Went today 10-28-21 and had Ashlynn as my cashier. Was not friendly and rude. Worse service ever had. The rest of the store was nice.

My Daddy used to come here all the time and I never new why, but boy I do now. WOW what a place! I love it, I couldve stayed here for ever. They had all I needed and then some . I will be going back for sure...

I did not get the cashiers name, but it was Sunday around 430ish and he was so pleasant! It is hard to come by good customer service lately and his friendly, positive attitude really made our day. We love hobby lobby already, but this made us love it more.

First time coming here and highly disappointed. I showed up at 845a. I know they open at 9a. I was planning to sit and wait. However there was a white woman who was already standing outside waiting. Whom they let in at 850. Why does her race matter? Because I an African American woman, was made to sit outside and wait until 9qm for the doors to unlock. Which another white employee seen me coming to the door because she was outside smoking a cigarette. Wish they wouldve kept forest dr. Extremely rude. Will not come back. If I could rate zero i would. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered curbside for 5:15 pm at 4::22 pm. I arrived at 5:09 to let them know I was there. At 5:15 pm, a kitchen helper came to my car to tell me my order will not be ready for another 12 to 13 minutes. At 5:40 pm, I went into the restaurant to inquire about my order. The person at the front desk told me they were preparing my sides (mashed potatoes and green beans). I thought these were their staple items. At 5:50, I asked to speak to a manager, and he had no clue what happened. Interesting to note, the parking lot was not full, and the dining room was not complete either. 1s and last time to use curbside service.

Hobby Lobby is a really cool store. Its filled with all the wonderful things you can use to beautify your home and even your yard. As well as fabric and all sorts of great things. You owe it to yourself to check it out. They have great deals too such as half off prices all the time.

Lot of cool things, a bit pricey though.

Im not sure whats happened to this store in the past 6 months, as it stands it is no longer a properly functioning business. The employees dont know where anything is at, have no knowledge of the products that they sell and at the very least are apathetic if not rude. They do have a better selection than Michaels but are also more expensive. Now that they are doing away with the coupons I have no reason to shop there.

I love this store I do, they have everything I need.However the service is terrible there is never anyone available to help you if you have questions. There has been quite a few occasions when I’ve asked for help and the associate seemed that I was disturbing them.They were rude and most of the time they don’t even speak.Please do better don’t be like Walmart.

Stopped by this store location which is conveniently located on Two Notch Road in the northeast part of Columbia SC community.They have plenty of parking and they can accommodate small and large vehicles. Like other store locations it is easy to find what you need for DIY projects. I stopped by this location because I was in the area, and looking for some specific items. Of course I purchased something and upon checkout, the customer checkout lines are enforcing the 6 social distance between customers.Lastly the store is very clean and well maintained.

A wonderful place to find usual and unusual items. Crafts, home decor, stylish and humorous, exotic and ever day. I love this store. I love they are closed on Sunday.

By the name, you would think it would be chock full of arts and crafts but the store is predominantly home decor and some fabric. A small section in the back corner had some childrens art supplies but I couldnt find any drawing pencils, tortillon, or artist sketch paper. Nor could I find anyone about the store to help. Since I had to walk to the front just to see employees, I walked on out and went to Michaels a couple blocks down the road and found all my needs, no help required. It was in clear sections and definitely full of arts and crafts.

My HAPPY Place!! I have no negative reviews. Im an Event Planner and Event Decorator so Im in here minimum of three days a week. Never had a bad experience!!

A great place to shop for craft and wedding ideas as long as you catch them in the right season. The sales are great if you catch them right. They have a lot of choices from every area from wedding to your your bedroom decor. I could go crazy in this store. I would recommend.

Who doesnt enjoy a good browse in a Hobby Lobby? Whether I have something specific in mind or Im just looking around, its always enjoyable. This location had ample parking and was easy to navigate inside.
