Wait time is insane. Every time I’ve came here I’ve waited at least 25 minutes in the pharmacy line (inside & drive thru). There will be 4-7 staff members in the pharmacy area yet 5 of them are standing in a circle talking just staring at you. The ladies who actually are on the register, are golden and over worked. Picture is 2 cars still in front of me after 10 minutes. Only 1 car has moved.

Got 2nd vaccine today. It was a different nurse from the 1st vaccine. I have never had in my life who gives shots this roughly. The 1st vaccine was given so gently I did not feel hurt, only light pinch. But this 2nd nurse was aweful. I almost felt like she did it on purpose. It hurt so much almost felt like I was beaten by hammer when she injected the needle. It has been 10 hours but still hurting, getting worse like hell. I do not recommend this walgreen to get vaccine.

When you go in go straight to the back when the medical center is please please be careful because the people an staff have a very nasty attitude all day Ive been coming over here for years and now all of sudden the head little short lady has gotten wayy nasty attitude since I last been up here used to be polite and have manners now I just went out the window but yes you find whatever your looking for...just dont talk to anyone in the back window

The customer service could be better. Hopefully its being worked on.

I love Abby she knows me by voice and face. She has always been very helpful. Been going here for 12 years.

Last update. Will never ever go back... pharmacist use any power they can. Just grossWallgreens pharmacy since my last review, stated below.. the pharmacy has since fixed this issue. My prescriptions are never wrong. They even order the brand I need, ahead of time. I will continue to use this pharmacy...the pharmacists are some of the worst.. I cant take a certain brand medication. Its like pulling teeth to get info. Im so tired of it. Im sitting here with a bag that I have not opened and Ill see if I can return it tomorrow. Also a pill that they didnt even call insurance about. Never go the extra step to care or show concern.

Web site info is incorrect. Pharmacy closes from 1-2PM, rather than 1:30-2PM. We called to get flu shots, arrived at 1 PM and were turned away, even though I told the pharmacy that their web site was wrong. Unsatisfactory. Well use the Walgreens on Clemson Rd in the future.

The staff is always so friendly! The pharmacists are of course knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that you may have. The only negative thing doesn’t have anything to do with the staff. But, it’s expensive. The majority of the time, the promotions they run on certain items aren’t even saving you money. 9 times out of 10, the sales prices are the same as the all the time pricing at Target.

I used this Walgreens for the first time last week after an ER visit with my son and they were so very helpful. They quickly filled our prescriptions and made sure that we had everything we needed. Such kind and pleasant pharmacy staff. Well done!

Great customer service at this pharmacy. Never any problems! Unfortunately we had to move out of the area and are dealing with horrible customer service at a new location but this location is top notch. I’ll miss it!

Nice staff, but why can’t you have a sign indicating where the drive through pharmacy is?? Duh!

After a series of events involving the poorly operated CVS down the road in which they dropped the ball and left me in tears. I called Walgreens which I have never had a scrip filled before gave them my sons info and the scrip was ready within 20 minutes. Saved me a trip to the emergency room and will be moving my entire family to this location. Great costumer service and I am thankful
