Great service, modern equipment, nice personnel, Dr. DeRose is my favorite, but Ive not seen other doctors there.

My kids were scheduled for the Nifong location, or so I thought. They accidentally scheduled us for the Keene location which is about 20 minutes further. It could have been a honest mistake, but I felt we were treated as the problem. We had to be worked in and waited 30 minutes. Once my kids had their eyes checked, the doctor never spoke with me. I had to ask to see someone to discuss their findings, prescription recommendations, and follow up recommendations. They sent the doctors assistant out to the waiting room to speak with me in front of everyone else. She seemed annoyed she had to speak with me and their was no privacy. The assistant seemed more interested insuring I was aware that I could fill my daughters prescription with them which I had no intention of doing by that time.However, amidst all this I have to give them credit that the doctor contacted me, once they knew of my concerns, to evaluate what went wrong, what they could do to rectify the problem, and what changes could be made in the system. I felt the service at the time was 1 star, but Ill give them 4 stars for a sincere desire to do better.
