The guy that we spoke with was very RUDE!!!! We were talking to him about flooring and trying to see what he had in stock and someone else came in and he just left us standing there, he continued to ignore us we left and will b buying flooring somewhere else do not waste your time or money going here.

We ordered stone a month and half ago and still don’t have it all. We were told when we ordered it that it would be ready in two weeks. After three weeks with never hearing anything from them we tried to call them and they will never answer their phones so we text them and after two days they finally replied saying that the stone didn’t get ordered and that they were going to put a rush on it. That was on a Wednesday, they text us on Thursday saying that we could pick up half of it on Saturday but the rest wouldn’t be ready until that Monday so we go there Saturday to pick up half and they didn’t even have it at the store so we had to go pick it up where it was made. We asked them if the rest would still be ready on that Monday and they said they never got an order for it. So we were told they would get it made and Zach said he would deliver it to us on Tuesday. Never heard anything from them on Tuesday so we text them and they never replied. On Thursday we text them again and weren’t so nice and they finally text us back saying they were going to deliver it that day. Of course they didn’t deliver it and on Friday they text us and said they were still waiting on it to be made and they would deliver it on Saturday....guess what it’s Saturday evening and still no stone. We are at a standstill and can’t finish our project until we have all our stone. I will never order anything from there again. They definitely do not know how to run a business.

Wow! I just had the most arrogant, disrespectful and rude interaction with the flooring guy at Big Box. Was researching flooring options and was referred to Big Box. Was basically informed to purchase one product and one product only if I was interested in any other product I was told that I was foolish and wasting my money. I came looking for real hardwood floors and was bullied to look at only a waterproof wood wax mixture floor. I dont think Ill ever step foot into this establishment again. I wonder how effect arrogant aggression works for selling at a liquidation level. If zero stars was a rating option big box would be rated as such. Off to buy my floors at Lowes.
