We went this mall for the first time because we wanted to go to Sephora. The entrance door by the Sephora was closed, at first we thought is the mall closed but thankfully it was not. We walked through and found different entrance. The store felt clean and nice. My friend is newbie and wants to wear makeup so we came to find right foundation shade for my friend and I have lot of make up experience. The store staff did offer to help us but we kindly declined. I felt the store staff were nice and polite, they were available to answer questions but wasnt getting in our way so I really liked the staff especially the gentleman working, sorry didnt get his name. I would come to this Sephora again.

Its the same as any other Sephora basically but the employees were weirdly overbearing. I felt like I wasnt allowed to just browse.

Staff were friendly and polite ... Pandemic or not though sometimes health issues/complications get in the way of wearing a mask. Mine is pregnancy induced, I was wearing a mask, just not over my nose in order to keep myself from getting nauseous and faint.They explained that to avoid discrimination claims that they had to require it for everyone regardless ... You DO know that counts for health and disability right? Not just ones color. One should not HAVE to go around explaining their health history in order to justify. And I didnt travel all this way to get out super quick.For those saying well you can just buy whatever it is online there is a reason I came in person, and traveled and hour to do so.It doesnt make any sense to say youre trying to be health conscious while discriminating against those with health issues ... Especially if the person is NOT even sick.So, thanks but no thanks Sephora... I guess I wont shop there, online or not, anymore. I was able to get the products and customer service I needed at Belk without any issue 👍🏻

Always a good experience in Sephora. Even with covid conditions. Found what I needed quickly with help. Cant wait until things open back up all the way and we can sample again. Thats my girls favorite part of going.

The cast members are super helpful and friendly and not pushy like department store workers. When I told the cast member helping me that I was splurging a little for my bday they wished me a happy birthday and so did every other cast member I interacted with. They are great!

Serena was super helpful and had a wonderful personality. I havent changed my foundation in close to 10 years so I didnt know much about the new products. Having truly oily skin that is sensitive, she was able to find the right product for me. Ask for her! She is the best.

The makeup is great! Love all the companys offered. The staff on the other hand is NOT Friendly At All!!!! They have a better than you attitude which makes shopping in the store very undesirable. They seem to forget that without customers...they are not needed. Sephora, PLEASE train your people in customer service!!!

Crystal has helped me numerous times with skin care. Ive had different issues with my skin, and she always knows the best product to use and shes always right on. Everyone who works there is extremely nice.

Im a frequent shopper and the manager and staff that has been there for years treat me like family. I never have trouble exchanging anything and if I have any trouble it is remedied immediately. Pleasant staff and prompt service.

They have the more unpleasant staff right now. Unhelpful and just plain rude.

The staff is amazing and they have lots of prestige brands. I found that what I wanted just isnt sold I store in SC. I didnt appreciate that. Ive always been a fan of Pat McGrath and I want to try her products. I cant find them unless I go to another state. Sephora is supposed to be my go to for my prestige brands. I feel let down that I cant get it here.

I normally love shopping at Sephora, but every time I’m at this store there is one employee that watches me the entire time, and follows me around the store. At one point I caught her watching me and she tried to play it off. I no longer go to this location. If you’re going to “profile” people don’t make it so obvious. It’s very degrading and disrespectful.

Staff was incredibly helpful, Hannah in particular showed boundless patience and was able to help my fiancee get exactly what she was looking for!

I was completely uncomfortable because of this one worker. She had purple eyeshadow. She was somehow infatuated with me for some reason. She got into my face and it wasn’t pleasing. She reeked of marijuana and it gave me a big headache.

I was just there and had the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in a Seohora store. I have thousands of points and asked if they had anything I should try and the girl behind the counter was so rude and unfriendly. Usually they recommend products and are very helpful. I have decided I am going to return everything I bought and take my business elsewhere!

Im at this Sephora all the time. To the point where almost all of the employees know my face and some even know me by name. Even the store manager knows me, lol. I always get the help I need. And if I need any advice, theyre always right there to answer. Honestly, its like talking to best friends or sisters when I walk in there and talk to the employees. I love this location.

I love coming to sephora and the products are great but my customer service experience? Terrible. I was followed around the store the entire time. An employee give me a bag and followed me around the store. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even feel like buying from there anymore.

Customer service are annoying backstabbing infront of me also they lookdown on you. I will never comback here again love the product but the staffs are rude. SEPHORA PLEASE FIX YOUR PEOPLE.

I’ve been to this particular store twice in the last week and both times the ladies that work there are too busy chatting with each other’s than helping customers out. Both times asking questions since I am not familiar with the products and I have received no explanation at all. I complimented one of the girls telling her how lovey was her eye shadow and her lipstick and she told me what it was and then she turned her back and kept chatting with 3 of her co- workers.When I left I was wondering: Man they are losing business. If she could’ve showed me the eye shadow I probably would have buy it or the lipstick but never happenedI won’t return to the store! I normally love Sephora. I am giving a low rating because at least 5 Fenty products had run out, including concealor, lip gloss, and powder. I went ahead and ordered directly from Fenty myself so it could be delivered to me.

I love sephora but EVERY SINGLE TIME I enter sephora I am followed around the store like I am some criminal. I have never stolen anything in my life and dont intend to. I work hard for my things and was not raised to steal. I do not think I will be returning that is ridiculous!

I’ve gone to this Sephora plenty of times and every time I am GREATLY let down by the customer service. There are times that I end up going to the Sephora inside JCPenny because the staff is a lot more helpful.

Chyanne Goole is a dream! And Elise Chapman is always so helpful and knowledgeable when I come into the store. These girls are GEMS.

This is going to be a long review because I made a friend at Sephora today! I went in not expecting to get much help because nine times out of ten when I go to a Sephora and ask for a recommendation or to try on a product, I almost always know more than the person working, or I get go to hell looks when I ask to try a product. But that was not the case this time with Jamie. From the moment she came up to me and we started talking I felt like I had known her for years and she just so happened to be a beauty expert. We were both pregnant so she could totally relate to my skin issues I have been having, she basically gave me a full facial on the stage floor as they call it and then recommended the perfect foundation. When I was leaving she even told me to come back and let her know if I am having a boy or a girl. Such a good experience today and I wont forget her name!

Today I went to the store at 2:00 pm with two friends of mine and Ive never felt so uncomftable in a Sephora store... literally the employees were following us all over and throwing dirty looks on us so yeah we end up going to Ulta*near* dont waste your time on this Sephora store unless you dont have any other choice.
