Terrible experience, traveling & I like to get in & out. The Coffee & Cappuccino machines were disappointing. I opted for a Slushy. Looked in 3 Cabinets for a straw. & Employees seemed stressed & rude. I actually tried to call & the Management was very uncooperative. A very sad encounter. The Cookies were fresh. I love the Columbia has 711. This one needs a lot of care & employees need to be understanding, A hot beverage & a kind attitude can make someone day.

Spent ton of money at this gas station between gas and snacks and the my son wanted to use the bathroom and the gentleman at the register said for employees only and he could care less that my kid needed a bathroom .The sign at the door said is out of order.So I guess they are not in the same page.Horrible experience to see how careless he acted to a child .Spend your money somewhere else .

Bathrooms are out of order. Coffee machines say they need cleaning. Slurpee machine not working. Nitro cold brew is just putting out water. What a waste of time. And the staff dont care. Stay away from this one

No magazines, but the cashier was nice and kind and strongly suggested that I can apply to sign up for 7-Eleven rewards.

This is my 7-Eleven. I appreciate the warm and friendly Customer service. The store is always well stocked and CLEAN! I love how the Customer Specialist always have an excellent and upbeat manner about themselves. During this time of concern, I appreciate how this location has been careful, considerate, and CLEAN.

This is a very convenient store although they do be packed but thats only because theyre right off of the exit by the interstate everythings affordable and of course as long as you have the 7-Eleven members club card its amazing its freaking amazing the pizza is good the wings are good

Says they are open 24/7, but the lobby is locked despite the two employees inside.The bathrooms are not broken, but have signs on them saying they are out of order for weeks.The pump doesn’t have receipt paper.Oh thank hell for seven eleven.

I only go to 7-Eleven to get slushes but it’s time to give up on this location. It’s very rarely that this store is ever fully stocked on most food items and most of the slushy machines are usually broken or not ready. If you’re getting a cup of something just expect there not to be a top to match, sometimes there won’t even be a cup.

Early morning around 9 am on sep. 30. The African american woman with the spider eyelashes was very nasty. Went in to purchase 4 lottery tickets. I told her what i wanted and she grabbed the wrong ones, after telling her that she then rolled her eyes. I paid her and she immediately walks away without giving me my receipt. 30 seconds later she comes back and says what else do you need with a strong attitude. I snatched my receipt out of her hand and will not be returning to this location. I expect respect from the merchants i am spending my money on, I will not tolerate anything else. I am taking my business elsewhere-where ill be gladly appreciated.

I went in to pay my capital one bill and the cashiers had no knowledge of the process. Neither person knew how to help me! I asked for help and both responded I have no idea this is ridiculous! If your company offers a service the employees should be trained on how to complete these processes! I will never spend money or recommend anyone to go to this store!

Good location. Clean store. Very clean bathroom. Helpful employees. Parking lot can be challenge when busy. Great stop for a quick drink and junk food.

NASTY 🤢 STAY AWAY! They don’t clean, these customer service is horrible! The cash register associates aren’t knowledgeable in what they are doing! Complete waste of time! This has to be one of the worst locations in Columbia SC.

Just left here the store is a wreck it usually is when we come in no large lids for drinks no sign to let anybody know the store smells bad and its hardly stocked. This was at 5:20 on August 1st

I go here a couple of times a week because its so close to work. Ive really enjoyed it since 7 eleven took over this location and they have a friendly staff

24 hours availability, quick stop and accommodating, customer service is very good, especially at night!

I love the coffee and the people are so friendly.

Great pizza, they are not consistent on refills for fountain drinks on the pricing and single beer prices are way too high

Place was overall just okay. Parking lot littered (I blame that on rude customers though, employees cannot be expected to maintain it while also running the register) and were a few people loitering there after dark making you somewhat wary of stopping.
