. He was told it would be at my work before 5 pm and nothing. You even delivered to other coworkers this morning. I will be letting everyone know not to order anything from your office. I am 700 miles from my husband and ruined Valentines for me so I will return the favor.

This was the worst experience.I specifically asked for an Edible Arrangment for Valentines day. The arrangement was delivered after my working hours on Valentines Day. I spoke with the lady at the store and she explained that they would not deliver it to my home that day, but it would be re-delivered to my work the next day. It arrived 15 minutes before I was getting off work on 2/15/13 at 3:15 and the pineapples were brown and dried out looking and some of the chocolate covered strawberries had fallen off of the stick and were just laying in the bottom of the celophane with the chocolate melted and smashed and the strawberries were warm and mushy. This was by far the worst experience of a Valentines Day delivery I have ever had. And it was my first with Edible Arrangement and my last. The arrangement looked nothing like the commerical or ads with fresh fruits. And the customer service was horrible. They would not answer the phone after multiple attempts and when they finally answered my boyfriend was told to hold on and no one ever returned to the phone and they did not try to return the call. This was the worst I am very disappointed. Thanks Edible Arrangements for making my first Valentines Day with my new boyfriend memorable (IN THE WORST WAY)!!!

Was running a hour behind with valentine Day gift

I picked up one of their boxes in the store for a gift. The strawberries were mushy and bitter, the chocolate was awful and the pineapple was overripe! I threw the whole box away, and will never buy from them again!!!
