I went to this Break Time tonight and I was the only person inside wearing a mask. Even the cashier had her face completely uncovered, despite the mask mandate within the city.

I was in a hurry and got my items to check out on Thursday morning (08/20/2020) from 7:30-7:45am. There was only one worker that was stocking up coffee supplies which was not a problem. The problem occurred when the employee came back telling me to go to the other cash register which already had someone who came after me AND PLACING A CLOSED REGISTER SIGN WHERE I HAD BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR HIM. Really poor service instead of acknowledging that I was there waiting for him to get done all that time.Really should have a zero rating for the lack of service.

I stopped at this location this morning and I had forgotten my wallet and the wonderful woman behind the counter was gracious enough to pay for my biscuit and my drink that is amazing in this day and age people just dont do that so I want to give a huge shout out and rave I stopped here every time Im in Columbia I live over 2 hours away the service is always excellent the place is always clean and I just think that you guys are amazing keep up the wonderful work!!!

I like the store centrally located for the area. Plus there is another just South on Stadium.

Stopped and got gas. Paid 10 dollars for a Diamond carwash. Carwash is apparently shutdown but no mention of that when you make a purchase. Go into gas station to get our money back and cant because they dont own the carwash, so we have to come back to get our money. Not a great way to run a business.

Horrible customer service by a lady that worked there. She was Rude,ignored me, very ghetto. Yelled at me. Will be reporting yo corporate

Got me for nearly 500 dollars.Your employee did not know what I was talking about when I asked about proximity readers attached to machines, how long video is stored, and if he could look up who took my info and bought 100 worth of items in your store.But yes. Security is very serious.

Open, very clean, friendly staff and working restrooms!! Was in the car for 3 hours and this is the first place in town I found with working restrooms!

Cashier locked up ten minutes before close. Id get fired where i work for pulling a stunt like that.
