This was my first time in this store but it was bigger than I thought it was and very well kept. The lady at the register was very polite and very helpful and they have a lot of great clothes and accessories.

This would have been an overwhelming 5 star review had I not paid a premium for Ground shipping only for it to ship US Postal Service. Only two products in the e-retail world are ground services and they are from UPS and FedEx. This was even after an email to customer service confirming it would be one of those two, when they confirmed it would. When I called to inquire about why I received a USPS tracking number, I was told that USPS is Ground! LOL I know ground shipping costs are getting sky high, but you should not advertise USPS as Ground.

I ordered a birthday present and was told online and during the checkout process that my order would be shipped in 2-6 business days. That was October 23rd. It’s November 3rd, still no package. I even got an email saying it would be “out the door in 2-6 business days!” After almost two weeks of no contact and no shipping information I decided to call. Customer service transferred me to shipping manager Sally who said I was lying about my email and asked it to be forwarded to her email, which I did. Then I asked if they could refund the shipping as I was lied too and she responded “you’re more than welcome to cancel your order and purchase these items from somewhere else.” I let her know calling was a waste of my time and that I would not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service coming from someone who was kind about the situation and simply asked for a refund on shipping I paid for that was not kept up on their end of the deal. Sally should not be allowed to work with the public as she clearly has a problem with being proven wrong and doesn’t want to help her customers.

I spent $437 at Dickies.com when you decided closing for the day at 3:59 p.m. on a Saturday was much more important than my business.

Had a pleasant experience shopping here. There was a lady that was very helpful got me some factory seconds brought over from their warehouse called me when they came in didn’t mind looking boot prices up for me. Overall if you need charhartts or boots quick stop in here, cause they had everything I was looking for for winter work.

Love this place, the gals at the counter are cute and very helpful, they make you feel at home in the store. They boast every size, every color on their items and I have yet to see anyone prove that wrong. Solid.

I purchased a safe from Dungarees. They will beat the price you see on the internet from liberty. There was an issue with the safe after it was delivered to my house. I called up and spoke to Patrick who was very nice and resolved the issue. I went back to the store to get some more items for the safe and Ellie was super nice and amazingly helpful. I will not hesitate to purchase anything from this place. Every one was great to work with.

Fantastic shopping experience in store and online!

Online Shopping with them, bought 2 dog coats, wrong size, called Dungarees they told me to reorder them that i would get them faster and that they would refund the other 2 when they come. I ended up ordering 4 more instead of just the 2. Got bank statement, it showed i only got partial refund, called Dungarees, they lied right through there teeth and said the dog coats were full of hair and they could not resell them and were not refunding me my full refund. My dogs are well groomed, the carhartt dog coats have nylon insides and canvas outside layer so you no nothing sticks to them anyway. Only 1 jacket was tried on my dog it was way to big so they couldnt have worn them, so i told her to send them back and to take back their partial refund, then she said no that they were back on the shelf to sell, WHAT.. she just told me they couldnt resell them. Also said i had no paperwork which was a total lie, I printed the form and filled it out, put both dog coats back into THE SAME BAG THEY CAME IN along with the pamphlets and form, sealed the bag and even had to pay for the shipping back to them. They get you by having you pay 2 different times, they pulled all this on me even though i bought a total of 4 dog jackets paying almost a $160.00 for them. Bad Bad Business and extremely rude they even hung up on me not giving me any ID, managers name, nothing. If you had a good experience than you were the lucky ones because i have found more bad than good ones about them. Sorry i ever bought from them. But Note CARHARTT IS THE BEST this is about the store Dungarees

I placed an order and was sent the incorrect size. I contacted Dungarees and was told that I would have to pay to ship the item back to them to be inspected by their warranty manager. Im not mad, just disappointed.

Customer service was extremely rude. They stand adamantly behind false advertising. If you purchase anything from them, pray that you never have to return anything or deal with their customer service. I had two separate situations where orders were not filled accordingly. Both involved me having to talk directly with their customer service representative who was a lot less than pleasant to deal with in regard to handling the situation. Extremely frustrating. I dont recommend ordering from them sight unseen. According to my experience, you will likely be disappointed.
