I have purchased through rent to own numerous items from here. They have always been prompt and very professional. I have never had an issue with them or their products. They are really good and as far as Ive experienced and seen are second to none.

Caleb and Wendell are very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention they went above and beyound. Had a freat experiance and would definatley recommend

Always have affordable items and great deals

Our payments kept getting higher and our receipts had different amounts owed one week itd be almost paid off the next week itd be a higher amount

If you want to spend 1800 for a 250 dollar tv. Their your people but dont expect service or to be able to return anything without. without the runaround

Dont use this location unless you dont mind one of their employees talking to you or your spouse like you are trash. Ive never felt so disrespected with any business as i was this one. Im not talking about someone getting frustrated because you ignored them for a month. No. I mean call your work 10-12 times back to back, then lie on you, about you, to you and get offended when you call them out on it.For 5 months I would pay my balance in full or more every 2 -3 weeks with late fees to avoid auto pay. Their manager informed me that they were losing a lot of man hours making aa 30 second call to get the payment they ALWAYS received. Well, you wouldnt have been if you werent calling peoples work numbers back to back as if they are available at the moment you want. You also wouldnt have been if you wouldve transferred the account to a location closer to me after I moved to begin with instead of waiting 3 months.From business owner to business, get rid of the guy who feels some type of entitlement or power over peoples washers and dryers and youll have yourself a 4-5 Star establishment. Still trying to wrap my head around how someone thinks talking down and demonizing their customers is a good idea for business.
