I was having a minor issue with my online order and texted the customer service number. They were SO helpful in resolving my issue and very quick to respond. Its refreshing to deal with real people who care instead of the automated customer service centers that big retail chains use. Brickwood makes it so easy and fun to support local businesses!

I just visited Missouri and stopped into Brickwood Boutique. They had really cute clothes and accessories that were fairly priced. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I am sad I don’t live close to the actual store but I’m already looking at their online store and going to join their monthly membership program! I highly recommend to check this boutique out!

This is a super-cute boutique in downtown Columbia. It has surprisingly affordable prices and some clothing appropriate for an older crowd.

Brickwood is such a great asset to the downtown Columbia area! Giving college students, family’s, and teens a great place to shop local. They offer some really unique on trend pieces you can’t find anywhere else, not to mention at an excellent price! The owner and staff go above and beyond to offer a hands on shopping experience making everyone feel welcomed. I would highly recommend checking out this locally owned and operated boutique!

The best clothes at the BEST price point. The owner is so sweet and so hands on with customers. The atmosphere is amazing and you feel so welcomed! They also make it so easy to shop and see new arrivals because of how hands on they are with instagram! One of my favorite stores!

This boutique is amazing!!! They are helpful when you want/need it but also give you space to shop when you want that too! The store is gorgeous and the clothes are so cute!!!

They sell you a Brickwood Club membership to get a discount on your clothing purchases with the understanding you can opt out at any time. I have been emailing & calling since November trying to get this cancelled, but no one has responded yet. NO real direct phone number to the store. It goes straight to voicemail. I guess Ill dispute it with the credit card company. Its too bad because they have some nice stuff in their store. But, they really need better customer service especially if theyre going to offer something like a club membership. Seems like theyre just trying to scam customers to pay a monthly fee.

Brickwood is a favorite in Cape Girardeau and now there is one In Columbia too. The selections are unique, stylish and very comfortable. I really like how easy it is to take something that can be casual and dress it up for an evening out.

Trendy & affordable. I was needing to get my girlfriend somthing special & didnt know where to go in Columbia on short notice. I walked by Brickwood and was intrigued by the massive copper focal clothing rack in the front half of the store. I went inside & staff helped me through my journey to get the best gift in such a short amount of time. I honestly wish they sold mens clothing because the shop is dope. Thanks BW!
